  Highly Recommend

  Los Dos Paelleros did a fantastic job of catering our wedding reception in Snowmass Village, CO. It was a very intimate gathering of only about 35 people and not only was the food fantastic, but the staff was professional and so accommodating. They went above and beyond from the set up until the very end, and they were just really kind and wonderful people and we enjoyed their company. It was also just a really cool experience to see the process of how the paella is made in huge pans over a wood fire. We had some budget restraints and they really went above and beyond to work within our limits. As a side note, they are LGBTQ friendly as this was a lesbian wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend using Los Dos Paelleros for any event from formal to informal.. and I would recommend trying the seafood paella!

  “The best wedding food we ever had”

  Stephen and his team were a delight to work with! Everything was flawless and all of our guests raved about the food saying it was some of the best food they ever had. It was such a fun and unique experience and really made our wedding. The paella was terrific and the jamon appetizers and gazpacho were a hit. We highly recommend him for your wedding or any event. Thanks Stephen!

  Amazing Paella & Customer Service

  I can't recommend Steve and Los Dos Paelleros highly enough. It was a unique and charm-filled addition to our backyard garden party and pre-wedding celebration. Steve was incredibly responsive and made everything EASY.... from the planning to the execution, everything was on-point. The fire and preparation added a lot to the ambiance of the party and every comment I heard on the quality of the food was extremely positive. The portions were very generous and the charcuterie appetizers were both beautiful and delicious.

  Food was delicious, and doubled as entertainment

  I hired Los Dos Paelleros for my wedding reception in Frisco, and they were amazing! The food was excellent (especially the gazpacho and the Paella Valenciana), and it was so cool to watch them cook everything during the cocktail hour. The guests loved it! If you are foodies and looking for something unique, I would highly recommend it.

  Wonderful, fun, and delicious!

  Los Dos Paelleros helped make my wedding wonderful! Steve was great to work with. He made things painless and easy, from planning to setup, to the event itself. He's a really fun guy and it's a blast watching him do him thing. Not only in the Paella delicious but he made it entertaining as well! I can't praise this business enough! Both the Chicken and Vegetarian Paellas I picked turned out wonderful. You can't go wrong.

  Stephen and his crew were amazing! And the entire setup from start to finish was incredible! The guests enjoyed amazing food and were able to watch the open fire cooking and prep right up close and personal! The food definitely solidified the couples theme for their wedding! From the venue's perspective - Stephen and his crew were easy to work with from start to finish! They had so many moving parts to manage and they did it with practiced perfection! From the Paella to the Gaspatco to the shaved ham the guests ate up every bite of food and moment of the experience! Will definitely recommend you to future couples and would love to have you back again and again!
