    Great Service

Kia was great. We told her what we liked and didn't like and she put together a great dinner for our wedding. She and her team were professional and made sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend.

    Mrs. Harris,
Thank you for your wonderful and kind words. Our journey from the tasting to all the events up to your special day will never be forgotten. You allowed KBC to be a part of your special day and we thank you for that. We hope you and your family enjoyed everything. We look forward to working with you again.

    Professionalism At Its Best!!

I booked with Chef Kia within 30 days of my event (elopement brunch). She came through like a champ. The food tasted great, she kept in contact with me, and her professionalism is outstanding. I look forward to working with her again. This lady is the real deal.

    Private Event Services

The Kreative Blessings Catering Team did an excellent job with my son's event last month. The level of professionalism, service and quality was outstanding and the atmosphere left my guest feeling wowed.

I would definitely procure their services for our next event!!

A job well done from The Stukes Family

    Kreative Blessings Catering's reply:

Did NOT get what I paid for!

I was VERY EXTREMELY ABSOLUTELY displeased!
Everything was great until I walked up to the food at the reception… many items that were supposed to be served was nowhere in site and what was there was insufficient with 1/2 my guests still in line! I also paid $150 to have them cut/serve the cake-they refused saying I didn’t pay for it. The staff were extremely rude to my guest refusing to give them food, telling them “don’t you see all the ppl in line” or “you just get one” (SMALL flour tortilla taco). Chef Kia refused to make any of this good by only agreeing to give us a free brunch on our 1 year anniversary! Brunch for 2 a year later isn’t making it right! Please be sure to use a well known, well established catering company so this doesn’t happen to you. She assured me she had done big functions & she could handle 200 guests… but she didn’t do a site visit before hand and couldn’t handle the job! If you don’t heed my warning & use her be sure to PRINT EVERYTHING OUT b/c when I went to print email chains out she had removed everything attempting to cover her tracks and hoping I hadn’t printed the important info! Big red flag that she knows she was wrong! Scam artist is my personal opinion.

    Kreative Blessings Catering's reply:

Mrs. Edwards, on behalf of Chef Kia and Kreative Blessings Catering we would like to address your post. We appreciate it when a client provides feedback regarding our services, however, there are a lot of details and information missing from what really happened at your wedding that your post left out. Your wedding had a guarantee of 165 guests. KBC prepared for and served 165 guests. The venue coordinator stated to me that the venue was set up for 175 guests and she guesstimated that there were 20 more guests standing at the high-top tables, and she repeatedly stated this over the course of the event.
You mentioned the long lines. The lines were not the fault of our catering team, but the venue coordinator. She was upset with the event timeline that she was provided by the bride and groom. The guests’ tables were not called to the buffet so your guests took matters into their own hands and went to the buffet on their own all at once. This would of course create delays with replenishing food on the buffet since the coordinator didn’t call the tables 1 or 2 at a time, not all 100+ guests at once. This allowed guests to come through the buffet multiple times before all guests could be served. Our team worked hard to keep up with the demand and all the various requests from the guests.
There were several issues behind the scenes that were beyond the control of the catering team that you and your husband may not have been aware of. There were significant special layout issues along with quite a few electrical issues.

Members of our staff, including Chef Kia, were interrupted from providing service several times by members of the bridal party and guests with special requests regarding the food. Toward the end of dinner service, Chef Kia was approached by your brother-in-law (he introduced himself as the groom’s brother) about some of the obvious challenges during dinner. He was acting as your “spokesperson” regarding dinner. We spoke with him, and it was his idea that we should offer you and your husband the anniversary meal as a gesture of goodwill, and we agreed. We would have gladly discussed alternative solutions with the two of you if we believed that you were upset with the goodwill gesture that he proposed.
And to address your other comments in the post – they are simply not true. Chef Kia, nor any member of her team would ever hide/delete / or change email correspondence with our clients. All emails are saved on our computer servers, and we can show proof that we didn’t alter the contents as your post has suggested.

As for the charge for the cutting and serving of the cake, you were not charged for this service. Chef Kia gifted the service which is usually a 175.00 charge. The 150.00 charge on your receipt is for The Wedding Day Brunch for you and the bridesmaids.
While we understand that you may be upset with how your reception was not as you may have hoped, many of your comments are simply not true. Our job as the caterers is to provide and serve the food as contracted for every event that we book. However, the venue and its staff are responsible for the overall flow and success of your event or wedding. As a third-party vendor, the venue coordinator is responsible for the success of your event /wedding. Mrs. Edwards, posting this extremely negative post without having all the facts and details about what was really happening behind the scenes at your wedding is not fair to Chef Kia or our team. There is a lot more we could share about the venue and its staff if you would be willing to listen including the coordinator’s behavior. We would be more than happy to have a conversation about it.
Kreative Blessings Catering operates honestly, fairly, and with integrity for all events. If there is ever any issue, we don’t hide from it – we discuss it with our clients and come up with a solution that works for all parties involved.
