  Best venue in Muncie

  Our wedding at Minnetrista was more than we could have ever dreamed of! Kacie was so easy and fun to work with and helped nail down all of the details. The room was gorgeous, and everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend booking Minnetrista for your wedding!

  Absolutely wonderful

  From walking around deciding if this was the perfect place for us to our big day this place did not disappoint! Everyone was so nice and helpful, and even on our big day when we forgot a few things they were there to save the day!

  We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Minnetrista! The staff was so helpful in planning our wedding all the way from Oregon, and they were so flexible and accomodating to our guests' needs. Our wedding was so lovely and memorable, and having a wonderful setting like Minnetrista was just the icing on the cake (no pun intended)!

  Stephanie was great and a big help! Originally we wanted to have our wedding in the rose garden, however, when we saw the nature area we knew we had to have it there. Stephanie helped us to switch the site over for the same price, no problems. It was beautiful!

  We used Minnetrista for our wedding and reception venue and they were really great to work with. We rented the entire Oakhurst area although we only used two of the sites. The private parking lot made things easier and Minnetrista put up plenty of signage for our guests. Although we had to rent a tent in case of rain, which was a significant added expense, we were definitely glad to have it. The venue staff checked in with us multiple times throughout the day and I even spied them telling some guests that weren't involved with the wedding to be respectful of our group.

  Had a bit of trouble making contact with the sales coordinator at first, but once I did things went smoothly. The set up was as I asked and everything looked beautiful on my wedding day.

  Obvious Choice, Beautiful Inside & Out

  My husband and I attend Oaks Church, which meets on Sunday's at Minnetrista, so getting married in the Cantina room was an obvious choice. Luckily, it is a beautiful and affordable space. Kacie was a pleasure to work with; kind and helpful. She assisted with our rehearsal and coordinated the music during our ceremony, along with ordering the linens for the tables. Minnetrista made a beautiful location for family and wedding party pictures. The only downside to the venue is that space to get ready/wait for the ceremony in is not included and must be rented at a separate price. We rented a space for the girls to get ready in and it was very spacious and clean. It was great to have but we wish the guys wouldn't have had to wait in the bathroom/lobby/stairs/cars while guests were arriving.

  I was a little upset that we lost $50 of our deposit because apparently bird seeds aren't biodegradable (we had that thrown rather than rice). Pretty expensive for the tiny space, but our guests loved it. We had our ceremony at the rose garden. They advertise $500. But really, you have to pay that plus $250 security deposit, $2.75 per chair, $200 to rent out the sound system, $90 for wedding insurance, and $75 for taxes.

  Everything was done well and was professional. The only problem we had was at the reception it took over an hour to get the final tent wall up. By the time they got it put up it had gotten so cold, all but fifteen of our guests had left.
