  Highly Recommend!

  We hired Kim as our wedding planner and honestly, I would have been such a mess without her. She was always such a pleasure to talk with and has a calm demeanor (when you're planning a wedding, you'll appreciate this about her!) She helped me stay organized and I even got discounts from some of my vendors just by mentioning that she was my wedding planner! I'm honestly kind of sad that I won't be talking to her every week anymore now that the wedding is over. THANK YOU, KIM!

  Kim Hunt is Amazing and so Wonderful to work with !

  Kim Hunt is amazing to work with ! Our advice is to Hire her as fast as you can ! She helped my daughter and son in-law have the wedding of their dreams ! She really listened to their ideas and helped with every detail ! We enjoyed every second of The Wedding Day knowing Kim was in charge !

  Camp Lucy Dream Wedding

  We live 5 hours away from the venue and thought is was going to be hard to plan a wedding - especially 5 hours from the venue and only in 3 months! Kim made it very easy — and I am VERY picky and knew exactly what I wanted for my daughter - Kim took over and the day of the wedding couldn’t have gone any smoother. Such a beautiful ceremony and a fantastic reception - exactly how I visioned it!! I did absolutely nothing the day of the wedding except sit back and enjoy the day as my daughter said “I do!” She was so organized and had an awesome time line for absolutely everything. For me to be able to sit back and enjoy the day with it being such a beautiful organized Wedding leaves me speechless! Kim is amazing!!

  Kim made our day so special! She made everything run so smoothly and was a truly incredible host. Her input into decision making was helpful and exactly what we needed.She truly listened and made this day more than we could dream of ! Wouldn’t have been the same without you!!!   You need Kim. Trust me!

  5 stars for Kim Hunt! I did not hire a coordinator for the planning of my wedding, and since our wedding mass was off-site at St. Austin's downtown, we did not think we needed anyone for the reception at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs. Boy - were we wrong! If it wasn't for Kim, I never would have been able to fully enjoy my wedding day. She was there whenever I needed her, but very discreet and calm. She was a pleasure to work with the few weeks leading up to the wedding, and helped rearrange our timeline over and over to fine tune the little details. When our wedding happened to be on a freak snowy Texas day in February, she helped sneak me away to the bridal cottage with my new husband to run a hot bath and warm up my FROZEN toes in between the cocktail mingling and dinner. Kim never flinches to drama, or is phased by the inevitable stresses of a bride's family and day-of hiccups. Trust me - you need a coordinator if you want to enjoy your wedding day... and you NEED Kim!

  Kim is an angel. She is easy to talk to and genuinely cares about your wedding as much as you do. I threw so many wild ideas at her and she helped me make the ones that really mattered to me a reality.   Kim did a great job with our wedding at Camp Lucy. I have an unconventional job and work weird hours and she was very flexible and accommodating in setting up all of our meetings. She took care of everything the week leading up to the wedding - I didn't have to talk to any vendors that week and it really did make it super enjoyable and stress free.   Everything was lovely, and I've no qualms recommending all their activities. Kim in particular organized everything well in advance. A meeting a month before developed a draft moment-by-moment timeline from first arrival through very last cleanup. Then at rehearsal the day before and on the day she kept everything running smoothly through all the vendors and bustling groups hither, thither, and yon. Great work!

  Kim was a tremendous help planning our destination wedding at Camp Lucy. She always answered our questions and concerns in a timely manner and went above and beyond when we the linens we had originally chosen were no longer available. The room looked exquisite with all her extra touches.
  The ceremony and reception ran smoothly and all our quests had an amazing evening!

We needed assistance in every area of planning, and choosing Kim Hunt for our 'Day Of' planner made all the difference in the world. Her calm, assertive demeanor made everyone feel that even the smallest detail would be taken care of. She went above and beyond our expectations the entire weekend. Very easy to get along with, diplomatic, efficient, and tactful...a joy to work with...that's Kim!

  Kim was recommended by our wedding venue as a "day of planner" and she was spectacular. My wife and I are both planners (her open about it, me more of a closet planner) and turning over our wedding day to someone else was difficult, but Kim made it so easy. I checked in with her a few times during the reception just to make sure she didn't need any help, but she certainly didn't... you always hear about how with weddings you just need to assume things will go wrong... well, leading up to it that was the case (everything we planned) but once we handed things over to Kim, no more problems. Can't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a day of planner!
