Rhonda was amazing to work with. She was very accommodating and up front with all info. The location was very affordable and I was able to pay almost all vendors through Hunt Club. This made everything very easy and I'd recommend them if you are looking to bringing a specific food vendor or your own booze.

Rhonda Rowe and her crew at Hunt Club Farm are truly miraculous! They had everything set up, running smoothly, and packed up for us without the bride ever being stressed! We had three meetings before the big day, and Rhonda made us feel assured that her crew knew what they were doing and would do it with class. The barn was GORGEOUS with its string lights, rustic furniture pieces, and plenty of space for our 170 dancing guests! Several great places for bridal party photos at the garden pond and dock. I highly recommend the garden pond cocktail hour with the hayride! Thank you HCF!! You truly made it the best and happiest day of our lives.

I had three goals for my wedding: for the guests to be comfortable, be well fed and have fun. Rhonda and her team at Hunt Club Farm definitely helped attain these goals.
Rhonda was very knowledgeable about her property and how to set things up for the perfect activities. She was very receptive to our questions and ideas and gave feedback on what she knew would and would not work.
The thing that solidified our decision to have the reception at Hunt Club Farm was the option for a cocktail hour in the Petting Farm. I love animals and know my guests would love that special touch. They did, indeed.
Inside the main barn was decorated perfectly. I gave Rhonda drawings of how I envisioned table decorations and other decor. I put post-it notes on things and where I thought they should go. The rest, I left to her best judgment. It all looked perfect and exactly how I had envisioned.
The required vendor list was a little restrictive, but we worked with it. Affordable Rentals had everything we needed. If you book the rentals through Rhonda, you will get a discounted rate.
DJs are booked through KA Arts. We were very fortunate to have Krendl himself DJ our wedding. He was absolutely wonderful and truly professional. You can bring in your own DJ or band for a price.
The catering list had two companies on it - both barbeque joints. For an extra fee, I was able to bring in my own catering choice and chose Yummy Goodness. I hope Rhonda will consider adding them to her vendor list. She and Lori worked well together and the food & drink for cocktail hour and reception was fantastic.
We chose to have a fire pit and cigar bar. Both were great choices. Just remember to give Rhonda the cigars BEFORE everything starts. HAHA.
All in all, Hunt Club Farm is a FUN and unique venue for your wedding reception. Rhonda knows what she's doing, just make sure everything is written down and agreed upon, otherwise things can get added or forgotten in the flurry of planning.

We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner at the newly renovated Little Barn...aka Clubhouse. The Clubhouse looked fabulous with all the fairy lights you almost didn’t need decorations. The newly installed sound system was a definite bonus. We were so pleased with the outstanding effort by HCF. Shout out to Rhonda and Dianna for making sure our evening went without a hitch. This group was so accommodating to our every need and request. Our evening ended with a haunted hayride for the entire wedding party & guests. Great time was had by all. What more could you ask for?

We had are wedding reception at the Little Barn. HCF staff were a pleasure to work with. Rhonda was wonderful! She ensured everything went smooth, thought of everything and helped through the entire process! I had complete faith and trust that when I showed up everything would be perfect and it was!

Hunt Club Farms was the perfect location for our rehearsal venue. It completed our rustic feel and the barn was the perfect indoor space, large enough to house our 30-40 guests, buffet BBQ and bar. the staff was very friendly and easy to work with, letting us come by anytime and have multiple meetings with them regarding the event. We even kept the petting zoo open and had a bonfire for the kids and adults. Thanks again!

Leave a buffer in your budget!! Everything turned out fine in the end, but every time we got a new copy of the contract, something was added in that wasn't there before. We started around $3.5k, and it ended up over $4k. Not a huge deal, but those are the kind of things I would like to have planned for ahead of time. So I say leave $500 of 'misc' in you budget for what isn't there to start. Responsiveness could have been better as well, lots of 'miscommunication' about what time things were happening, when someone as available for us, etc. Didn't help the stress towards the end!!
