  Kara has done my hair many times as well as several of my family members! There was never a time that any one wasn't satisfied! She is very patient and understanding of what her client wants, especially a picky one like myself! Im getting married soon and of all the things that I have to decide, who is doing my hair is not going to be one of them! I can't wait for her to make me feel beautiful on my big day!

  The best ever

  KARA IS AMAZING! I was SO extremely nervous to wear my hair in an up-do for my wedding. I always have my hair down, however I was set on wearing it up for the big day.
  For months leading up to the wedding, I kept thinking that I would change my mind last minute and wear it down with wavy curls, but that all changed after my trial hair. I LOVED IT! I showed Kara a picture I found, and she completely surpassed all of my expectations. My up-do looked even better than the image I showed her.
  
  The day of the wedding was exactly the same as the trial, the same unbelievable gorgeous up-do. It was exactly what I was looking for, somewhat whimsical, with braids intertwined throughout the up-do, and volume! I was so in love with it when I looked in the mirror that I honestly teared up!
  
  Kara is extremely professional, was early for all appointments & the big day, communicated promptly, and overall she is just a wonderful person to work with.

  So talented and super sweet to work with!

  Kara gave me exactly what I imagined for my hair on my wedding day! She is wonderful to work with and gave beautiful hairstyles for my bridesmaids. She is accommodating as she arrived early at our wedding venue and styled all of our hair leading up to our ceremony. Just wonderful. Highly recommend!!

  Kara was extremely professional and open to my ideas and changes. Being an out of town bride, Kara was super flexible with my availability - we had a trial in her adorable home, and my mom came along for a MOB trial. The morning of the wedding, Kara was right on time and brought an assistant to meet my time crunch for a 2pm ceremony. She made me feel at ease and knocked it out of the park with all of my bridesmaids and mom! Not to mention - my hair was stunning. Absolutely stunning. Kara is the sweetest and most easy going, plus she has this super cool magnetic bracelet for bobby pins! Thanks SO much for everything Kara!

  Wonderful!

  Kara and her team were outstanding. Not being from the Beaver area, I was nervous to find an affordable, creative, and trustworthy hair team and Kara Burnell delivered that and much, much more! She conducted a trial with me about a month before the event which made me very comfortable and excited! The day of her team was punctual and professional and was able to complete 8 hairdos in only a few hours! Her pricing is great and she is willing to travel. I highly suggest Kara!   My DREAM Wedding Hair!

  Kara is hands down the best hair stylist I could've ever asked for. From the first contact, she was prompt in responding. She let me do 2 trials because I was SO indecisive and did not know if I wanted to wear my hair up or down. She did both style flawlessly, but, ultimately I picked what looked best with my dress etc. The fact that she could take a picture I found on pinterest and make it real was so unreal. I got SO many compliments on my wedding day and did not hesitate to tell everyone who was responsible for it!! Her assistant that worked on the bridesmaids' hair on the wedding morning was equally talented and sweet. There is no need to search any further for your hair stylist for your big day!!!!

  Perfect wedding day hair!

  Kara is a sweet high school friend who came all the way to North Carolina to do my and my moms wedding day hair. She came to the venue and helped the day run so smoothly by working quickly and in the midst of getting ready chaos! My hair was EXACTLY what I wanted, and both my mom’s and my hair stayed perfectly in place all day. Definitely get Kara to do your wedding, prom, or anytime hair!

  Amazing wedding hair!

  I cannot recommend Kara enough for your wedding day! Kara and her assistant did my hair, my 6 bridesmaids and both of our mothers. I was not specific about styles for my wedding party, and everyone definitely had their own thoughts and requests that day. Kara totally rolled with the punches and gave everyone a style that they each loved and felt beautiful wearing. While I knew that I wanted an updo, I didn't have a specific vision in mind at first. Kara did a great job talking me through the trial to figure out the perfect look on the wedding day! In addition to her talent, Kara is such a genuine person and was so easy to work with. She's also very reasonably priced compared to many other vendors, without sacrificing any of the quality. Seriously, what's not to love?!

  Very Pleased!

  Kara did my hair for my wedding, and I was so happy with the results! She was very flexible with my schedule, even when things had to be changed last minute she had no problem working with me on it! She did exactly what I wanted and was very professional, all the while still being super kind and sweet and making it a fun experience! I definitely recommend Kara for all your hair needs!

  Kara is seriously awesome. I'm pretty easy going and wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair. I showed her two hairstyles, and she morphed it into something beautiful. I could not have been happier with my hair and it lasted a day and night! My bridesmaids also had different hairstyles and they were all beautiful! Her helper Bethany was also awesome! Thank you!

The day of the wedding, Kara & her co-stylist styled myself & 6 of my bridesmaids. Every single girl was thrilled with their hair. Additionally, Kara & her co-stylist stayed right on schedule with timing & never ran over (which I really appreciated base don our somewhat tight timeline). I made a couple small changes & asked her to add fresh flowers to my hair. It turned out exactly as I envisioned it! It was perfect!

Everyone’s hair looked absolutely gorgeous and held up all day/night through hours of dancing at the reception!! They really listened to what each girl wanted and created each style flawlessly!!   Kara is amazing!!! She came to me for my trial and on our wedding day for our hair styling (with another stylist on our wedding day because we had 10 people, and they both did an amazing job). She is so easy to work with and very talented... she was able to make multiple adjustments to the style for me, and it ended up being beyond perfect! She also has the most reasonable prices in the Pittsburgh area, I highly recommend Kara!!

Also, I don't know how she did it, but she got my curls to hold all day, from a morning ceremony through an evening reception with lots of dancing through the late-night after-party. All the photos of my hair look stunning, and she and her assistant Jolene did absolutely wonderful styles on my bridesmaids and mother and friend too. I was so completely thrilled and satisfied with her work, and highly, highly recommend her. (Note: the $400 cost below was including tip, the base price was $325 for six people plus $14 for travel. Very competitive pricing!)

She was able to look at a photo of a style we liked and create it spot on. My bridesmaids are still raving about her. I can't recommend her enough!

  Kara is a good friend of mine & has done my hair on many occasions - 2 proms, multiple haircuts & recently she did my hair for my wedding. She always does a fantastic job & i couldn't be more pleased with her work. She always cares about her clients & does her best to make sure they're getting what they envisioned. I would recommend her to anyone!

  Kara styled my hair, the bride, and 8 other people including bridemaids and others. She is amazing! She even came to my house where all of us were getting ready to make things easier for us. I can't recommend her more. Her professionalism is so appreciated as she is punctual, kind, and wonderfully priced.   Kara did my hair for my wedding and I was nothing but in love with it! She did exactly what I wanted, only it looked better than what I pictured. I have since then gone back to her as I was a bridesmaid in a few other weddings. She really knows how to make you feel beautiful.....And the best part is, she is so nice! I would recommend her to any bride for her special day!
