  The highlight of our wedding!

  Lucy Lanuza from Macrame Elegance didn’t just make us a custom made Chuppah, she created a Macrame that will keep in our family for generations. She custom made it to fit over our bed. It will live many lives! Lucy’s work is truly profound artistry, beauty and magic. If I found this Chuppah standing in the forest I’d think it was sent down from the heavens. The magnitude of love and precision that goes into her work added so much magic to our ceremony. It was the focal of our wedding, both before and after the ceremony! Not only did she bless us by creating us a remarkable honor, Lucy and her husband travelled all the way to our wedding location to set it up, making sure it was perfect. It’s no wonder why her name is Lucy as she brings light to marriages and to anyone looking for illuminating art.

  Lucy, the proprietor and creative visionary behind Macrame Elegance, created an incredible wedding arch for our summer wedding (please see attached photos to see it with your own eyes!). After sharing ideas with Lucy and giving her some photos of what I wanted, she designed and made an arch beyond what I had imagined, incorporating gorgeous, photographic details like the intricate stitching and design, and the beautifully ethereal and delicate rose quartz gem which served as the centerpiece. Lucy also promptly showed up on our wedding day to install the arch and place it exactly where we wanted it. She’s a joy and a pleasure to work with; her macrame work is uniquely designed and it will add a personal and unforgettable touch to your wedding!
