  Fantastic!!

  Fresh Company is fantastic! They were great to work with, they were eager to accommodate our special requests (including by creating amazing charcuterie cones and specialty cocktails featuring cherries from Michigan, where we met!), and they served absolutely delicious food. We'd be thrilled if we got food of this quality at any top restaurant (which is so impressive given that Fresh Company was cooking for 150 in a tent on a 95 degree day!). Our guests were raving about their meals. We highly recommend Fresh Company!

  Fresh Company is fantastic!   When we decided to have our wedding in our home for our thirty guests, we knew we wanted the food to really be something special. We stumbled across The Fresh Company online and what we read (and saw), described exactly the kind of caterer we wanted. They prepare the food on-site using locally sourced ingredients, creating a seasonal menu that appeals to children as well as adults. We contacted them by phone just 3 weeks before the wedding! We met with our planner, Damaris Drummond, and she really paid attention as we described our vision for the food. We were treated to samples as we described our special requirements and requested alternate ingredients. She made sure we knew we could have anything we wanted. She created the perfect menu for us! When we made the decision to move ahead, they had just two weeks to pull everything together. On the morning of the wedding, our event manager, Kevin, took charge and transformed our home beautifully. Our chef and wait person did an outstanding job preparing and setting out the buffet. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the food or service and would highly recommend them for any event, large or small. Our friends and family are still talking about how great the food was at our wedding. Thank you, Fresh Company for being an important part of our special day!

  After tasting several other caterers who serve the Catskills area, we were thrilled to find Fresh Company. They offered a menu that suited our tastes - fresh ingredients, lots of vegetables, elegant but simple presentation. They worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted - including a whole roasted pig! We appreciated their flexibility in us providing our own dessert. Kevin was amazing throughout - responsive, thoughtful, easy to work with. At the wedding, he was such a reassuring presence - everything came together wonderfully, his team was amazing and so kind. All of our guests loved the food! Overall, the experience and quality was excellent, especially considering their very reasonable price.

  The most professional, friendly caterer I have worked with. Helped us have an amazing reception dinner the night before our wedding for 60ish people. Really enjoyed the seasonal and local options they provided for us as well.

  When my son told me at the end of June that he wanted to get married at my home at the beginning of September, I was nervous about whether we would be able to pull a wedding together in such a short period of time. But thanks to Fresh Company, we succeeded. They produced excellent food that was within my budget and their staff was both warm and professional. The event planner, Kimball, one of the owners of the company, adjusted to our timelines and assisted with the rentals and everything went smoothly. When we went for the tasting, the chef listened to what my son and his fiancée wanted and made adjustments. We even got a tour of the herb garden. Overall, if you want a worry free event, use Fresh Company. They will make your special day stay special.

  I really loved working with Fresh Company. The food and service was impeccable. I received so many compliments on the food and staff. They made my life so much easier and brought so much knowledge, professionalism and taste. Highly recommend them!

  Fresh Company was absolute perfection for our wedding! From onsite visits and initial tastings to rental coordination and clear, speedy communications, Fresh Company was incredible. Then there was the food!!! It was seriously the best catering we have ever had at a wedding. Our guests have not stopped talking about the Halibut nor the heirloom tomato salad since the wedding. It was also extremely impressive given that we had our wedding in a pasture, nowhere near a working kitchen. They worked exclusively from a prep tent with all rented equipment and a generator. Plating and tablescaping was of the highest importance to us, and the team at Fresh Company did not disappoint! They made sure that that each plate that was served, was beautifully plated and arranged and they followed our table layout and directions to a T. The staff was courteous and kind to all guests and assisted us with any issue that was brought to their attention. Their breakdown and clean up was quick and unobtrusive to the festivities going on around the tent. Fresh Company was such a delight to work with and made our wedding a beautiful and very tasty success! We could not recommend them more!

They helped coordinate and choose rentals, make a timeline for the day, and set everything up the day of. They also let us help plan the menu. Therefore we were able to have mini grilled cheeses as the appetizer, which is our favorite meal when we have nights in, pizza, which we ate on our first date, and oysters, which were not originally on their menu and many people said were the best oysters they've ever eaten. The food and wedding was in no way cookie cutter, thanks to all their work making it mean something to us!
  
