Foundry Art Centre is an absolutely gorgeous location to host a wedding. The space is open and while we felt comfortable with ~100 guests, it could have easily accommodated far more. The venue includes a self-playing piano, which we loaded with songs from Les Miserables as guests were arriving. During the cocktail hour, guests can roam the art galleries, which was an incredible bonus coming from a family of artists and musicians. Moreso than the specifics of the venue, the team (and particularly Paige Jenkins) are incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. They had prompt responses to all our questions and were able to accommodate requests we had. We also had a day-of coordinator who was able to help get the groomsmen & I get the venue setup. All in all, the wedding was a fantastic success thanks to the help from Paige & her team! -

I loved the foundry from the first visit we had with Paige. She helped answer all our questions and made our big day run smoothly. It is gorgeous and I’m so happy with how it all came together! -

This venue was perfect for our reception. The lighting was simple and romantic and added such beauty to our gold and Christmasy decor. The simplicity of the venue allowed us to make it our own! Paige did a great job keeping me at ease through the whole process and answered all my questions quickly! -

The Foundry Art Center met all of my expectations and more! I had wanted to get married here for years so it was a dream come true! Paige was exceptional to work with, always pleasant and kind, very flecible and wanted to make sure the space was up to my expectations. She was always available whenever I had any sort of question and went above and beyond to make our day special I would hands down recommend having a wedding here or any other sort of gathering! -

Flexible Vendor
I looked into several venues for my wedding day and ultimately chose the Foundry Art Centre because of their flexibility. I was looking for a space big enough to easily accommodate 200 guests, allowed me to bring in my own catering, and provided a unique space that could host the ceremony and reception with enough space to flip the room without making guests feel uncomfortable. There was some turnover from when we booked the venue before the big day, which at first made me nervous but ultimately ended up being a blessing. Paige was so helpful, every question I posed to her or weird request she had an idea or a solution. She even let us borrow a bench from her office for our photos with Santa photo booth. They had a few issues with staffing the day of but Paige worked hard to make sure the effects weren’t felt by guests. I would highly recommend the Foundry Art Centre if you would like to have more of a DIY wedding in terms of decor and vendors. -

We had our wedding at The Foundry Art Centre on Saturday 7/25. Let me just start by saying Melanie is absolutely AMAZING!! She was so easy to work with and was available to answer any and all questions I had. As a COVID bride dealing with restrictions changing daily, Melanie always made sure to touch base and update me with the latest information. I couldn't thank her enough for making our special day ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The Foundry is a perfect venue for any event and the space can be transformed into anything you imagine. I am so happy with how everything turned out, it was absolutely beautiful and will be a day we will never forget. Thank you to Melanie and The Foundry team for making our special day so PERFECT.Foundry Art Centre's reply:

User1790583 Sent on 09/02/2014We loved the venue! Make sure though if you have more then 220 guests you have a slightly smaller dance floor. We had a huge floor which crunched our guests tables together. -

Brittany Sent on 07/03/2014I found this venue when they had a Wedding show there. I fell in love! It's a beautiful open space that you can do anything with! We had our ceremony and reception in the same location. Our caterer provided draping to separate the ceremony and reception space, then took it down after the ceremony to open it up. The feel of this place is absolutely amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a different location than the typical banquet hall! -

Hilary Sent on 10/04/2013My fiancé and I LOVED having our wedding reception at this venue! Our wedding turned out beautiful and everything that we envisioned happened. This is a great venue for any size wedding however they do have preferred caterers that you are pretty much required to work with unless you pay an "up charge" fee.
The facility manager that we worked with was wonderful. I'm not sure the experience of the other reviewer but the person we worked with was very accommodating, responsive and easy to work with.
Our caterer somewhat dropped the ball the day of the wedding with the our floor plan and the facility manager helped us out tremendously.
The only downfall is that the venue is a little pricey but if you have your wedding in "off-peak" times or on a Friday or Sunday evening you will save a significant amount of money. They also book up EXTREMELY quickly due to weddings and other events so you should book this venire before you decide on an exact wedding date.
I can not express how much I loved The Foundry Art Centre. Our wedding reception was beautiful and unforgettable. -
User1390434 Sent on 10/21/2013The Foundry Art Centre was the perfect venue for my wedding! The space available is incredible and unique. You can arrange the venue any way to your liking. We had both our ceremony and reception at the foundry with 160 guests and there was plenty of room for both the ceremony space and reception.
