    The best wedding coordinator!!

    Claudia was a godsend on our wedding day! After we fired our previous coordinator four days before our wedding because of her unprofessionalism, we were so fortunate to find Claudia! She and her assistant made everything run smoothly with just a few days notice. The wedding would not have been as amazing without her and her attention to detail. We appreciate her so much and cannot say enough great things about her! Even the venue staff commented on her ability to quickly get things done and know the right people to go to. You will be in great hands with Claudia!

    Perfection

    Words can not explain how great Claudia was for my wedding. She was easy to work with, very professional, and so helpful! I shot her my ideas and my budget and although my budget was very tight she made it happen and my vision come alive!

    Words cannot express my gratitude for Claudia. My wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her. I came to her with a simple idea and she worked her magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN!

    Claudia is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this is a planner!

    Hoste Events Wedding Planner AMAZING!!!!

    I hit the jackpot with planners for my July destination wedding in Santa Barbara, CA. I was referred to Claudia from my brother as she planned his wedding. I interviewed several other planners and in my initial meeting I found her to be the most knowledgable, professional and customer focused. I walked away from my initial meeting with her VERY impressed, especially after speaking to several other highly recommended planners. I signed up for Claudia's "day of planning" service, however she did WAY more than day of planning. Most day of planner's you can't start engaging until 30 days before your event. With Claudia I was able to communicate as much as I needed throughout the entire process, in fact she asked to be included in all aspects as I worked through planning my wedding. This way she had a strong grasp on all the contracts I had, what vendors I was working with, etc. I found this especially helpful to me as this was a destination wedding for me, so Claudia gave me a lot of insights into things that I just wouldn't have otherwise. Claudia as a planner is extremely customer focused, and its evident that she is YOUR advocate during the entire process. In fact I had a some troubles with a caterer I had hired. I was very stressed, and talked to Claudia about the situation. Claudia stepped in, told me not to worry and took care of it, thus relieving SO much stress I had over the situation.

    Claudia is also VERY detailed oriented and thinks of EVERYTHING. Originally, my now husband and I wanted to have a beach wedding. She kindly talked through how some of the logistical problems, and in fact she checked the tide chart and found that during the time we wanted to have our wedding the beach would be under water... so instead we did our rehearsal on the beach and ceremony at the Santa Barbara Historical Museum. It was her forward thinking that really saved us from having to scramble.

    Claudia also has an awesome design eye. She first really listens to you, what your thoughts are, tries to get a good sense of what your style is. She asks good questions and really thinks about YOU, not what's trendy, not what she likes, but YOU. She also has a way of making suggestions and guidance in a kind, thoughtful and insightful way, and even offers suggestions to make you think in different ways which is cool as that opens up to things you didn't even know you liked which was cool :).

    Claudia repeatedly earned my trust through the planning process, which helped as I got on the plane for our wedding. I got to sit back and enjoy the entire weekend with family and friends, because I had complete faith that everything was under control. Once the day arrived, to me everything was PERFECT! The timeline that she created was relaxed, we had a couple small issues with table seating charts not fitting in the frames I got, but she took them out of my hands and said I GOT this. She designed this BEAUTIFUL spray of candles and extra foliage, and bridesmaids bouquets on the fountain behind our sweetheart table. She printed on her own menu's, brought her own cake stands to make a gorgeous cupcake display, and provided beautiful table numbers (saving me money in rentals, and printing).

    I just can't say enough wonderful things about Claudia. I felt like I had the dream team of planners, and HIGHLY recommend her, if you want a relaxed, fun and well designed event!!!!

    Santa Ynez Wedding

    Where do we even start with Claudia?!? She is absolutely amazing!! Not only as a person but wow wedding coordinating/planning is truly what she is meant to do! She made our whole wedding experience perfect! Claudia took the stress and worry out of wedding planning. She was with us every step of the way. We always felt like we could rely on her for anything. From her design ideas, vendor recommendations, organization, calm, cool and collective personality, she is outstanding!!     Truly amazing!

    I had the honor and pleasure of working with Claudia as my day-of coordinator. Claudia is different from other coordinators in that she supports you from the moment you retain her through your day-of, even if you’ve only retained her for day-of. She is extremely responsive and helpful. Honestly, I had a perfect wedding and a lot of that I credit to Claudia’s advice and attention to detail!!

