  Such a wonderful and heartfelt experience

  Karin is a sweetheart. She kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. She helped personalize meaningful and heartfelt vows. Karin was also a great help before the ceremony. She assisted with getting everything and everyone organized. Karin made this part of the wedding planning an ease!

Her attention to detail, organization, care, compassion, and unending knowledge were all IMMENSELY appreciated. She truly made us feel taken care of, comfortable, and gave us space to be ourselves freely. No question we had was silly, we were able to communicate anything and everything with her as we planned for our special day, and she made everything run so smoothly and efficiently. Because of her, we were able to be the GUESTS of honor - never feeling obligated to HOST the evening - and thus we truly enjoyed our time from ceremony start to the last moments of the evening. We can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work and dedication to your craft. You’re truly first class.

  Amazing Officiant Services!

  My husband and I recently got married (July 3) and had such a great experience with Karin. She was punctual, kind, and explained how everything would work on our big day. I also felt assured that all our documents were being sent out in a timely manner as Karin sends confirmation! Overall, just a fabulous time with Karin and I would highly recommend her services!

  Best in the business!

  Karin was the best money spent during the entire wedding planning process. Karin and her assistant Paige are the best in the business. The days leading up to my wedding Karin had been communicating to all my vendors, so they were all on the same page. The day of my wedding went SO SMOOTHLY, due to Karin and Paige. If something went wrong, I had no idea. I had the night of my life and everything was taken care of for me. I could not recommend Hearts and Soul Event Management enough. You will not regret hiring them!!!

  Perfect Day!

  I can’t imagine having anyone else at my day of coordinator! She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day, down to the last detail! She even bustled my dress! I was able to relax and feel confident that everything was going to be okay on the wedding day, and it was all perfect! She never stopped moving on an uncommonly hot day of 92 degrees on Spring, which required running up and down the stairs numerous times. She worked so hard, I am forever thankful!

  Karin with Hearts and Souls was the best decision I made when it came to my wedding day. Not only did it feel like I made a friend but she made sure every single detail was handled and taken care of. She provided day of coordination, Photo Booth, and officiated and never stopped making everything perfect. The day would have been chaotic if it wasn’t for Karin. So personable, knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 will ask for her help with any event moving forward.

I had a very specific vision and she knocked it out of the park. She kept everyone organized and on time and took away all of the stress a bride would typically have the day of.   a. We hired Hearts & Souls for our 12/9/2022 wedding at Casa Feliz for Day of Coordination and Photo Booth. Karin was so responsive leading up to our day. She was able to recommend vendors that we ultimately went with. I wasn’t able to get everything for décor listed out exactly prior to set up time but Karin was able to figure it out and everything came together beautifully! She was very flexible with changes and understanding. Having Paige at our rehearsal was so necessary! She had great ideas and even took a video for us to see what our exit looked like from guest perspective. The Photo Booth was a huge hit and came together seamlessly! There were so many props that our guests loved. She even added some specific extras for us! We are very happy to have Karin and Paige with us on our wedding day.

  Do you want to cry less? Hire Karin!

  Karin was absolutely amazing. She communicated with us throughout the planning process and created the perfect timeline for our wedding. Like all weddings, there were some issues with other vendors, but Karin made sure we stayed stress free and fixed everything. She also brought her new assistant, Brittney. Brittney went up to every guest and made sure everyone had everything they needed, seemed to know everyone by name, and made a great impression on everyone. My grandmother cannot stop talking about her! To a bride planning her wedding without a day of coordinator: DON'T DO IT! I cried so much during the planning process before hiring Karin. I hardly cried at all after hiring her. But seriously, they made our wedding perfect.

  Karin is the best! Her communication and attention to detail is exactly what we needed. Karin goes above and beyond is by far the best officiant around. You won’t be disappointed. We had an outdoor wedding and the storms were nearby, she was very flexible and helpful. You won’t be disappointed with her!

  Karin is such a caring, kind, and helpful person! She doesn’t just care about the job getting done well, she also values her clients and makes sure their needs are met. She helped my wedding day run perfectly. She even helped long before the wedding even though she was just my day of coordinator. I am so happy that I chose Karin as my coordinator because I don’t think anyone could have been as brilliant as her not done the job as effortlessly. You can’t go wrong with Karin!!

  Karin was phenomenal! My Sister got married on a rainy day in May, but Karin was the Sunshine we all needed to make it happen! She had a backup plan, she listened to the Bride and Groom intently, made changes on the fly, and after the rain cleared it was smooth sailing for a night of dancing and celebrating! I highly recommend her for any and all events you may need for the future. Thank you Karin, you made all their big day dreams come true! :)

  Karin stole our heart and souls in the best way

  Karin was such a wonderful coordinator and officiant. She was our calm in the storm. She was the ray of light during the dark and dreary weather craziness of our outdoor wedding day. She was super flexible and had backup plans on backup plans and was very accommodating with last minute changes due to weather. I couldn’t image our wedding day without her, you will not regret incorporating her into your big day. Thank you for everything Karin ♥️♥️💯💯

  Officiant services

  If I could give Karin 10 stars, I would! I want to start off by saying my husband and I are from Michigab and decided to elope and planned our florida wedding in less than 4 weeks so everything was pretty last minute. I contacted Karin about 2 weeks (maybe even less) before our wedding and she was not only able to fit us in, she came in under budget, and also gave us PAGES of options of beautifully written ceremony readings/poems & vows more than any other officiant I looked into. Her communication was 10/10 always responding to my questions, and helped make sure we had everything needed for the day of the wedding, right down to texting me the morning of to make sure there wasn't anything I needed from the store... she is so so sweet and helped make our day so magical! I just cannot reccomend her services enough to any couple getting married! Karin is phenomenal at what she does and you will not be disappointed.

  Karin did an amazing job with all all the coordinating and setting up of our wedding! She helped me every step of the way and was very responsive to my texts leading up to the wedding. We are SO GRATEFUL for her and her thoroughness on our special day! The photo booth and props was a huge hit and all the guests loved it!
