  Engagement Photoshoot

  We loved working with John! The whole experience was easier since he was flexible. He also helped us with some different poses and really made the whole experience enjoyable. We loved the pictures from our engagement shoot, and just ordered gorgeous save the dates. He is great to work with, talk to, and just does a wonderful job overall.

  So easy going and professional!

  We got married last minute on the beach. We’re both widowed so it was pretty special. Just us and John, Minister and wedding planner. He captured what we were both feeling. Tears of joy and put us at ease. Our pictures were so beautiful people say they look like a hallmark card. He’s reasonable and truly made our day special. He worked with us on the price and He enjoys what he does. Class act He is!

  Great photographer and easy to work with!

  We hired John after finding him on Wedding Wire. From the time I reached out to him to the day of our wedding, he was always quick to answer any of our questions. The day of the wedding, he arrived promptly and was so easy to work with. He made us all feel so comfortable and was extremely efficient. The pictures are amazing and those are just a few of them so far! I would recommend John to anyone who is looking for a photographer that goes above and beyond, making sure to capture the moments that are important to you. He even went to our guests and offered to take couple photos, family photos etc. which our guests appreciated. I can't wait to see all the photos. My wedding planner even asked me to forward her his information as she was so pleased with his demeanor and attentiveness for another wedding that he photographed at the resort. Extremely pleased customer over here and thank you John for capturing our special day!!

  Excellent Photographer

  John was an awesome photographer! He photographed my wedding. He was incredibly flexible and captured our personalities and overall feel of our wedding through his pictures. I was planning my wedding from far away and John always responded to my emails quickly and made the process easy and worry free. Our photos look fabulous! Bonus: my husband's face was also terribly sun burned from the day before our wedding, and you can't tell in the pictures. In addition, he is priced very reasonably. If we lived in Florida we would use him again in the future.

  John has photographed our family twice while we’re down in Florida. Both times we have been overjoyed with the photos he’s managed to capture!! Super laidback and easy to work with.. even seems to enjoy working with kids haha!! Thanks John for the exceptional service and for sharing your talents with us!!

  It was a pleasure to have John photograph our wedding! Not only did the pictures come out incredible but we enjoyed his company. If we hadn't moved out of state would would have continued using him to capture all our major life events. We highly recommend him!

  John was an amazing photographer for our Florida wedding! We got married on the beach and couldn't be any happier with our destination wedding photographer. We never had a chance to meet him beforehand in person (since we're from Minnesota) but when we met up on our big day, he got all the pictures we could ever ask for... all the way until the sunset. Thanks again!

  We had a destination wedding. I was nervous about choosing a photographer since I am not from the area. I am very glad we chose John with Life's Short Photography. He was very prompt about responding to my questions and concerns. He arrived promptly at the beach (the venue for our wedding). In fact, he arrived before we did! He was very pleasant to work with and kept the atmosphere light and relaxing.
  
  The only reason I haven't given five stars, above is because our wedding was very recent, so I have not received the photos.
