  Betsi was exactly what we hoped for in a travel agent. When we met with her, we expressed what we wanted and did not want for our honeymoon. She provided excellent options and helped us narrow down to our destination. She booked the airfare, room, and provided all the travel information we needed. We had a relaxing, carefree honeymoon- my husband and I never had to worry about transportation or activities. We highly recommend meeting with Betsi and letting her hear what your dreams are for the trip... She has excellent travel experience!

  Besti Jordan was a pleasure to work with. She helped us pick the perfect honeymoon with little direction. Extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

  Our experience with Travel with Prestige was definitely one of the easiest parts of wedding planning. Betsi was able to make the process of deciding on the best honeymoon option for us simple by laying out all of our options and providing us with actual pictures of the resorts. Our choice really lived up to everything she showed us. We loved our honeymoon at Secrets Royal in Punta Cana! We were welcomed at the hotel by a glass of champagne and the friendliest people we have ever met. Being at the resort gave us a chance to tailor our days to our liking. It was a great mix of relaxation along with fun activities, shows and excursions. The biggest advice I’d give is to make sure you have a print out of your vacation confirmation as you will need it from the time you get off of the plane until the time you get to your room. Other than that we will never forget the people and friends we made during our time at Secrets Royal!

  Betsi Jordan at Prestige Travel found us the perfect Honeymoon getaway in Jamaica. She gave us straight up answers and knows her job. She doesn’t recommend something she has no experience with and provided us with everything we needed as well as follow up contacts and emails to make sure our travel went smoothly. We will definitely be going back and using her again. Already recommended friends to her and they love her as well!

  We used prestige travel for our honeymoon to Mexico at the Rivera Maya Secrets Meroma Beach Resort everything was perfect from getting there to coming home! Mrs Betsy is amazing, she was our travel agent ! She's very helpful at finding you a destination and has pics of most places bc she's traveled to most of them which was very helpful ! I always refer people to prestige travel when there looking to travel :) !

  Prestige Travel was very professional, knowledgable, and helpful in helping us find the perfect location for our destination wedding and honeymoon. Betsi suggested several places based on what we were looking for and helped us narrow it down to the resort we chose. We would have never found this resort without her help. She took care of booking the resort and wedding for us and I was relieved to know I could trust her that it was taken care. I would definitely recommend Prestige Travel. We felt comfortable with everyone at Prestige Travel from the very beginning and it was a wonderful experience working with this travel agency.

  I would never book with Betsi again. Our family trusted her with booking our travel plans. She was able to mess up over 15 different bookings our family made, several family members were in tears after speaking with her and having to try to coordinate what she booked. She also left one of my family members without transportation from the airport to the resort, which he then had to pay for out of pocket. There was a lot of "gray area" with her and several of the family members that did book with her felt either deceived or very unsatisfied, especially with her demeanor. She was extremely rude with a few of the groups that were booking with her. Once we arrived at the resort, we found out that several of the rooms she booked were done so incorrectly. For example, at least 4 of the couples were booked into rooms with two twin beds, and others who had wanted two twins were given queen/king size beds. We were extremely dissatisfied with Betsi and highly recommend not to use her, it was definitely not worth it with our group. Save yourself the trouble!!!
