  Amazing Amazing!

  Amazing staff, amazing food and a beautiful hotel! I loved being there for this wedding, we will definitely being going back for a stay. Out of all the weddings in my family (10+) everyone is still raving about the food and hotel, they say it's the best one!

  Top notch service!

  We had our ceremony last weekend. Tammy was with ur every step of the way. She was able to communicate and was flexible with our last minute request. Her and the team gave their top notch service. We will definitely have more parties here in the near future! Highly recommended! Thanks Tammy and team!

  Daisy offered many options and services that allowed us to customize and create our perfect wedding day. Thank You to Daisy and the entire staff. The Wedding at poolside and the water features reflected our ideal of the perfect So. Cal. Winter day. Our guests complemented the quality of the food and the table/dance floor layout of the Ballroom enabled everyone equal access to all of the shared activities at the reception. We have not received any professional photos to include at this time

  Marlene and Daisy made our wedding dreams come true! Our big day was everything I had dreamt of since I was little girl. The poolside ceremony was romantic and absolutely beautiful, the only bummer was the occasional airplane taking off...but even a loud plane engine couldn't rain on our parade! The cocktail hour was wonderful, everyone loved it! The reception was fabulous!! The food was beyond delicious, mouthwatering chicken Marsala and the best scalloped potatoes we've ever had! Everything moved so smoothly, without a single hiccup! The wedding suite was amazing...sooo huge, it made for great "getting ready" pictures because the view from the 8th floor was glorious! The buffet the morning after was the perfect way to end a wonderful whirlwind of a weekend!

  The event was a 56th class reunion for Lynwood High School class of 1959. The hotel was beautiful and all of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The Marriott gave us a nice discount on the guest rooms and they were also very nice. I have been working with Daisy Prestwood for the past 7 months planning the reunion and she was so helpful I couldn't have done it without her help as this is the first reunion I have planned. She helped me with choosing the space and suggested things I would need to do that I never thought of. She helped me with the menu choices and the food was wonderful we had so many complements on the food and there was more than enough food for everyone. Daisy spent Friday with us and showed us where we were going to be and ask if we had any special needs and how we wanted the room set up. We had forgotten to ask her for a couple of things we needed and she was able to provide them for us at the last minute. She was with us on Saturday all afternoon and evening and was making sure things were going well. We were not able to use the outside tables we planned to use because of rain and we were inside but were able to seat everyone. We had a wonderful time and after the reunion we moved to the lobby bar area where we continued to visit with our classmates. I want to thank Daisy so much for all her help I really appreciated all she did..

  The event was a family reunion. Maybe you can add family reunion as one of the choices of events selection. The overall service was excellent. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Daisy Prestwood, the event coordinator, who absolutely made this event a success.

  Valli O Donnel was our wedding/event coordinator and she was outstanding. She stepped in only months before our wedding to finalize everything. She put our minds at ease. Her crew and all the staff made our wedding so much more special with all the time and effort they put into having everything well organized and smoothly ran. I would most definitely recommend the long beach Marriott off of airport plaza drive for anyone’s wedding venue.

  30th Wedding Anniversary

  My husband and I were very satisfied with our Marriott contact person, Daisy Prestwood. She worked with us to have a very successful event. She was always willing to meet with us, provided helpful tips and allowed us to see setup of other events - which was a big help in our decision making. Daisy is a very nice hardworking lady, very patient and demonstrated a genuine passion for her job. Tammy also worked with us and both Daisy and Tammy coordinated and worked with the Marriott staff for us to have a very successful 30th wedding anniversary celebration. We are very satisfied.
