  Simply amazing!

  We used Metro Livery for our wedding transportation last year in December for our 100 guests. They were amazing! They even comped a getaway car for us!! Thank you for making our day even more special, Metro Livery!

  10 STARS. METRO LIVERY is the best Chauffeur Service ever.

  Metro Livery was hands down amazing. I got married back in December and I remember it was so stressful trying to figure out which company to use. One of my friends suggested Metro Livery and I'm so glad that I took her advice. They were definitely the best choice for our transportation needs. Professional , friendly and made the guests and myself feel like we were someone important. They showed up early, never once did I have to stress on getting our guests to the venue or back to their hotels. The prices were great. I would definitely recommend them to anybody or any family member that needs this type of service. Oh and don't let me forget the office staff they were great too. Thanks again Metro Livery for making my special day amazing!

  It was great good experience

  My son had is wedding in 203 at the Scarrit Bennett center we used buses from Metro Livery and their onsite coordinator really was a big help to get people inside the venue

  We booked online

  Our wedding was in April 2023 at a local Nashville venue. We booked four different type of equipment online. Our wedding transportation was perfect. We chose Bridezilla, a stretch limo, a sprinter van, and a couple of buses. We used Bridezilla for the after - party downtown. This was a good choice for us.

  Phenomenal experience!

  I attended my friend's wedding on April 8th,2023 in Nashville. Metro Livery was her choice of transportation and it was a fantastic choice! Everything was clean and ready for us. The drivers were punctual and professional! Great service! They had so many different vehicles and all super clean and smooth from their sedans, SUVS, sprinters and my personal fav Bridezilla!! I Def recommend them to anyone I know need transportation in thr Nashville area! Also. Jeni the owner was very accommodating and personable during this experience! Thanks Metro Livery I know my friend enjoyed your services!!

  Good service, but a little pricey

  We had a good experience with my son's wedding. We booked same day for a bus, and the everything went wonderful. The bus was nice with leather interior. It was more than I expected but all in all, it was a good experience.

  Preschool field trip

  I contacted this business to transport my preschool to the science museum in Nashville and the experience with the driver was great, however after the drop off, I received an email notification letting me now that my card was charged for $1600. I immediately called the company because the agent Nicole that booked our trip stated that the trip would be $1000. We scheduled transportation for two days. She charged my card twice, once for $1000 which covered day one and the other for $999 which covered day two. I asked her why she was charging two separate fees and she told me so the bank did not think it was the same transaction being ran twice. She never discussed any additional charges, which is the reason I was startled that my card had been billed for an additional $610. I then called the company and spoke with Jenny whom stated that she was the owner. She was very nasty and rude. When I tried to explain to her what I was told by the agent she began yelling that we would have never transported your school for 8hours for $1000 and if that what the agent told me she was going to listen to the recording and fire her. I hope that she does listen to the recording including of the one today with her unprofessional behavior (screaming over the customer). My advice to her and her team. Please provide clear information to the consumer so you have repeat business. I understand that businesses are in need of money to operate but stealing from a business Especially one where children are involved is Pathetic ! If she could do this to a preschool what else could she do and she had the nerve to say that we asked for a discount. No we never asked for a discount ,we asked to be charged exactly what we where initially told by the representative Nicole which was $1000 for the trip for each day.

  Do not book

  Do not recommend. My now-husband and I booked a transport from our wedding to our hotel downtown. When our driver arrived - after texting us “Hello Mr & Mrs! This is your getaway driver, I am on my way” - he got to the venue too early from the booking time and said that they “didn’t know” this was a wedding and he couldn’t take us because we didn’t book the 3 hour wedding minimum. He basically gave us the ultimatum to leave our reception early without notice to our guests or he would leave because he “had somewhere else to be”. We spent the last 20 minutes of our wedding reception outside trying to talk the driver into taking us to our hotel but he said he couldn’t wait and left. We called a Lyft from our own wedding. Should have just done that in the first place, save yourself the trouble. Metro Livery didn’t even have the decency to apologize when I sent an email explaining what happened.

  Terrible experience.

  Do not give them your card information for a quote!!! I made this mistake and they charged me for the full service for my wedding. They said they needed my card on file for a quote, but we never confirmed any services and we never signed a contract. They called on my wedding day to say they were coming and when we talked to them about getting our money back (because we did not book them!!!) they said their manager would be there the next day, then we called again and they said their manager was on vacation. Very sketchy and I would not recommend them to anyone!! Such an terrible experience and an extra stressor on our wedding day.

  This is not an accurate account of what took place. The only way we would have had access to a credit card is when it was given to us for booking the reservation. We do not EVER request a credit card to receive a quote. We gladly do free quotes for all future clients.