    Claudia also has a great eye for design, is well-connected and truly goes beyond basic day-of planning to create a truly cohesive event. I am SO happy to have worked with Claudia.

    Vineyard Wedding Planning

    Claudia and her team at Hoste Events are the most amazing wedding planners, and I can't recommend working with them enough. Claudia helped me plan a 200 person wedding at my family's private vineyard home in Santa Barbara County. Planning a wedding at a private home comes with a unique set of challenges, but there was nothing Claudia wasn't prepared for, which made the entire event so seamless. We had to bring in everything, which meant working with about 12 different vendors, and Claudia kept everyone organized, made sure we got everyone paid in a timely fashion and was available any time someone needed to do a walk through on the property prior to the event. We also had a live band, and Claudia came up with some really fun ideas for dance floor props, including confetti canons. Most importantly, the day of, Claudia made sure we had time to ourselves to step back and enjoy the moment, and also that we always had plenty of champagne in our glasses. I wish we could do it all over again!

    Could not recommend Hoste Events more!! Claudia was amazing to work with. Our wedding was a destination wedding in Santa Barbara, and I was planning from the east coast. Having boots on the ground was worth every penny. Right from the beginning, she understood my vision, supplied checklists, timelines and budget templates, and helped to keep me super organized with all vendor contracts, etc. Another big plus is Claudia's great contacts and relationships all over Santa Barbara. She provided excellent referrals. When we arrived in Santa Barbara for the wedding weekend, I literally worried about nothing. She has an extremely positive and calming demeanor throughout the process but especially on the day of. Claudia was on top of everything and really made our wedding truly special and drama free.

    Claudia is hardworking, amazing and compassionate, and went above and beyond for us on our special day! She was extremely responsive and was there for me every step of the way, answering every little question I had and helping me make decisions, leading up to the wedding. She provided me with design guidance and even met me out at the rental company twice to ensure I was happy with the final selections we had made. She also met me numerous times to collect my DIY decor items well before the event. I most appreciated her focus & honesty. She respected our budget, yet took our wedding to the next level by bringing in and providing her own decor pieces and amazing personal touches. I could tell she really wanted to maximize our day and make it as beautiful as she possibly could. Claudia is dedicated, organized and gets the job done. The day went off without a hitch!

    Fairy Tale Wedding!!!!

    What can I say about the talented and amazing Claudia Hoste. She was so great to work with and I couldn't have picked a better wedding planner for my special day. When I was in search for a wedding planner, I knew I wanted someone who would help create my vision come to life and help guide me through the process as well. Working in the hotel and wedding industry, Claudia came very highly recommended from a ton of great wedding vendors and peers. I knew the first 5 min speaking to her she was the one. Planning a wedding can be very stressful and exciting at the same time and I always let my nerves get the best of me, but with Claudia, she made everything so exciting and stress free and ended up creating a fairy tale wedding for my husband Brian and I. I couldn't be more happier with her, she ended up exceeding our expectations on every level. The day of was a huge wedding production and Claudia executed everything flawlessly. If your in need of a great high end wedding planner, then Claudia is the person for you.

    Words truly cannot describe how incredible my experience with Hoste Events was. Claudia absolutely exceeded my already very high expectations! I had a hard time verbalizing my vision for our backyard ceremony & reception, and it was as though Claudia reached into my wildest Pinterest dreams and brought everything and more to Life in stunning detail! My fiancé and I wanted an intimate yet sophisticated backyard ceremony, and Claudia absolutely transformed the place from a basic yard to a whimsical, romantic, setting so beautiful it was featured across several wedding Instagram platforms! Claudia was ALWAYS available (days, nights, and weekends), always joyful, and basically took ALL the work off my plate, while helping me create a wedding I could only have dreamed of! ALL my planning stress melted away instantly as she created a relationship of trust & vision. Claudia always went above and beyond, and added so much value and love to our day, she felt like family.     We hired Claudia as our "month-of" coordinator, and she was an invaluable resource leading up to and on the wedding day. Our venue came with a number of unique restrictions and challenges, with nothing included aside from the space itself. We were planning very much from scratch with many moving parts to coordinate. Claudia accompanied us on numerous site visits with vendors, offering helpful advice and recommendations while never imposing on my very specific vision. We especially appreciated her sense of humor, fun energy, and genuine excitement throughout the process. In the lead-up to the wedding, I was able to confidently hand over all of my carefully made plans, notes, charts, and DIY projects to Claudia, who expertly executed every last detail. There was not a thing for us or our families to worry about on the day of. Thank you, Claudia, for helping us pull off a beautiful and (most importantly) stress-free day!

