My daughters wedding was 10-8-21. We booked Magnolia Grace Ranch back in January. Working with Charmin through the process was a dream. She always answered our question immediately. She made my daughter feel special. Like she was family. In fact each person we worked with the past 10 months now holds a special place in our hearts. They are extremely professional, so helpful, and very responsive. So so happy with the outcome.

So far Magnolia Grace Ranch has been amazing! Very quick to respond and the process of signing the contract was very smooth and explained very well.

Magnolia Grace Ranch is truly THE place to get married. I had my wedding March 1st and couldn’t have been more happy. The Magnolia team was great to work with and also really cared about helping me and my needs. These women truly care about others and it isn’t just a wedding venue. I couldn’t have been more happy with how my wedding day went. Leading up to the wedding Sherry and Karen helped me with everything I needed and made it so much more smooth for me. (Because every bride needs to have some extra peace for there wedding day) the venue was also perfect. I love the design, is was super clean, it felt comfortable, I didn’t have a single issue, and it was just an amazing day! Sherry helped me so much leading up to the wedding day and it’s honestly so nice to have somebody that actually cares and wants to help. I could go on and on about how much I loved this venue and it was a PERFECT wedding venue! So grateful for Magnolia Grace Ranch!!

We booked with MGR before they had even broken ground; but after our virtual tour, we booked that night. Karen was so friendly and answered all of our questions. MGR has been so responsive and answer the random questions that come up during planning within the hour. I am so excited to be a Magnolia Grace Ranch bride, and definitely feel like we made the right choice. I can’t wait to see the finished product!

Sherry at Magnolia Grace Ranch was more than accommodating leading up to our big day, and she was so sweet on the day of. Our guests loved this venue’s feel. Would definitely recommend!

Magnolia Grace is a beautiful indoor/ outdoor facility that is welcoming and warm.
It's exactly the dream location. Karen is warm and lovely! She will truly meet the needs and stop at nothing to make it the most perfect event for the bride and groom. When you meet Karen you'll understand how perfect things will be! She will make you feel as though you are family. I truly suggest this location and using Karen for any event needs!

Karen knows how to run a business, possesses excellent customer service skills, provides creative guidance, engages in her community and her heart and smile is sincere and memorable. Booking an event with Magnolia Grace Ranch will translate in to the memorable experience and memory one could hope for.

We toured this venue last weekend and it is so beautiful and has subtle touches like the cross imprint in the floor in the dressing areas that just made our hearts full. Mrs. Sherry was so pleasant and helpful. You can tell she loves what she does and takes great pride in Magnolia Grace Ranch as well as her couples. We hope to work with her for our wedding.

Magnolia Grace Ranch is going to be a beautiful venue! The owners have carefully planned every detail. They are very responsive to all my questions and love their brides!

We were looking forward to seeing this venue for our daughter. My wife and I worked hard to make this happen for her. Sadly, her relationship did not work out. This is where things changed. First, I was warned so I should have known better. They were easy to work with taking the money. Mind you, this was a stretch to pull off such a venue on a very tight budget. Our daughter’s relationship didn’t work out and we had to contact them about the changes. They were quick to let us know about the contract. I get it, but today I learned they laughed about it to a friend that we tried to work with giving them the 1/2 off price, because we had paid in full. You could work with folks, but to retain a 100% of the money, then joke about it to people we tried to steer I their direction was it for me. We thought we were doing a favor, but they were so turned off by the conduct they observed about us losing the money they decided it wasn’t for them. Sorry to have to take this course of action, but I tire of professional people taking advantage of an unfortunate situation.

This venue is beautiful and has plenty of space. We like the venue however the ownership is not great. We booked the venue because we feel in love with the outside steeple with the cross above. However, three weeks before our wedding there was a severe storm which blew the entire structure away. This obviously was not the venue’s fault, but they did not tell us until four days before our wedding. I was devastated as that left absolutely no time to make other arrangements. Everyone we told was appalled as well and told us to get a refund, but I felt bad as it is a small business. Unfortunately, the troubles did not end there. The venue owner told us that linens were included in the price. That is true however not for a sweetheart table… we found three days before our wedding we would get an additional bill for the tablecloth rental of $17. Seemed super tacky to us considering they withheld the structure blowing over. Then during the wedding day, the owner was ridiculously unprofessional. We had a wedding planner (with her assistant) as well as parents and a decent size wedding party. I was about to do my first touch with my husband, like I was hiding behind a wall with my maid of honor while the photographers were setting mu husband up in place and this is the moment the owner comes over to talk to me. She asked if we had any alcohol in the bridal suite and said when the bartender arrived, we would need to give it to him? Like okay she could have told any other person including our wedding coordinator, but she came to me before a huge moment. I was so annoyed and put off. Then as we were saying goodbye to our guests she came over and told us we need to put the lawn games away. First of all, we didn’t take them out? They were out when we got there so not sure why it was our responsibility to put them away especially while we are saying goodbye to our guests but sure. Our pregnant wedding coordinator was out there moving all the games inside so we could say goodbye. She could have asked a groomsman or literally anyone else but she came up to me yet again. I do not recommend this venue. There are plenty of other ones owned by people who will be considerate and be mindful of timing. (The owner was also disrespectful to our vendors.)
