Mixed Feelings
We have mixed feelings about the Hyatt because our wedding day was perfect, but the Hyatt was the only vendor we had issues with during the planning process.
Pros: new building (built 2018), beautiful conference room and hall, flexible space, cool light fixtures, reasonably priced packages, friendly coordinator, clean/spacious suites, good catering and bartending service.
Cons: every guest room had to be rebooked due to errors on their part, 20 rooms were "blocked" but multiple complaints from guests said the group codes didn't work, major lags in email communication and payment issues, on our wedding day we found out that the Hyatt refused to help move the chairs from the ceremony to reception (they had originally told us they'd help, but didn't mention they wouldn't do it if 3rd party chairs were involved).
Overall, I think they'll be a great venue in the future. They are relatively new and need some practice in organization. Otherwise, it's a beautiful space and we don't regret getting married there despite the issues we've encountered.
