Mary and her team are absolutely AMAZING!! I've known Mary for a little while now, and I have worked with her on weddings as the hair and makeup artist. And I knew I wanted to work with Mary when it was my turn to get married! Mary was so helpful, and if we had any questions, or questions that we didn't even think of, she had the answers and knew exactly how to help guide us! We had a big Mexican wedding with a lot of traditions, and we wanted to enjoy our day as much as possible. And Mary and her team kept us on track with everything from start to finish! Every little detail we wanted for our wedding day, she made sure it all happened! They are there for you for anything you need to make your day the most memorable!! Where do I begin?! Mary was the biggest blessing I could have ever imagined from start to end. I literally do not know what I would have done without her on my wedding day in Puerto Rico. I had an idea of what she could provide just by talking to her and other reviews, but I know for a fact she is the absolute best you could possibly choose. If you are between picking planners, this will be the best decision you make. She was so personable and had a solution to the most random things that came up that I’d never think could happen. I thought I was the best planner ever and almost didn’t even utilize her services. All I can say is HA!! If you think you have time on the day of to do the things she does-you are mistaken. It was amazing to have my bridesmaids and our moms not have to think about a single thing and no one had to work. Both of our families were talking about her for weekssss after the wedding. She is worth EVERY dollar. BOOK HER!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 -

The first major decision my wife and I made for our wedding was to hire Mary as our coordinator/planner and it was the BEST decision. We found ourselves constantly telling folks during the planning process that we were not stressed and were enjoying our days because we knew Mary was on top of it all and keep us organized too. She and her team were A DREAM to work with before, during, and after our wedding and I couldn't wait to run back to my computer just to share my experience with all of you.
Here are just a few highlights:
BEFORE the wedding:
1. She created a custom planning worksheet that kept us on track for the entire engagement/planning period.
2. She answered questions along the way that saved us TIME AND MONEY, like recommendations for vendors, ideas for how to make our "jumping the broom" tradition come to life, and gave us access to countless materials that we were not even thinking of. Wow!
3. At our two venue walkthroughs she was such a huge advocate for our vision, working seamlessly with our caterer and venue manager to keep us on budget and on track.
4. This woman is BUSY (you see her name everywhere around Oklahoma events) but she always had time to answer our emails, hop on a video call, or answer a message that helped us so much. We felt heard.
5. She never tried to upsell us. Ever. Her main goal was to make our dream happen so she was always there to offer us multiple suggestions.
6. She caught things before they were even a problem. She noticed, for example, that the plan communicated by one of our vendors was different than what we originally wanted, and helped us communicate across teams to figure it out. Such a time saver and we couldn’t have appreciate her more for these types of efforts.
During:
1. I remember our photos were taking a little longer than we expected and the bus full of guests arrived before my wife had a chance to hide. This was prime time for us to panic. She looked at us both when we asked for the time and said "It's plenty of time to get the pictures you want". We both just smiled because we knew we didn’t have to worry.
2. EVERYTHING happened the way we wanted. Not exaggerating. There were a million little things that needed to happen for the evening to be successful and all all of our guests still talk about how beautiful it all came together. We got to enjoy our meals first. We got to take portraits and engage in cocktail hour. We had karaoke time. We had our final dance. It was just gorgeous.
3. She decorated our accent walls with the decor we gathered and made our venue and tables look like an elegant living room filled with lovely photos!
4. She organized to have our decorations and leftovers picked up and driven away by friends of ours.
5. Some things likely didn't go perfectly, but by the time I heard of it, Mary had already noticed it and taken care of it too. NOTHING goes perfectly, but I'm so glad she was in our corner on the day to keep us feeling joyful.
After:
All I can say is that after all was said and done I loved my wedding and it was largely due to Mary. Working with her felt like calling up a friend who was enthusiastic and focused on making sure our day happened without a hitch. I would recommend her and her team to anyone planning a big special event in the future.

There are not enough words of praise and gratitude for Janelle with Mary Fencl Events! Working with MFE was the best decision we made for our wedding day and having Janelle as our wedding coordinator was a blessing and a dream come true. I was so lucky to get Janelle as my wedding coordinator! Janelle is the absolute best and I trusted her fully during the planning process and day of coordination. Janelle’s professionalism, kindness, personality, knowledge and experience, relationship/rapport with vendors, prompt communication, recommendations for other vendors, ability to manage all the small and large details are unmatched. I trusted her fully throughout the process and she was there every step of the way. Janelle assisted with making all the signage for the day of and helped make my vision a reality! The signs were beautiful and absolutely perfect. Janelle made my wedding day a dream and run so smoothly! Janelle coordinated and communicated with all the vendors, made sure everything was organized and set up beautifully and on time, handled and helped navigate anything that came up the day of, and was there for me and my family the whole day and evening. I was able to enjoy my wedding day as Janelle was there handling it all! I cannot thank her enough! My parents and family members loved and fully trusted Janelle as well. My family members are still raving about how wonderful Janelle was and have said she executed everything perfectly with a smile and calm demeanor. I highly recommend Janelle and MFE – they are the best in town! -

I LOVE ELLY!!!!!!! My whole family adores Elly. When my sister got married, she got help from Mary Fencl Events and Elly became her coordinator. We all loved how organized, effective, and quick thinking she was. So much so that when I got engaged, there was no question about who I wanted to help with the wedding. Elly exceeds all expectations. Leading up to our wedding this past July, Elly was available to answer all my last minute questions and calm any bits of anxiety I had. Our ceremony and reception were at different venues and Elly transported decorations and gifts from one to the next. We both have huge families and wanted pictures with everyone so Elly was ready to call out family names, let people know when they were up next for photos, and tell families when they were done with photos and free to leave. She thought of everything and (I think) might be able to read minds. Sometimes a concern would pop up at the rehearsal or the day of the wedding and before I even had the chance to ask her if she could help, she was on it offering suggestions and taking control so that I could be as relaxed as possible on the big day. There was not a problem that popped up that Elly could not handle. I have recommended her to all my family and friends who get married and will continue to do so. -

