The Best Venue!!!
We got married at Mendenhall Inn in February 2024 and we could not recommend it more, we had high expectations and everything was above and beyond what we could have imagined! Not only is Mendenhall an all inclusive, gorgeous venue (we had our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, reception, after party, and hotel room block all onsite) but they also have the most incredible team of people too. We could write a whole novel about how amazing Gianna is but truly her organization, proactivity, and welcoming demeanor made our wedding planning process and the execution of our big day so seamless and amazing. If you are amidst the search of finding the perfect venue, stop right here - they have it all! -

To say our wedding reception was amazing is an absolute understatement. Everyone on the team over in the Grand Ballroom at Mendenhall was absolutely phenomenal. We cannot thank Gianna, our wedding specialist, the staff, Roberto, and everyone else at Mendenhall enough. Roberto went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed at all times, to make sure our parents were taken care of, and was just a comfort to know he was there for us. The entire planning process was seamless and Gianna was incredible to work with and made the planning and decision making so easy. We had an amazing wedding reception and have to thank the team for that!
We are still getting compliments about the ballroom, the cocktail hour, and all the other details!
Hopefully we weren’t too much of a hassle to work with! -

Outstanding!
We just toured the Mendenhall inn and fell in love with it! We are booking it !!! It’s fairy tale wedding !!! Gianna was amazing and when I first called Dottie was amazing too!!! I can’t believe this is real !!! My fiancé (then, lol) and I visited seven wedding venues and was disappointed every time. I thought I would have to settle for less until a friend brought us to Mendenhall. My first impression entering the property was the serenity and picturesque view. We were greeted by wedding event coordinator Gianna Angeline who proved to be experienced, professional, personable and was not afraid to hold my hand through the process. At our first meeting Gianna sat with us and gave us options that met our financial means and was inclusive of all amenities for a beautiful wedding. Also, Gianna was available by phone right away or returned all calls, or Dottie was available too. Gianna gave me suggestions I would never have thought of to move the process along very smoothly. On the day of our wedding Gianna along with other staff really catered to us. The ceremony was beautiful, hors d’oeuvres was plentiful and amazing, the food was great! Every amenity that was promised was met beyond expectations. My guest raved about EVERYTHING! I would definitely recommend Mendenhall a thousand times. Thank you for my Dream Wedding! -

The most perfect venue!
We just got married at Mendenhall Inn and I can’t say enough great things about our experience! We worked with Gianna and she truly is one of the nicest people on earth. She made the process so smooth and was always super responsive! She really made such a stressful time feel so relaxed. Dottie also stepped in on to help occasion and was wonderful when we interacted with her!
They listened to everything we needed to happen for the ceremony in the ballroom and it turned out beautifully. The food was amazing and there was so much of it! We rented the Mendenhall Room for getting ready and it was HUGE and perfect for eating breakfast the morning of the wedding and had lots of plugs for the hair and makeup team.
We got married in the Grand Ballroom and it was so beautiful and everything I needed to make my wedding vision come to life! The drinks at the bar were perfect and multiple people told me how good the bartenders were. It was so convenient having everything on-site. We also loved doing the after party at the bar on-site and we got to hang out with the other wedding, too!
Overall, I could not recommend Mendenhall Inn more. It’s beautiful, convenient, and the staff couldn’t be more fantastic!Mendenhall Inn's reply:

Mendenhall Inn was the perfect venue to host our wedding. The hotel is right on site and everything was top notch- from the food to the ballroom to the staff. I wish we could relive it all over again- truly the best day of my life! Gianna was also my go to girl during all of my planning. She went above and beyond and I am so happy to have had her there! We went with the platinum package and it did not disappoint. Still receiving compliments from our guests about how it was the best wedding they have been to! We had around 180 guests and every hotel room was able to be booked by our party. -

I fell in love the moment I entered the grand ballroom and instantly knew I wanted my wedding here. I love Gianna so much! She was everything I (we) needed and more!! She saved me from a total meltdown because my vail didn't have any combs she found me some bobby pins and literally saved the day!! She was such a light during the entire process and I am so thankful for her!! Book your wedding here! You won't regret it! -