  I would absolutely work with them again and hope I have another chance to enjoy their truly delicious food!

  Fresh Company was our caterer for our wedding and rehearsal dinner a few weeks ago. The food was so delicious and Felicia, Kimberly and Shelley were a joy to work with!
  
  Fresh Company helped us with all parts of our ceremony from the beginning, going above and beyond the services for a catering company. My husband and I both love ethnic food and I am also a vegetarian. They created a unique menu for us based on our eccletic food preferences that incorporated Spanish food, Middle Eastern Food, Asian food and Mexican food, all of which we had said we loved. the meal had so much variety, but also fit together perfectly. We received so many complements on the food at both the rehearsal and wedding.
  
  Fresh Company helped us with all aspects of our ceremony, working closely with us from shortly after we got engaged. They gave us suggestions of venues, florists, and wedding planners. They also helped coordinate our rentals, and gave us advice on decor and ambiance. We were in constant contact with them throughout the whole process. They were extremely professional, flexible, and responsive. Since we got married on a farm where we had to bring in all of the rentals, having such a comprehensive, experienced, and attentive catering company helped us immensely. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

  We loved working with Chelsea at Fresh Company for our wedding. Chelsea was so responsive throughout the whole 6 months leading up to the day -- always very patiently listening and answering my constant and often frantic questions. We were on a very tight food budget and Chelsea worked with us to not only get us to a place we were comfortable but also retained a delicious spread of food!
  
  They had an incredibly friendly staff - we felt like they were just more friends there celebrating our wedding. And as a bonus, they were also very good looking... which went over well with my many cousins!

  Fresh Company, in particular Chelsea Carlton, were amazing at catering our wedding and coordinating all the logistics to make sure our wedding day was fantastic! I can't recommend them enough. The food was stellar.

  These guys are the best of the best! Thanks to Fresh, my wedding went beyond my expectations! My venue was at a non profit farm/venue so I was referred to Fresh from the director of events there, and wow we really lucked out. I really appreciated that they were a smaller company because it made the experience more personable which made us feel that they really made it special for us. We met with Shelley (chef and owner) and Chelsea, the event planner. Our first meeting was getting to know more about them and to taste a bit of their food. They use local/seasonal ingredients for their menu which we were thrilled to hear, they even had our chicken liver crostini sourced from the venue's farm! Everyone RAVED about how amazing the food was, made us so proud :)
  We had about 100 guests and did the buffet which worked out perfectly because everyone was able to try the entire menu.. oh and also want to mention people did comment that they were so efficient that no one had to wait in "a long buffet line" for food, which to me really is important. I loved that they never skimped on quality to meet our budget, they suggested other alternatives that worked for us and I can't mention enough how delicious the food was!
  When you first meet the team, you know immediately how talented and intelligent these people are, they had a solution/answer to every one of our questions, so awesome. If you have the opportunity, work with Chelsea, she is a godsend! She has a wealth of knowledge and is SO easy to work with and very organized. We probably went back and forth 100 emails and she always was on top of everything. She made the experience so fluid. Also the staff was fantastic and so personable! Honestly i have nothing but positive things to say about these people. Thank you again Fresh Company!

  Our wedding day turned out to be a dream...and it was due in large part to Fresh Company. Deb was so helpful and responsive to my ideas and flexible in tailoring to our tastes and including ethnic dishes and swapping ingredients. There is a lot of planning for an outdoor wedding especially when you live out of state. Deb coordinated all the rentals for me. It was so great to feel at ease on my wedding day. All the staff were helpful, attentive, and friendly and the food was fabulous. I can't say enough. We had so many people telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

We had a little bit of an unusual venue, for which they are the exclusive caterer, and we really need their help for the whole thing. They were our liaison for everything--the rental company and the venue, and they also worked with our DJ etc to make sure everything ran smoothly.
  
