    Excellent venue

    I couldn’t have chosen a better place to have my wedding. The owners are amazing, especially Anna! She was running around all night making sure everything ran smoothly and to my expectations. The place is very spacious and easily accommodated my 400 guests. The room upstairs is great for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in.

    Outstanding experience with vendor

    Our High School held our Girls Soccer Banquet at the Gemstone Palace in Kyle TX in the spring of 2019. Excellent venue to have your event from a school to a wedding. It is a beautiful place, you must see. The vendor was very accommodating, had great recommendations/ ideas and very flexible. She was very helpful in helping us locate a food supplier from a close by Mexican Restaurant (great food). Highly recommend the Gemstone Palace, great location few miles from South Austin off South IH35. A must to go see the venue! You will fall in love with the place.

    Quinceanera

    Although the facility was nice, 2 of their 3 Air Conditioners were not working. They were aware of this the day prior and in the early morning hours of the event but did nothing to call someone to fix the problem. The entire event was hot inside the building. The A/C never came on inside the main building. The only one working was the one in the offices and the entry foyer. Their Security Guards did not want us to open the doors from the foyer to allow the A/C air to flow into the main building. When the staff was numerously approached, they only kept saying “well, you at least were able to have the event.”

    They finally brought fans and two mobile A/C units around 9PM. After numerous people had left because of how hot it was inside.

    Unprofessional manager

    Do Not Rent! I had a quinceanera for my daughter October 2023.I received the worst customer service. The security was rude to me and guest. There was no manager on duty to help with any concerns. When planning my event the manager told me it was okay to have dry ice machine for smoke effects but on the event day she then changed her mind. Which was I already ready paid for. I also had a Robot with a co2 gun we couldn't use. After the event I spoke with the manager and didn't really care or apologize. Save your money as I clearly wasted mine. I'll never get this day back.