Wedding planner makes dream wedding reality!!
We are over-the-moon on how amazing our wedding was, all because of Mary and her incredible team!! We had a vision of what we wanted the day to be like but not sure how to execute or which vendors to use. Mary understood our vision and also respected that we needed to be as financially frugal as possible, and she made it all come to life and under budget too!! We worked with her for about 8 months before the wedding date, which was plenty of time. She gave us a timeline, guests list, and budget template to help us stay organized, which helped a lot. She communicated as frequently as we wanted her too so we felt like we had good control of the process and participate in all decisions, while simultaneously giving her creative freedom. At rehearsal, she walked through everything with us to make sure everything was good to go and we were comfortable with the day. And the wedding day was flawless!! She was there the moment the venue opened to do all the set up, organize the vendors, and be the point person for our wedding party and family. We literally just had to focus on getting ourselves ready and enjoying the day with friends and family. She was punctual, always honored her promises, and stayed true to our plan and vision. She always showed us and all the vendors respect and was super kind, compassionate, and a genuine good person. Our wedding was a dream come true!! Words cannot express how amazing Mary is. There’s not enough praise in the world for me to give Janelle with Mary Fencl Events. My wedding was planned for around 230 people. Everything was seamless. Even the last minute wedding day of plans- adding a toast, and adding a sorority tradition.. was easy! Mary Fencl’s entire team is more than prepared when it comes to assisting with wedding planning. Working with MFE was the best decision we made for our wedding day! We worked closely with Janelle and Mary throughout the planning process. As an out of town bride, they were willing to jump on video calls with me and seamlessly managed every task so that I didn’t feel like I was missing out on any important details. Both answered all of my questions to keep me feeling prepared for the wedding and really allowed both me and my now husband to enjoy the planning process. All of our vendors glowed when we mentioned MFE was our coordinator and on the wedding day it was clear why! Mary and Janelle made everything run flawlessly, it was such a comfort knowing we were in good hands! The MFE team was the perfect balance of friendly and professional, and fun! -

So grateful for Mary Fencl! Elly was my planner and she was amazing! So incredibly helpful and professional! My wedding would’ve been a mess without her! It would’ve been like an orchestra without a conductor! She made sure all the vendors knew exactly where to set up at the venue, I forgot a guest book and she went to Hobby lobby and got one, she returned my cake stand to the bakery the next day! I’m just so thankful I had her! -

Highly recommend! I can’t say enough good things about Janelle and the MFE team. The first and best decision I made while wedding planning was to hire Mary Fencl events to help plan and coordinate my wedding! I knew from the moment we had our first meeting that I had made the right decision. I worked closely with Janelle who was an absolute angel from heaven. Her knowledge and relationships with vendors, years of experience in event planning, professionalism, communication style, recommendations, and character are top of the line. Throughout the planning process Janelle was attentive, organized and gave us tips to keep us on track for our big day. She answered my countless questions, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. I was incredibly lucky to have her. I knew that she completely understood my vision and I fully trusted that she would execute a flawless plan to make it happen. She graciously and respectfully ran the rehearsal, making sure everyone was on the same page so I didn’t have to. On our wedding day, she and her team worked in harmony with all of my vendors to set everything up. She made sure things were running smoothly (this alone is priceless). She was everywhere, yet I never saw her frantically running around. She always made me feel as if she had everything 100% under control. Every little detail, every step of the way. She was on it so I didn’t have to stress or answer questions which is exactly what I hoped for. My parents also loved her and trusted her, I felt like she was an old friend that I could ask advice and get honest feedback. 100 stars. Don’t even think twice about it, just book Mary Fencl Events. The most amazing planner/person
We booked Mary Fencl events for both partial planning and day of coordination. We had Janelle for our design and partial planning package, and then we had Mary as our day of coordinator. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Mary Fencl Events. Our wedding was everything that I ever dreamed of and so well organized and coordinated because of this team. I don't know how many brides can say they felt no stress on their wedding day, but I was so calm knowing Mary was handling everything. Our guests were even commenting on just how amazing she was. MFE did an incredible job making my dream wedding a reality!
Janelle was my coordinator, and I can’t say enough about the amazing work she did. It was a huge priority of mine for our day to be stress-free for both myself and my mom, and Janelle/MFE absolutely made that happen. They had all the details in order, and I was able to enjoy every minute of our special day. An example of how awesome she is, there a point where I realized I hadn’t given our guest book to Janelle to set out. When I sent one of my bridesmaids to find it for her as guests were coming in, she came back and said Janelle had tracked it down all on her own and it was already out for all our guests to sign. Incredible!
Prior to our wedding day, MFE was so responsive and helpful with anything I reached out about. I was reluctant about table-scape designs, so Mary attended our meeting with PartyPro and put me at ease with her ideas and input. I found I could send any random questions their way and they would always have a helpful answer! They helped me track down a ceremony musician, attended various vendor meetings, designed all of our signage, and really provided the leadership and control I was hoping for when first looking to hire a coordinator/planner! They are the real deal and will go above and beyond to make your day amazing.Mary Fencl Events's reply:
