Working with Linda is the difference between enjoying your wedding, or dealing with every single issue that comes up yourself. I got married in St. John super high in the mountains. I didn’t even know certain things happened until after our wedding day because I was basically sheltered from everything and allowed to live in my celebratory bubble. I’m somebody who has very specific taste and vision when it comes to anything in my life, my house, my wedding, so to have Linda totally bring it to life and help me have the day of my dream was awesome. I didn’t want the cut and paste commercialized bridal experience, I wanted magic and to make a truly special memory. We had our ceremony in an unbelievably beautiful place, nothing like anything I’ve seen, we had a luncheon and then our reception on a sailboat with an open bar— it was perfect it was different, Linda made it flow as smoothly as it could’ve. I felt like I was her only bride, I know I wasn’t looking at her instagram, but she makes you feel like a priority. And on an island where you are always personally victimized by “island time” lol (Im kidding and I appreciate losing the concept of time while on st Thomas and St. John, it’s actually very nice imo) you need somebody responsive and to coordinate vendors who are on island time. -

From Caitlin to Linda to Christa, our entire process with Heart and Soul Unions was amazing! It never felt like we were over 1000 miles away and having a destination wedding. Our location shifted from Emerald Beach to Villa Norbu and the pandemic changed our date to a year+ later, but they were always accommodating and responsive the entire time. They arranged the majority of our vendors and we cannot emphasize enough how much stress we were relieved of throughout this process. Even when we traveled to the island before the wedding (twice over the course of two years), they were available and ready to show us around, check out venues, and make sure that we were happy with our decisions. Plus, as a bonus, on our actual wedding day, Christa was excellent and loving and warm and made sure that everything ran as smooth as butter. We couldn't ask for a better team! -

Linda and her staff are experts at destination weddings ! They make you feel relaxed about the whole destination wedding process. I am still on cloud 9 about our wedding experience, I'm so happy we went with this company. If you plan to marry in St. Thomas, only go with Linda! -

What else can I say about Linda and her staff? I reached out to them to help us scale back our ceremony and in only 2 short months, they were able to help us have a beautiful and rich wedding day.

I reached out to Juliet as soon as I got engaged, and immediately was drawn to her positive, vibrant energy. She prepared a beautiful ceremony and vows for our wedding, and let us customize them to our liking. I am so happy that we chose her to officiate our big day - I could not have imagined working with anyone else. She is such an amazing person, and I highly recommend using her as your officiant. -

Linda made all my dreams come true yesterday! Everything couldn’t have been more perfect! I didn’t have to worry about planning a single thing so when I arrived at the hotel I was calm as a cucumber. She thought of absolutely everything! Don’t get married in st Thomas if Linda Mason isn’t your wedding planner!
