  The Best Wedding Band on the Cape!

  GQ & The Lady brought so much energy to our wedding, we couldn't have been happier! So many of our guests said this was one of/the best wedding bands they had ever heard and we completely agree. Linda was so easy to work with and they really wowed us on our big day.

  Fantastic wedding band!

  We booked GQ and the Lady for our wedding this past June and are so glad we did! Linda was great, taking the time to go over the details with us before the wedding day and accommodating requests including a custom medley for the father-daughter dance. (Yes, we were needy… and they took it like champs!) They provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing after dinner and were fantastic throughout. They sounded great, we got lots of compliments from our guests, and best of all, we had a great time dancing!
  

  We booked GQ and the Lady for our wedding this past June and are so glad we did! Linda was great, taking the time to go over the details with us before the wedding day and accommodating requests including a custom medley for the father-daughter dance.   GQ and the Lady was the best decision we could have made to set the fun mood at our wedding! Everyone was up and dancing including all grandparents! The band is quick to respond for any questions, worth every penny, professional when booking and the day of the event. They were able to meet all 3 of our special song requests and make the day extra personal. Most of all the band is phenomenal, no words can explain the talent and range of songs they are capable to play.

  GQ & The Lady is AMAZING! They totally made our special day as fun and memorable as it could be. Our guests are still talking about it! Very responsive in the planning process and could not have been more friendly and personable. An absolute must for your wedding entertainment!

  We absolutely loved having GQ and the Lady play a part in our wedding. We initially selected the band because we enjoyed watching their fun and energetic renditions of both new and old songs on their website. But just as importantly, Linda and her team were very easy to work with during the months leading up to the big day, and we found her to be responsive and generous with her time when it came to planning wedding day logistics and picking out songs. And once the band started to play - everyone went crazy! Many of our guests (some of whom pride themselves on being armchair music critics and snobs) told us that the band was one of the best, if not THE best, wedding band they had seen. We also found their price to be a total bargain - we ended up going with the 2 hour live band and 2 hour DJ package, and the team did a great job emceeing the dinner hour, first dances and toasts before the live music kicked off. We can’t say enough good things about GQ and the Lady and we heartily recommend them for any type of big party or family event!

  GQ & the Lady is awesome! They were very accommodating, played all of our song requests, very professional and friendly. I loved their high energy and they had our guests out on the dance floor from beginning to end! Thanks GQ!

  This band is absolutely incredible! From the moment I contacted them, Linda was responsive and flexible. We did not hear them play live until our wedding, and they did not disappoint! The owner of our wedding venue said they were the best band they have ever hosted! I would encourage anyone looking for a band for any occasion to highly consider GQ and the Lady!

  GQ and the Lady were the highlight of our wedding! Their high-quality performance kept the dance floor packed all night; even my 90 yr old grandmother was on the dancing! Their ability to perfectly cover a wide variety of music genres - from French jazz to Michael Jackson - was incredibly impressive and awe-inspiring. Many guests commented that they thought they were on break and the iPod was playing, only to turn around and realize it was the band! Their energy and stage presence was fantastic. GQ and the Lady was wonderful to work with and very professional, accommodating our many requests. We cannot recommend them more highly and we cannot wait for the next occasion we get to hear them perform!

Even when I thought everyone was exhausted, they managed to get everyone back out on the dance floor over and over again.   GQ and the Lady are absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for a better band for our reception on October 12, 2014. They also provided live music for our ceremony (guitar) and cocktail hour (piano), which we received so many compliments from guests. They had the dance floor full the entire evening and I don't believe the night would have been the same without them. There playlist was great- covered current hits to any guest requests.
  Linda was extremely professional, easy to talk to, and always reachable. If you are having a New England wedding I can't recommend a better band than GQ & the Lady.

  GQ and the Lady was amazing! We had the six piece band for our wedding and everyone remarked on the fact that they had never been to a wedding where so many of the guests were enjoying themselves on the dance floor. The music was non-stop and they did a fantastic job transitioning from one song into another. When the band took a short break and played music from an iPod, you barely noticed because the band sounded so much like the original artist! The difference between a DJ and a band is immeasurable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this band.

  For me, nothing says "wedding" more than having a live band. It was something I wanted and factored into our wedding plan.
  
  If you're looking for a band that plays a wide variety of music that will appeal to ALL your guests, a band who know how to get and keep the party going, a band who are interactive and able to get your guests aged 7 to 75 on the dance floor dancing away- GQ and The Lady IS your band!
  
  This band was originally recommended to me by a girlfriend who attended a wedding in Lake George, NY where the band was performing. I trust her completely, so I booked them ASAP and I am SO GLAD I did (if you book them, you will thank me too!)
  
  We had sooo many guests come us to me during the reception gushing with compliments on how amazing this band was! Honestly, the band's website simply DOES NOT do them justice. GQ & The Lady sound incredible- in fact, many times I thought the band took a break and was playing music from my ipod!
  
  Our guests were blown away at the variety of music and the phenomenal singers in GQ & the Lady! My guests where chanting "one more song!" even when the party was over! LOL! You know you have selected well when your guests don't want to stop dancing!
  
  Linda is as talented as she is lovely. She is so easy to deal with and will learn any song you need them to! I'm still blown away by her voice!!
  
  Hiring GQ & The Lady was one of the best investments we made for our wedding! If you really want the experience where your guests have no control over their feet and the music requires them to bust a move-- THIS is the band for you!!
  
  You spend so much time, effort and money on having a wedding. And if you are like me, you are a bit of a control freak. You want everything just right. Take it from me, almost a month after our wedding guests are STILL commenting on the marvelous GQ & the Lady!

  The band was the number one priority for my husband....With that said we started looking for a wedding band almost a year before the wedding. After contacting several bands and listening to their music we decided to meet in person with GQ and the Lady. We instantly connected with Linda and Joe and agreed to see them playing live at one of the casinos in CT. They were awesome!!! Not just the music but also the way that they engaged the crowd. We knew that they will be a great addition to our wedding.
  On our wedding day everyone was on the dance floor :) Older crowd, friends and kids! GQ and the lady also performed during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They made our wedding an unforgettable experience not only for us but also for our guests!

  GQ and the Lady provided amazing reception music at our wedding. The whole room danced until the very end. Linda and the band learned a new song for our first dance and did a wonderful rendition. Linda was extremely responsive, professional, and a pleasure to speak to -- if you have a wedding in Rhode Island or Massachusetts, I cannot recommend a better band! Amazing!

  Hands down, every guest came up to me either at the wedding or afterwards and told me that GQ was the best wedding band they have heard in a long while! Up to date, classy, full of energy and non-stop dancing from all the whole night! I even had guests go up to them and ask for their cards for their own private events and upcoming weddings.

I have never been to a wedding where so many people were dancing the entire night, it was such an incredibly fun night.   Linda was awesome to work with. They learned my first dance song. We wanted the guests to get up and dance and everyone did. We could not have asked for a better reception. My husband wanted a dj and now says he is so glad we got a band. He had a great time. They played such a variety of music - everyone danced. I would highly recommend them. Also the piano player was awesome during cocktail hour and he was even more amazing during the recption. The "mo town" man was awesome too.

  Linda was awesome to work with. They learned my first dance song. We wanted the guests to get up and dance and everyone did. We could not have asked for a better reception.