We cannot recommend the Mendenhall Inn enough! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Gianna was SO accommodating and extremely communicative. In addition, the day-of could not be more perfect and we owe it all to our venue. I’m not really into the small details, so we opted to use the Mendenhall’s center pieces, table numbers, napkins, etc. and the ballroom was absolutely stunning. Additionally our guests have absolutely raved about the food (me and my husband also loved it). The Mendenhall Inn is the perfect “one stop” wedding venue. Beautiful location, hotel and restaurant on property, and service that will exceed your expectations! -

Literally the best venue! I worked with Gianna and she was an angel the entire time. Very responsive, eager to help, very nice with great energy!! The service the day of my wedding was impeccable…my coordinator barely had to do anything because the venue set everything up. The BEST venue!
We got married in the Gold Ballroom at the Mendenhall Inn this past April, and it was truly the perfect day!!! Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff is kind, professional, and helpful. Dottie was our wedding coordinator, and we were so grateful for her guidance, patience, kindness, and support through every step of wedding planning. She helped make the whole wedding planning process as stress-free as possible, and we were very thankful for that! In general, the Mendenhall Inn makes things as easy as possible. Because there are multiple event spaces, a restaurant, a bar, and a hotel, Mendenhall can host your rehearsal dinner, your ceremony, and your after party and your guests can stay on premises (so no need for a shuttle!). Additionally, they provide everything from the cake and desserts to the drinks to the centerpieces and florals, and the price they quoted includes everything you need to throw a wedding. We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Mendenhall Inn last month and it was as a wonderful experience. Gianna was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. She answered all of our questions and offered solutions to all challenges. The staff were punctual and extremely easy to work with. Getting married at the Mendenhall was the best. They made the whole experience seamless and as stress free as possible. Gianna was an angel to work with and so helpful answering our million phone calls and emails throughout the process. The venue is beautiful, but they truly just create an overall amazing experience. Our after party was also perfect, the rooms were beautiful and huge, and all our guests agreed with us it was the “best day ever!” I’ve already recommended them to sooo many people. The best in the business!
We were blissfully married at Mendenhall Inn Grand Ballroom on 12/31/21 and it was a dream come true! Our marriage at Mendenhall was fate. We originally met with Gianna in 2019 when touring venues, and ultimately went in another direction at that time due to the space being booked on our ideal date. Misfortune struck many, including us, in 2020 when our then-plans had to drastically change. I contacted Gianna immediately when trying to rebook for 2021. She not only remembered us but remembered everything about our NYE wedding dreams, and told me the Grand was still available! The staff at Mendenhall are genuine people and care about you as individuals, unlike most other venues which have that wedding factory feel. Feeling like fate, we signed quickly and never looked back.
Our day and the planning leading up was everything it should have been and more. Gianna always responded promptly to us with any questions or concerns and was so much fun to meet with in the office. We had certain visions for the atrium space in which we got married and the Mendenhall team made it happen for us! Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was, especially the mashed potato bar at cocktail hour, and how beautiful the space was. Since we were married during the holidays, hotel and venue decorations were abundant and it felt like a holiday wonderland. I cannot stress enough how convenient for you AND your guests it is to have a wedding at a location where EVERYTHING is on site: getting ready space, venue, hotel rooms, bar/restaurant for welcome drink and after party! I did not have one complaint after our wedding except that it went by too fast! We look forward to visiting the restaurant (which is absolutely incredible) for anniversaries :) Impeccable job by this team and venue, would 15/10 recommend to anyone searching for the right place to get married.Mendenhall Inn's reply:

My husband and I got married on 12/11/21 and had the best experience we could have hoped for! Dottie and Gianna were so patient and responsive to all of my questions throughout the process. I couldn’t have imagined the day going perfect without them - especially as Dottie helped me calm down before walking down the aisle :) All of our guests had raved about the food and staff.