    Claudia was the most AMAZING day-of coordinator! Our entire experience with her from our initial call before we even hired her until the day of the wedding was more than we could have asked for. Everyone knows that wedding planning can be super stressful, but continually, Claudia went above and beyond with her check-ins to see how the planning process was going and to provide little gifts and words of encouragement along the way. You can really tell that wedding planning is her passion as she offered great ideas for pulling together our wedding decor and the wedding timeline leading up to the big day. She was always available for advice or recommendations on vendors, always had a positive attitude, and never hesitated to provide her professional opinion on how to make our wedding the most perfect day. On the day of the wedding, she coordinated all of the logistics and set-up, timeline, and tear down, which really allowed us to take in the moment and not stress out about the little details. We are grateful for having Claudia involved in our wedding and would highly recommend her to anyone else who is looking for a dedicated day-of coordinator or planner who is on top of everything, has an amazing eye for detail, and will work hard to put her clients first so they can fully enjoy their special moment.

    Claudia is simply the best. We hired her for her "month of" services, but she went so far above and beyond this that I don't think it is fair to categorize - Claudia helped with design, referrals, and answered every ridiculous question I had from the moment we hired her. (She also talked me off the ledge a few times, when planning a 230 person wedding in 5 months started to overwhelm me.) Every vendor we worked with was thrilled to hear that Claudia was our planner - they all praised her organizational skills, easy-going nature, professionalism and fun attitude. She is filled with creative energy and endless ideas without feeling the need to push you in her personal aesthetic direction. She really helped us to personalize our wedding and made sure it was an accurate representation of us as a couple. The actual wedding weekend was completely flawless - even the threat of rain was dealt with swiftly, as Claudia ordered us a tent and made our rehearsal dinner more intimate and comfortable than it would have been otherwise. Everything was perfect, and we are incredibly grateful to Claudia for this amazing experience.

    Hiring Claudia was the best decision I made when it came to planning my wedding. My only regret was that I did not do it sooner! From the beginning, Claudia put my mind at ease with her professionalism, depth of knowledge, and calm demeanor. It wasn't until I started planning my wedding that I realized I knew nothing about what each vendor specifically does, the timeline I should follow, or how to make sure it all came together without a hitch. I was stressing big time, but as soon as I hired Claudia, I was able to enjoy the process knowing that I was in good hands, and everything would come together beautifully. Initially, I was concerned about the cost of a wedding planner, but when it came to my sanity and being able to have fun with the process, it was worth it and more. I was also planning my wedding from across the country, and I could not have done it without Claudia. When I'd come home for a quick weekend to plan, she scheduled all my meetings for me with the vendors I needed to see, came with me when I asked her to, and provided unparalleled advice about what would look good, what I needed and didn't, and what to focus on, vs. let go. And every vendor I worked with that knew Claudia would gush about how wonderful and organized she is, and again reassure me that I was in good hands. There was no better feeling. Then when it came to the day of the wedding, I could again enjoy the day because I knew she had me covered, and she knew the wedding details and plans far better than I did! I don't know how many brides Claudia was working with during the time she was planning with me, but I always felt like the only one. She remembered every detail of things I said I liked or didn't, responded to texts, emails and calls immediately, and continuously checked in to make sure I was feeling good, and to check if I needed anything.

    THE BEST WEDDING PLANNER PERIOD! I booked Claudia as a day of coordiantor at first. She was involved every step of the way as a guide. She went above and beyond. She dealt with every vendor and surpassed her role with flying colors. She knows weddings, Ojai, Ventura, and LA like the back of her hand and is well connected. People love working with her and she is a lovely woman. I can't say enough positive things about her. She runs and tight ship. She's classy and polishes. No stress for you. Everything is handled. She is affordable and the best investment to make our wedding a dream. Claudia comes from the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa so she know high end, but can work with all budgets. She is the queen of multi-tasking and is so fun. My wedding was the best ever, because of Hoste EVENTS. If you don't book her you are making a huge mistake

    Claudia was my go to for just about everything for an intimate wedding at the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa! She recommended excellent vendors that matched my preferences And vision which resulted in a cohesive and well planned team of vendors. Her follow through on each email and subsequent detail was timely & well thought out or researched. Claudia's attitude and vibe on the day of our wedding was perfect for me- she was festive, calm and focused on whatever was needed in the moment and made it happen. She also followed the timeline to a T because that was important to us that we stayed on schedule and she was flexible for the things that needed to be rearranged. Overall Claudia is a pro, we would recommend her to anyone that wants an amazing wedding!!

