  The Best There Is!

  After the very first call with KKWE, we instantly knew they were the planners we wanted to work with. What made KKWE stand out was how genuine, passionate, honest, and creative they were. They got to know us and we can safely say we gained some amazing friends in this process. It's been a month since our wedding and we can't stop reliving the day over and over again. It was truly the most perfect wedding and it's all thanks to KKWE and the amazing vendor team they put together to bring our vision to life.
  
  On the day of the wedding they executed flawlessly. We never felt a moment of stress and were able to truly enjoy the day with the people we love the most. So many people have reached out to us saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We would do it again in a heartbeat and not change a single thing!   Simply the BEST

  My wedding wouldn’t be what it was, if it wasn’t for Kelly and her entire team. I started planning my dream wedding over a year ago and was lucky enough to have the extremely talented, professional, organized, kindest person next to me walking me though every detail necessary to make our wedding weekend what we’ve always dreamed of. If there is one thing you need when planning a wedding, it’s a coordinator. Kelly recommended the most amazing vendors, helped organize every detail and kept us on track for our big day. It was truly amazing watching it all come together and we will forever be thankful for her!

  The BEST there is!

  Kelly is not only an AMAZING wedding planner, but she is an AMAZING person! As a bride, I cannot say enough great things about Kelly – she is kind, talented, hardworking, passionate, professional, fun, and organized – as is the team behind her! I don’t know if there is enough space in this review for all the fabulous things to say about Kelly Karli Weddings and Events.
  
  I hired Kelly as my full-service wedding planner about 14 months out from my July 2022 wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado.
  
  From our initial phone calls, Kelly and I just clicked. All our conversations left me feeling more and more excited and extremely confident in Kelly’s abilities to execute on my vision for my wedding day. Throughout the planning process, I looked forward to touching base with Kelly – she made the daunting task of wedding planning manageable and fun. Kelly was ALWAYS extremely responsive and attentive – via both email and phone. Although she was planning multiple weddings at once, I always felt special and cared for as a client. I consider Kelly as not only my wedding planner, but my cheerleader too, and she is now part of our family!
  
  One of my favorite aspects of working with Kelly, was not only how she and I “clicked”, but how well Kelly got along with my fiancé and my mom and dad, who were hosting my wedding. My parents, from New York, loved working with Kelly too! Kelly was patient with all their questions and requests and never hesitated to jump on the phone with them. We all adore Kelly and cannot thank her enough for planning what we refer to as “the BEST day!”
  
  During planning, I think Kelly quickly realized that, like her, I am also Type-A. She did a great job at “handling” certain things and including me on others. She was able to quickly read my personality and working style and adapted to it.
  
  About six months out, we started on event design. Kelly is amazing at this! She worked with me to understand my vision for the day, my style, and personality. She then created a mood board for me and sourced all rentals and décor, including draping and lighting, to make my vision a reality. I wanted a hanging floral installation above our dancefloor – Kelly worked with the florist and the engineer from the venue to make this happen (it was gorgeous!).
  
  As with all weddings, during the planning process, some things did not go according to plan. Kelly quickly jumped into action and resolved any issues. Kelly does not shy away from adversity and is a true professional, understanding how to remedy any situation that may come up. She is true to her clients and from my experience, always acts with their best interests in mind.
  
  On wedding day, we had 200 guests attend from all over the country at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Kelly and her team immediately got to work behind the scenes. Their coordination seemed effortless! My family and I were able to completely enjoy the day and be present with Kelly and her team running the show. We trusted them 100% and everything was a dream!
  
  Brides – my advice: sometimes it can be tough to find wedding planners with both expertise in design and execution of wedding day logistics. You also want someone that you enjoy speaking with and who will get you excited for your wedding day. Kelly is the total package! She is absolutely the BEST! Do yourself a favor and work with her!

  Bride working with Brittany Richards

  I decided to plan a destination wedding in less than 6 months time. Crazy!
  I knew that I could not do it alone and also knew I wanted a planner local to vail that I could trust to do what I could not due to distance.
  Then I came across Kelly Karli Weddings and Events and met the fabulous Brittany Richards. As soon as I spoke with Brittany I instantly knew I wanted to work with her. She put me at ease, always making me feel heard and understood. No matter how busy she was, I always felt like the top priority. Most importantly she made the process FUN! we always found a way to have a laugh.
  I call her my fairy godmother because she truly was magic during those few months. Making everything appear effortless and always figuring out a way to make my wishes come true.
  The week of my wedding when I was in Vail with my family I did not have to worry one bit about the wedding. I was able to enjoy a vacation...who would have been thought possible?!
  And then the day of my dreams arrived and it was perfect. Even with some crazy weather, I did not have to worry about back up plans, my guests being comfortable or any little details, Brittany had my back. The day was pure bliss and beauty.

  Kelly and Brittany were the best

  Kelly is the best wedding planner and hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding. I had seen weddings Kelly put on at RCBG (where we got married) when I worked there, and always admired how beautiful they were and how smooth they flowed. When we got engaged and started looking for venues we talked with her and she was great throughout the whole process. We also worked with Brittany and she is fantastic. Planning from afar can be stressful, but Kelly and Brittany were so organized and great at communicating. Both of them were so on top of it and made sure everything was flawless for both of us, our families and guests. During the weekend, we didn't have to worry about anything and they were great with all communication with the hotel, vendors and wedding party. While a wedding planner is a big expense, Kelly and Brittany were totally worth it. They helped make the event so much more beautiful because of Kelly's initial style plan, her recommended vendors and their planning and attention to detail. Having them as our planners let us enjoy the weekend so much more because we knew they had everything under control.

