We love our rings!
We can't rave about Troy and Christina enough! They custom made my engagement ring and wedding ring and they are PERFECTION! I have never seen more beautiful rings! I will love these rings forever. They also have a huge selection of men's rings in every style and metal you could possibly think of. -

My fiancé and I found Liberty Diamonds online, checked out their raving reviews on WeddingWire, The Knot, and Yelp then decided to give them a call. Liberty Diamonds had a great selection of cushion cut diamonds which is the only cut I wanted! Compared to other jewelers, Liberty’s diamonds are clearly better quality and value.
Troy was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to show each diamond under magnification, explain the specs and what it means. You can really tell that Troy has a passion for what he does as he was so enthusiastic. I was really indecisive because this is such big purchase. Troy was super patient and didn’t mind that we kept going back because I couldn’t make up my mind. Troy also worked with us to keep the purchase within our budget. We ended up getting a custom ring and Cristina helped us with the ring design. She listened carefully and incorporated all the elements I said I liked. We exchanged countless emails to make slight adjustments and Cristina was receptive to all of it. It was very hard for me to envision the outcome of the ring. Cristina was very patient with all my questions and concerns.
I was super nervous to pick up the ring because I was afraid I won’t like it and it would be a great waste of money! My worse fear came true… I did not love the ring with my first look. There’s a design element that turned out different than I thought. To be fair, it was what I asked for. Upon seeing my disappointment and my fiance’s disappointment that I was not thrilled, Troy immediately offered to make adjustments to the ring. Troy worked patiently with us and suggested different design possibilities. At the end, THE RING WAS AMAZING! They made the changes without charging extra.
Liberty Diamonds is very professional and they make effort to make their customers happy. My fiancé and I will definitely return to purchase our wedding bands in a few months!Liberty Diamonds's reply:

Liberty Diamonds was the best decision! Through the guidance and professionalism and customer care responsiveness of Charlene, I the most beautiful diamond ring! My now fiancé was surprised to see how beautiful it was to her exact style. Her friends and loved ones all comment on how beautiful it is! Thanks again Charlene and Liberty Diamonds for making this all possible! You guys were so helpful and made everything happen with such flexibility despite being in such a crunch time during the crazy holidays! I can't thank Charlene and Liberty Diamonds enough!!! We found this jewelry store on Yelp, and they lived up to their reviews. If you want a store you can walk into & get individual attention with fine, quality diamonds, this is the place to go. Troy helped us to find both my engagement ring and wedding rings at 2 separate times. I wanted a princess cut diamond, and Troy explained to me the best & most brilliant cut which of course we purchased. Both my engagement and wedding rings are custom made and unique, and we got a great deal because they were rings already in the store which we tweaked for me. We will return and do not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone. -

We stopped here after exhausting our other options it seemed like. I wanted to design my own ring- I had something not super unique in mind, but I wanted to have the band and diamond sizes I wanted with the larger stone picked out as well. They did everything here and it was really amazing- we picked out our stone and customized everything else. They were very knowledgable and helped a lot so it wasn't overwhelming. We did the wedding band at the same time so that it matches perfectly. It is a gorgeous ring that is now on the cover of their mailers and I get so many compliments on it daily. -

Troy, David, Christine and the rest of the staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable about helping you find the perfect ring for you. I've been working with Liberty Diamonds for years, but my fiance was apprehensive as he really wanted to make sure we stayed within a specific budget. Christine worked with us on finding bands that met our needs and Troy worked with us on finding the perfect center stone. I was set on a Radiant Cut, but Troy encouraged me to look at some other cuts that I might find equally acceptable, while still maintaining our budget. He found us our perfect stone to match the perfect ring!! My fiance (now husband) felt at ease and really appreciated Liberty Diamonds' professionalism without the pressure. Thank you!!! -

When my fiancé surprised me with my ring, I was absolutely thrilled. The ring could not have been any more stunning. We have now gone back to Liberty Diamonds a couple times, one being to order both of our bands. They are extremely professional and would never sell anything subpar. Michael is very picky and he absolutely loved Liberty Diamonds for both of our rings. My parents actually went with us to pick out our bands and ended up buying anniversary rings also! -

My (now) husband bought my engagement ring from Liberty Diamonds and the team at Liberty is wonderful! Troy and Jeff are great to work with -- the times I've gone there to get my ring cleaned they have both been great people to deal with. We'll be going back to Liberty for other gifts in the future. -

I love my rings!
After spending a few hours at the mall, we were feeling overwhelmed. I'm kind of glad we went there first though because that made our experience at Liberty even better in contrast. We found a better selection of quality settings in our price range here, and they even let us watch while a gentleman cut a diamond in the workshop.
The entire staff seemed friendly. We worked with Jeffrey. We met with him twice before picking our diamond, and examined several diamonds with the loupe (magnifying glass). Jeffrey was patient and very forthcoming with the details of each. Their selection of Excellent Cut round diamonds is fantastic! He showed us our favorites on the computer using the digital magnifier. He was much more knowledgeable and informative than the people we spoke to at the mall. He was NOT pushy and helped us pick out the perfect ring set without going over our budget.
They will "buy back" the diamond at the full price if we decide to upgrade to a larger diamond down the road. This is a nice option but I think this one is perfect as it is! -

Liberty diamonds was so helpful in finding my engagement ring. My fiancé went in with an idea in mind and they went above and beyond to make sure he had plenty of options. They even ordered rings in for him to look at free of charge to him. When we went in to get it resized they were genuinely happy for us and interested in how the proposal went. We will be getting our wedding bands here and have recommended them to all our friends. -