    I can't thank Claudia enough for the time and care she put into helping me pull off my day without a hitch. I hired her as a month/day of coordinator but she was so much more than that. She made sure that my day was a perfect as I envisioned it to be. The day of the ceremony someone mentioned to me how calm I was, and I WAS!!! There was nothing to worry about as I knew Claudia had it all under control. From our first meeting to our last hoorah Claudia was a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend her to anyone that is looking for MAGIC on their special day.

    Claudia is THE BEST. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her work. We got married at the Ojai Valley Inn and she knew every little detail about the hotel, so it was great that she was so knowledgeable about the venue and its staff. She also recommended amazing local vendors and was constantly suggesting ideas and offering advice without being pushy. She was so helpful all of the time and we were constantly communicating via email and phone. I obviously had exceptionally high exceptions for my wedding day/weekend and it was even more incredible than I could have possibly imagined, all thanks to Claudia. She executed the weekend perfectly. All of my bridesmaids on the day-of kept telling me that I was calmest bride ever (and I was!!) because I knew Claudia had everything under control. There was zero reason to stress and everything was flawless. It was the best wedding ever!! I cannot thank Claudia enough for making our special day extraordinary and for making the entire wedding planning process exciting and fun.

    Claudia Hoste transformed my small, "simple" wedding into a breathtaking experience for all.
    After speaking with Claudia over the phone, she personalized a service contract to fulfill my specific needs. She took her time to get to know my fiancee and me, meeting us in person early in the process to get a feel for our personalities and what we both wanted for the day. She was open to some of our nontraditional ideas and used her experience and creativity to incorporate them into our wedding celebration. She introduced some great ideas of her own; like having a special movie experience for our younger guests that allowed parents to enjoy adult time while making it a memorable night for the kids. Claudia took our broad vision and incorporated it so beautifully into the decor and floral design. She worked directly with our florist, pastry chef, and catering manager to create a truly exquisite experience for our guests. The day of, she was so patient. She was behind the scenes ensuring that everything came off perfectly. A personal touch was everywhere, from the amazing ombre floral designs, to the gorgeous table settings, to the personalized petit fours on our dessert table. Her work was exceptional. I highly recommend Hoste Events!

    Hiring Claudia was the single best decision I made during me wedding planning (and probably one of the top decisions I've made in my life). From the day we first talked to her, until we left our wedding reception, she was an absolute gem to deal with, going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was perfect. We live in Washington DC, and planning from 3000 miles away poses a number of challenges- especially when you aren't from the area you are getting married. Claudia helped us get in touch with the best vendors, helped negotiate deals, and even met with our vendors multiple times on our behalf.

    On the day of our ceremony, I count myself to be blessed to be one of the few brides I know who truly got to have fun at her wedding- Claudia and her assistant coordinated everything just perfectly, and I never had to worry about timelines or anything going awry- I just got to catch up with friends and family and dance :) Not to mention, her sense of aesthetics is AMAZING- our reception looked like a spread in a magazine, and she translated my vaguely defined vision for a "Hemingway garden party" perfectly.     Weddings can be stressful to say the least. My stress level begin to decrease after my initial conversation with Claudia Hoste of Hoste Events, and it was uphill from then on. Claudia listened to my concerns, evaluated my needs, and delivered an amazing experience to my husband and I as well as to all our guests. Her attention to detail surpassed our expectations and her taste level was impeccable. She took care of every detail. All we had to do was show up and enjoy our wedding day, and she ensured that we had the correct pictures taken, she kept us on time, handled the floral arrangements, and the menu. She was able to convert our favorite English Pub into an elegant, intimate event space complete with personalized menu cards for our guests. The icing on the cake was the handmade Thank You cards that Claudia designed and created for us. Hoste Events delivered an experience throughout the process, and on our Wedding day, that we never expected. We will be forever grateful for making our Wedding so special.