  Great to work with!

  As a vendor, we've worked with Kelly and her team for a couple of events this summer. They are extremely organized, thoughtful and really responsive! We appreciate how detailed they are, as it makes a huge difference in how smooth our day goes! :)

  Kelly is absolutely FANTASTIC! When my husband and I were first engaged, we knew we wanted a Vail wedding, but had some concerns about planning from afar (we live in NY). Kelly and her team immediately put us at ease. From our initial conversation to the day of our wedding, Kelly was the glue behind the scenes holding it all together and ensuring that everything was seamless. 
  She has an incredible ability to understand a couple's vision and help to bring that fruition, all while being cognizant of budget. She is incredibly well respected around the Colorado area, and surrounds herself with beyond talented vendors. Everyone we worked with (photographer, florist, venue etc.), were recommended by Kelly and far exceeded our expectations. 
  Kelly and her team provided thoughtful feedback throughout the process - taking the lead where appropriate, and following our lead when that made sense. 
  The most challenging thing about planning a wedding are all the details in between. The logistics and coordination that happens behind the scene that are so critical to a seamless day. That's what Kelly and her team do best. Our band, who were from out of town (requiring lots of moving parts to get them to Vail), mentioned that Kelly was one of the very best they've ever worked with. She made it easy, and we felt the same. 
  We could not recommend her more!

The decor company I design for and KKW&E had a fabulously successful wedding season in 2018 and I am telling you these women will do just about anything for you as a client or vendor.   Every Bride Needs a Planner Like Kelly

  Kelly and her team are incredible! They have the knowledge, skills, and demeanor to create an unforgettable experience. As a wedding photographer who has worked with Kelly, her weddings are always seamless and smooth. She's such a joy to be around and has the great care for her clients and impeccable attention to detail. I would whole-heartedly recommend her!

When I first met her she said she was worried her plate was too full during my wedding month and referred me to other incredible planners. I have so much respect for Kelly for doing that. However, lucky for me, the girls expanded their team and were able to take me as a client.
  My wedding was better than any dream, it was more than I had hoped, it surpassed every expectation, beautiful, creative, my vision and most of all...I was NEVER STRESSED. To my knowledge not one thing went wrong, there were no hurtles, no problems, everything was perfect....how many wedding planners can provide that to a bride?
  Also, I would like to especially thank Lindsey, who spent hours helping me put together gift boxes (which was not part of the service I paid for), picking up my favorite coffee drinks, running 100 errands (again going above her job) and making me feel so special.

  Kelly and Taylor went above and beyond to make sure my day was as special as I had envisioned it. Taylor is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and truly cares about her brides. Taylor put my mind at ease from the very first time we spoke, which was so important to me as a destination wedding bride. Taylor was knowledgeable about the area and provided great vendor recommendations. Taylor made sure my wedding-planning process was on track and encouraged me when I got frustrated or stressed.
  
  The day of my wedding could not have gone more smoothly, and that is because of Taylor. Everything was scheduled perfectly, and she made sure no detail was looked over. When I had special requests, she made sure they were taken care of so I wouldn't have to worry. Taylor and her team even trudged through deep snow to make sure we got the perfect picture. All of my bridesmaids and even my photographer commented that it was the best-organized wedding they had ever been a part of.
  
  The day was truly magical. And when we returned to our room after the wedding reception, Taylor and her team had even laid out my veil, flowers, and wedding cake to make the room looked special. They had also collected all of my items like guest book and sentimental trinkets and brought them back to our room.
  
  You can tell that Taylor and Kelly take great pride in their work and make sure every bride is happy. I certainly was a happy bride! My groom and I couldn't have worked with a better team.

  I met my now husband in Vail, CO and two year later he proposed under the same tree where we shared our first kiss. During that engagement weekend we talked about where we would be married and he suggested Vail. It sounded like a great idea. What I didn’t realize is how challenging it can be planning from afar. I had talked to another coordinator on the phone and was planning to work with her however, after meeting Kelly I knew she was the person I wanted helping me make our wedding weekend everything we dreamed about. I found over the six months we worked together that she was kind, detailed, creative, flexible, sincere, professional and most importantly really good at wedding planning. I am extremely organized and yet there were 100 things I forgot that SHE remembered! She was my right hand gal and I found when my fiancé couldn’t hear another word about the planning, that Kelly was right there and interested. My favorite moment with Kelly was just before I walked down the aisle. I had asked that I walk out just after the church bells rang. It sounds simple but timing the wedding party along with the ending of the music to bells that we knew rang before noon but weren’t certain exactly, was difficult at best. I was a nervous wreck but I noticed she was nervous too. I said, “are you nervous?” to which she said “I really want the bells to work for you” and added “I get nervous before every wedding and if there comes a day that I don’t then I won’t do this anymore”. She was trying to calm my nerves and did so by sharing her own. Getting nervous means you care and caring means you do your BEST. In hiring Kelly, you will get the BEST and it will be the BEST money you spend in the scheme of all the expenses of a wedding. You will care about ALL the details, and Kelly and the team at FPW will too! They participate in your wedding as if it was their own. It's a level of service & professionalism that EVERY bride deserves. Kelly thinks so too!
