  Kristen came highly recommended by a dear friend who had worked with her before. I can't imagine not having Kristen by our side, taking care of all details and allowing us to celebrate with confidence that she had everything in hand. Kristen has fantastic ideas and made my daughter's wedding a magical night!

  Kristen was instrumental to making our dream day a reality! We would highly recommend her services.
  
  She was able to coordinate vendors, family, and friends leading up to and day of- all while planning our event with a buget friendly mindset, working under an incredible time crunch, helping us plan our 2 venue wedding in a city we wouldnt be in town for until 7 days before the event! Out wedding was so incredible- that one of the guests actually reached out the next day to have Kristen plan their next get together!

  Micro-Wedding Miracleworker

  During this worrisome time of Covid-19, the idea of planning a wedding had me all stressed. That is until I found Kristen Larkin and Pam Miller. They did everything above and beyond to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. Kristen gave me a sense of calm, which only a very experienced wedding coordinator can provide, was so appreciated. We were blessed to be able to wed at a very special and beautiful location, Lovers Lane United Methodist Church.

  Could not imagine what the big day would have been without Kristen and her team!

  Early on Kristen let us know that she would be there to assist us through the planning, but most of all, the day of the wedding she was in control - i.e. I could let go of the details and be the mother of the bride. Not an easy thing for me to do. Every detail we had planned "magically" happened! from the timing of getting ready, to first look photos, to displays and transitioning to reception venue.

  Once Upon a Wedding...

  Our son’s wedding in June of this year was combined with a family reunion, so we had a full weekend of events. Kristen Larkin and her staff helped us create five events over three days in four different venues. It was an enormous amount of work, but Kristen made it all work beautifully. Her encyclopedic knowledge of the vendors on the wedding scene in Dallas was crucial to making the weekend a success. Her team was flexible and amazingly responsive to all our requests, and the most common response from all our guests was “what a glorious time we all had!” Larkin Events & Weddings is truly a one-stop shop for everything you could possible need to plan any event, and I heartily recommend them to anyone in the market for an event coordinator of any kind!   Flawless execution

  We combined my son’s wedding with my wife’s family reunion, so we had 5 events over 3 days at 5 different venues. Couldn’t have run smoother. I hope both of my daughters get married in Dallas so Kristen can help us again!

  Great, wonderful wedding planner!

  It was amazing

  Mrs. Larkin took the time to get to know us both. She made sure our wedding reflected both of us. We are very grateful for all of her hard work to make our special day so amazing. There was nothing to big or small for her. We gave her our ideas and she made it beyond anything we could have imagined.

  Caring, Compassionate, and Problem Solvers!

  Kristen and her team are incredibly caring and compassionate with their couples, caring for them holistically. They not only help with details moving towards the big day, but walk with the couple in things that come up- in wedding planning and in life. And, if problems do come up...they help the couple respond and deal with them quickly and effectively!

  Very Disappointing

  Kristen was not attentive to detail and did not provide the expertise she promised. From the beginning, Kristen would be unresponsive to our calls and text which is unacceptable as a wedding planner. Our overall experience was very disappointing as a whole. As the bride, I felt my mom and I had to hold her hand and think of the out of the box “last minute details” that Kristen could not. Kristen did not make us feel at ease a month before the wedding or even a week before the wedding. Days before the wedding my mom and I were a complete mess with zero direction. This was an “over promise and barely deliver” situation. We never heard back from Kristen after she had to miss the wedding event for emergency surgery. However, our service was terrible even before her health problems. Kristen should have been more honest with us on what she could deliver and what she could not. I would not recommend Kristen, she did not make our experience enjoyable.