  Our menu was fresh and local and the food was so good. My husband keeps saying that he wishes we could have our wedding again just to eat the food! Definitely not cliched wedding fare (and no chafing dishes, my personal pet peeve)--just good, delicious food. Sometimes I read reviews and I question the reviewers' taste, but my husband is a somewhat well-known food writer and I have a very demanding family and they were all thrilled with it. All of the staff of Fresh Company (and their hired staff on the day of the wedding) were incredibly professional and kind and we are just so thankful for everything that they did.

  I can't say enough great things about Fresh Company! There name is true.. the food could not have been more fresh and delicous! They went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. We had a Kosher wedding and they had no problem working with us to make it happen even though they aren't usually a Kosher Caterer. They hired the rabbi to oversee it and worked with Kosher rentals. My family, who is not used to Kosher food absolutely loved everything (and of course so did his family.) They worked with our budget and our desires for the type of feel we were going for. They also did all of the coordinating with all of the rental company since our venue required renting a tent, tables, and chairs. I could not have done this without them!

  I can't say enough great things about Fresh Company! There name is true.. the food could not have been more fresh and delicous! They went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. We had a Kosher wedding and they had no problem working with us to make it happen even though they aren't usually a Kosher Caterer. They hired the rabbi to oversee it and worked with Kosher rentals.   Good food at a wedding can make or break it, and we are thrilled that we were able to work with Fresh Company for our big day! The selection of food was diverse, in season, and delicious. We decided to try something a little less traditional and go with family style, and boy am I happy that we did! The presentation of each plate was beautiful, and why choose when you can try everything?! I am still receiving compliments on how delicious everything was. In addition to a great menu, Fresh were awesome partners throughout the whole planning process. They will assist in rentals, table settings, day of timeline, and are great partners if you decide to bring in an outside Wedding Coordinator. The day of staff were friendly, professional, and I love them a bit more for agreeing to go with our theme and all wear bow ties. ☺ We highly recommend Fresh Company and will be using them again for future events.

  My husband and I were looking for quality, real food for our fairly casual picnic reception in Beacon, NY. Fresh Company made us feel extremely comfortable from the start. FC was willing to work with our budget and helped us find ways to save money, which we greatly appreciated, and were super helpful and flexible throughout the entire process. Our guests have been raving about how wonderful the food was, as well as how kind, attentive, and lovely the staff had been. We'd recommend them endlessly!

They were very attentive to our guests and always checked with me before proceeding with anything (e.g., cake cutting).   I worked with Fresh Company on my June wedding and they were fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious. We chose Fresh based on their amazing appetizers that we were able to sample during our tasting, however we had never tried the entrees. We were not disappointed. We had delicious, local, wonderful food served at our wedding. The cocktail hour appetizers were not your typical wedding fare, which we loved. And our guests seemed to love them! The dinner was family style and the service was fantastic. Chelsea was wonderful to work with in the planning process and really helped bring our vision to reality. We were planning our wedding on a bit of a budget and Fresh Company was more than willing to work with us. I do think that they are not as used to working within a tight budget, so we did have to work a bit harder to get things in a reasonable budget, when it came to things like the catering, etc -- but they were gracious about it. They assign a separate person to be your point person for the event, which is great, but after emailing back and forth with Chelsea so much I almost wished that we could have worked with her. All in all, we would absolutely recommend them to future brides and grooms who want their wedding food to be out of the ordinary and to be a main part of the event.

  Fresh company was absolutely wonderful. Many guests said that ours was the best wedding food they've ever tasted! If you use them, be sure to get the meatball hors d'ouvres. They are to die for! Truly professional, and everything looked and tasted perfect.

  We used Fresh Company to cater our relaxed, vegetarian state park wedding. They were incredibly creative and helped us come up with a fun brunch concept (both the menu and the decorations) that fit our personalities. All of the staff who worked at our wedding were upbeat and hardworking. Kevin W, the Event Manager, in particular, was a true star! He was professional, accommodating, and organized. Although it did take a little while to get the contract and billing sorted out, once we did, working with Fresh Company was well worth it! We would recommend Fresh Company to everyone and anyone. They made our wedding celebration scrumptious and memorable. Thank you, Fresh Company!
