Simply Wonderful!
Vivianna made the entire process easy and stress-free! Not only was she extremely kind and caring, but she was also a helpful aid throughout the planning process. Her ability to tailor the ceremony to a couple's unique love story and incorporate personal touches creates a memorable and meaningful experience. She is a charismatic officiant who will captivate an audience and leave a lasting impression on guests. Months have passed, and our friends and family still rave about our ceremony and officiant choice. She is a joy to work with, and we highly recommend her for your wedding ceremony! -

I don't know where to start with Vivianna! We were so glad that we found her while trying to find an officiant. We had already been legally married in a backyard ceremony with our nuclear families, but it was so important to us to have our friends and family together with us to celebrate the second time. Vivianna really took the time to get to know us, our story, what was important to us, and what we were trying to achieve with this ceremony. We are still getting compliments from friends and family members about how special and unique the ceremony was, and we credit Vivianna as the glue that brought all of our idea scraps together!
We definitely gave her a few challenges, including having our vows read in a back-and-forth manner without us knowing what each other had written. We fully wrote our own vows, and then Vivianna worked her magic piecing them together into a perfectly fluid back-and-forth. All the guests were stunned that we didn't know each others vows, and that she had integrated them so perfectly. We also replaced the traditional unity candle or sand ceremony with a whiskey blending ceremony. Despite not knowing too much about spirits, Vivianna took the time to research and come up with a perfect passage to accompany the ceremony.
Collaborating with Vivianna was such a joy! She was easy to open up with, always warm and thoughtful with us, and treated our written materials (like the vows from our first wedding) with such great respect and care. I was surprised (in a good way) how the relationship we'd built with Vivianna in private sessions translated into advocacy for us and our ideas during the larger ceremony and wedding day. Vivianna was a source of support and stability that I didn't anticipate but appreciated so so much.
I found her style to be the perfect blend of woo-woo (intentional word choices! grounding ourselves! reminders to breathe!) and finely structured (we started right on time! she took command of directing the processional!). As someone who works in event production, I appreciated Vivianna's practical side just as much as her incredibly thoughtful creative side.
We can't say enough great things about Vivianna and highly recommend her if you are looking for a unique and customized ceremony! -

Vivianna is truly wonderful and really listened to our individual thoughts and visions for our ceremony. The ceremony was perfect and we could not have asked for anything better. Excellent officiant!
2021 update! Vivianna did it again, our wedding celebration a year later was fantastic - she weaved in elements to make the event special for everyone! People are still telling us they loved our ceremony, and we could not have had such a memorable one without Vivianna! She’s the perfect officiant!

We had the pleasure of working with Vivianna for our wedding in June. I found her when searching for someone to marry us who was open to the unique and nontraditional ceremony we longed for. We’d been together for 23 years, so it was really important to us that our ceremony fully reflect us and the life we have lived together and that no part be cookie cutter and she truly helped us achieve that. We wanted a Celtic inspired ceremony, bringing in various elements of ancient traditions, including a handfasting and oathing stone blessing that guests participated in and it was reassuring that she was familiar with the handfasting and helped research other aspects, but also allowed us to make them our own. She was so warm and inviting that when she asked us to share our story and tell her about ourselves (which we had to do virtual thanks to covid and us being in CT) it felt like we were chatting with a friend we’d know for some time, not someone we were just meeting, and that really put us at ease through the whole process. She was great about not only going over every aspect of the ceremony with us, but also generously letting me edit the wording of what she wrote so that it felt exactly right for us. We had so many wonderful compliments from family and friends after the wedding saying it was the most unique, moving, and heartfelt ceremony they had experience and many thought she was one of our friends who married us, which was a true compliment to how personable she was. It was also great to have her be able to connect with our other vendors and make sure all aspects we going to run smoothly, which they did. It was such a great experience working with Vivianna and was exactly what we hoped for. We had the ceremony we’d dreamed of for so many years and She helped us make it magical, memorable and meaningful and that was felt by everyone who was with us that day.
I also have to mention that because of covid we had to postpone our original wedding date and she was very accommodating of that and working through the uncertainty covid brought. We decided that since we had to postpone we wanted to have a tiny elopement ceremony on the anniversary we’d had for our entire relationship, so she gladly worked with us to create a second mini ceremony. It was just as special as the wedding with all our guests, and she was again completely open to what we envisioned. She found us the perfect spot in the woods next to a river, where the sun glimmered through the trees, and on a Thursday afternoon, on our 24th anniversary, we said I do in a special moment with our dog by our side. It meant a lot to us to have that date as our true wedding date and were very grateful she was able to help make that happen.
We have nothing but kind words and gratitude for Vivianna and would recommend her to anyone looking to create a ceremony that is genuine, one of a kind and full of love. -

Perfect Personalized Ceremony
Vivianna was the perfect addition to our wedding. She created such an intimate and touching ceremony, that made it such a special part of our wedding for not only us, but our guests. Vivianna puts so much thought and care into getting to know her couples to make the best ceremony to celebrate who they really are as a couple. Writing your own vows and adding special elements into your one and only ceremony can be overwhelming. Vivianna made this process enjoyable and stress free! She guided my partner and I to choose special, unique elements to add to our ceremony. In addition, she video chatted with us multiple times, which made it feel like we knew her on our special day. I am so happy we found her. The day wouldn’t have been the same without her. She really is one of a kind. True to her self, honest, loving, and kind. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.

I can’t even begin to say how amazing it was working with Vivianna. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple and asked a series of questions in order to create a ceremony that was the perfect fit for us. She walked us through the timeline of our day and the practice during the rehearsal made us feel so at ease on our wedding day. We knew exactly what to expect because of her! While planning an epic mountain styled shoot, I reached out to Vivianna in hopes of her joining our amazing vendor team. To my delight, she agreed, and what a wonderful addition she made to the day. Where do I start? She was kind, energetic, professional, and brought such a positive light to the the shoot. She crafted a sweet ceremony for our model bride and groom and her attention to detail and ability to create a meaningful ceremony is truly a gift. Due to circumstances out of me and my partner's control, we decided in our best interest to elope in two weeks. One of our hardest things for us was finding an officiant to marry us in such a short turn around. Luckily for us, Vivianna came to our rescue and offered to do our ceremony. We really had no inclination to do anything personally, we were just going to get married and that is all we planned. However, Vivianna had other ideas for us to create a ceremony that would reflect our family. With her guidance and prompts she provided to us, we were both able to create meaningful wedding vows and incorporate a unity sand ceremony with my step-son. It was beyond anything we could have imagined for ourselves and so grateful she came into our lives. Working with her was like planning with a friend, there was so little stress because of her calming nature and guidance. I would work with her again when we do our wedding vows renewal or to anyone looking for a down to earth person that will help create a magical wedding. Thank you!!
