You should absolutely book MLE Pictures
My husband and I booked associate shooter Rachel and second shooter Victoria via MLE Pictures. From start to finish, business owner Emily was nothing short of amazing to work with. Emily was prompt and responsive via email and via phone. She also provided valuable feedback throughout. Rachel took our engagement photos last year, and it was a total blast. Leading up to our wedding day, Rachel helped with scheduling and group photo break downs which was beyond helpful due to having many family members present that day. We spent quite some time talking and connecting which is so special in this process. Rachel was direct, creative, and fun. She also worked well with our videographer. Emily worked her magic on our engagement photo edits, and nailed the sneak peak photo edits. The whole process of working with MLE Pictures was seamless and enjoyable. My husband and I highly recommend MLE Pictures for your special day. Many thanks to Emily, Rachel, and Victoria! -

Emily was our dream wedding photographer and she did not disappoint. Scroll through her website or instagram or request full portfolios from her and I think the work absolutely speaks for itself in terms of her talent. She is also incredibly professional and easy to work with. She’ll answer all of your questions and she’s flexible about getting the shots that you want - just ask!! If you have no idea what you want, she has no problem walking you through prompts and getting some gorgeous backgrounds and lighting. We had a smaller, more intimate wedding, and people said she was practically invisible yet got so many shots of hugging and laughing and playing that go far beyond the usual staged photos (bridal party, ceremony, family photos, etc). She was also willing to work with us on price to create a package that worked best for our wedding.
We got married in June, and the Canadian wildfire smoke was particularly bad on our wedding day. Emily turned it into a positive, creating gorgeous shots with a hazy almost blurred background effect. While we couldn’t get her typical sunburst golden hour shots, she used what she had available (some nearby orange flowers) to create a similar effect that became some of my favorite photos from the day.
She can help with your timeline or you can tell her where to be when and she will be ON IT. We had multiple venue changes and altered the timeline about a million times in the last two weeks before the wedding and she was always excited that we were excited and never complained about the changes. She also navigated coordinating with our videographer super well despite never working together before. We loved Emily and we will obsess over her photos of our wedding forever. If you book her, we know you will feel the same! -

Emily's photography style was exactly what I had pictured for our wedding photos. She was so much fun to work with for our engagement session- we were really nervous beforehand but she immediately put us at ease and genuinely had a great time. At the wedding, she and Claude were just an absolute delight and my husband and I felt like they were really mindful and efficient with the portraits so that we got to spend time with our guests while getting incredible photos. They captured every single detail of the wedding that was meaningful to us which was so delightful to go through when we got our photos back. Also the dance floor pictures were spectacular! Emily and Claude photographed our wedding so that you can feel the joy, laughter, and fun of the day in each picture and looking at them instantly transports me back. I don't know how she did it, but all the photos were edited and in my inbox the day after we came back from our honeymoon- a perfect remedy to post-wedding blues! I can't wait to hire them again in the future. -

The BEST photographers around
Emily & Claude were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They are so sweet and personable. We knew our wedding day was going to be fun with them after we did our engagement shoot in the Poconos with them as well. They are fabulous at making sure everyone is where they need to be, capturing the best angles and shots. Even in this crazy time where weddings are happening almost every day, we got our photos back so quickly, and there are so many! They do a beautiful job. The best photographers in the greater Philly area! -

Simply the best
I almost don't have words for Emily and Claude's talent. Everything about working with them was seamless and enjoyable. Communication was always easy and timely. They worked with us at the beginning of the pandemic and were so patient and understanding of our many wedding changes. The time, dedication and energy they put into their photos is evident. They traveled to our destination wedding and the package was well within our budget! Emily was so quick with editing- we woke up the following morning to some sneak peaks already done! Her editing style is classic and timeless with beautiful tones. Our pictures came out magazine-esque and we were absolutely blown away. Emily and Claude exceeded all expectations and are such a joy to be around, we now consider them friends! They made my husband and I feel like models, when we were nervous and camera-shy. Book MLE and you will NOT regret it!! -

Absolutely stunning photographs!
We first met Emily and Claude for our engagement photos at our alma mater and instantly fell in love with their effortless nature. For someone who doesn't particularly enjoy getting their picture taken, Emily made it easy! I felt completely comfortable and the pictures came out absolutely stunning. They were a true reflection of me and my now husband's college experience, which we hold so very dear to our hearts.
...And then came wedding day. After changing our venue to my parent's backyard because of COVID-19, Emily was extremely flexible and accommodating. She even came out to do a site visit before the big day. Emily and Claude were like working with close friends and helped everything go by so smoothly. We got our pictures back in the matter of weeks, and my goodness were they beautiful! The way Emily captures the lighting, details and raw emotion is truly something special. We will cherish these pictures for the rest of our lives. I am forever swooning over them! I highly recommend this duo to all future brides.

Literally amazing. Emily and Claude photographed our wedding day in Stone Harbor and Emily also did a mini-shoot with us in Philly for our holiday cards; both experiences exceeded our expectations. They are outstanding in so many ways, but I will give three examples. 1) First and foremost, they capture the most meaningful moments in a genuine and non-staged way, which allows the final images to transport you back to the moment instantly. Their work speaks for itself... it's just so good. 2) They were a blast to have with us all day and brought with them a relaxed and fun vibe, which actually enhanced our wedding day for us. 3) They are professional, responsive and very easy to work with. One more side note. I've experienced other photographer couples in the Philly area from friends weddings, many of which spent the entire day bickering about placement, timing, etc. Emily and Claude's chemistry was NOT that - it was awesome. They genuinely seem like a supportive and easygoing team, which is exactly what you want to see as an example on your own wedding day. We feel so lucky to have had them as our photographers and we cannot recommend them enough. We hope to be able use them again in the future for other family photo shoots!

Danielle Sent on 05/23/2018We recently used MLE Pictures for our engagement shoot and wedding day, and I can’t say enough good things about them! Our pictures were so beautiful, and we have received so many compliments from family and friends. Emily and Claude are so personable, kind and easy to work with. Taking intimate pictures can be awkward, but never with Emily and Claude -- they provide an ease and a fun element that allows you to get lost in the moment and they capture the most amazing shots.
I can’t recommend them enough. They came highly recommended, and I’m so glad we decided to have them shoot our wedding. I really can’t imagine our wedding day without them now. They are very reasonably priced given the end result, and turn things around very quickly for you! Looking forward to using their services for all of our future photo needs. User2552191 Sent on 03/12/2016Emily is the best around. She has taken photos for us for maternity, newborn sessions, and a ton of family photos. She is always present when she is taking photos and cares specifically about the person there not about her previous client or one coming later. She makes you feel that you are the most important. I use her over and over because she is always on time and ready to go with my 3 boys running around! 5 stars all around!
