  Wedding was magical

  We had our ceremony upstairs and reception outside, it rained on our day and they were happy to change all our plans and allow us to take pictures in the museum. Katie was amazing to work with. You have to book the tent and heaters through Skyline if you use the Gibbes and we were not happy with them, but the Gibbes itself was everything we wanted. Strongly recommended!!!

  Amazing Venue Downtown, BEAUTIFUL and Private

  Things I LOVED about our venue: extremely customizable, amazing location downtown in the most beautiful area (show off Charleston to your guests while also making it easy for them to come), super private and LARGE space, affordable, absolutely stunning, tons of history, and amazing service by Katie, the events gal there. This place has it all and you really can't beat it, just book there, you won't regret it!

  Love the courtyard and rotunda. Perfect location for our reception due to its proximity to our ceremony location. Jena, the special events manager at the museum is extremely professional and always quick to respond. I also love that the entire museum can be rented as well. What a unique place to have a wedding reception. I am so excited!
