  your go-to day-of coordinator!

  Courtney did an amazing job coordinating our wedding day itinerary. We had a small wedding of 45 guests, and it's obvious Courtney could have handled ten times the amount. She was organized and on top of things from our first meeting. She helped with final planning steps though it wasn't required and answered any questions I had without hesitation. Courtney is extremely knowledgeable about the wedding industry and wedding etiquette as appropriate to each type or formality of event. She is very responsive, always in a timely manner, which is very important. She was engaging with other vendors and made sure I didn't have to worry about a thing when it came to the "big day". She rolled with last minute changes and uncertainties flawlessly, easily coordinating a ceremony processional with family members despite not having a formal rehearsal. Family members and guests commented after the wedding on what a great job Courtney did. She interacted with guests and was always approachable and friendly. We cannot thank her enough for being a huge part of our day!!

  Lifesaving!

  Hire Courtney before she's booked! The minute we found her, a very large chunk of our stress went away. We only wish we had booked her sooner! We had a multi-part wedding with various traditions mixed in, and we didn't have a point person who could make sure everything went smoothly. Courtney ran the show incredibly professionally but with love and a sense of humor. She figured out the minute details with the vendors (trust us, this is a task you won't want to do the week before your wedding), ran our rehearsal, juggled our schedule, made sure we were doing what we were supposed to be doing, took our cards, gifts, bouquet to our hotel room, had a day-of survival kit, and in general was a lifesaver. We got so many compliments about how well planned our wedding was, but without Courney, it would have been a disaster and we would have ended up in (non-happy) tears. If you want to enjoy your wedding and reception - put Courtney in charge! (And if you have a venue that can provide walkie talkies, she will really love it!)

  We used Courtney for our daughter's wedding but did not bring her in until the last 5 months or so (when I realized it was getting near and I panicked! ). She was so incredibly helpful to us! She was incredibly flexible in meeting with us and was excellent at calming nerves and letting us know she would handle it. From the biggest to the smallest of details, she handled everything well and with professionalism. She was very easy to get along with and never once did I feel silly with questions I directed at her that I thought were silly. When my daughter would call her in a panic, Courtney was right there to calm her and take care of things. She discussed things we never even would have thought of and as far as the timeline, I never would have been able to do any of that! When something unexpected came up during the wedding, she spent a great deal of time getting it worked out so that it never impacted my daughter as it was her day! She went above and beyond doing what she did.
  
  I would highly recommend Courtney to anyone needing a Wedding Planner - either from the beginning or towards the end. She was professional, very easy going and very easy to get along with, flexible and just all around a huge help to us!

The decision to use Courtney's device was made on a hunch, and BOY, WAS THAT HUNCH RIGHT! Courtney operated as a confident professional manner throughout the planning and execution of the big day. Her followup was perfect but, more importantly, she thought of details we had completely missed. I enjoyed that we could still find a few things to step back and laugh about along the way. And, although the vendors were already selected by the time we began working together, I got a sense that she could likely have handled that piece proficiently from the beginning given the opportunity based on her interaction with them at the end. Can't say enough great things about Courtney and Mood Event Services!
