  Perfect morning!

  Everything went absolutely perfectly! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of girls to start our day off with. Ali and Alajai were both so positive and fun! It really made the morning a blast! I am typically a high stress person, but they were so calming and punctual. My family said they have never seen me that relaxed and were shocked it was on my wedding day!
  
  My hair and makeup were absolutely stunning! I felt so gorgeous! It lasted all day too! I didn’t even touch it up after snowboarding before the reception. I am absolutely shocked with how long it lasted! We were up until 4am and it still looked good!

  'Natural' Style Hair and Makeup Pros

  I hired Luna Belle Beauty for the hair and makeup trial and wedding day hair and makeup for my entire bridal party and moms in January at Sunnyside in Tahoe City. They traveled all the way out to the venue the day before my wedding to do the trial, went through all of the pinterest inspiration photos with me that I had sent in advance, and really listened to the overall look and natural style that I was going for. On the wedding day, these ladies did a great job doing hair and makeup for all the moms and my bridal party bridesmaids, and everyone looked gorgeous with natural-inspired looks that still shone in photos and felt comfortable and beautiful for the entire wedding ceremony, reception, and after party. Highly recommend them for your Tahoe wedding hair and makeup needs!

  Wedding Day

  I had the best experience with Luna Belle Beauty. I had Tallie for hair, and Richelle for makeup. Tallie made my hair vision come to life! The wedding jitters hit me right after Richelle started doing my makeup and she not only made me feel beautiful, but she helped ease all of my nerves! Both ladies were such a pleasure to work with and provided a fantastic service! I felt amazing about my finished look and it was all thanks to these amazing ladies!!

  Flexible and Fun

  We had a bride with an unusual request to do a few services in the middle of the woods. Luna Belle absolutely delivered with grace and humor they made getting ready a blast and the results were on point. Highly recommended and professional services.

  Jacki and Morgan were fabulous!

  Morgan and Jacki at Luna Bell beauty were amazing! They fit right in with all of the girls on the day of, there was no awkwardness and they were very professional and fun. They both gave me the exact look I was looking for, I have never felt so beautiful! I would highly advise doing a trial, I have extremely long, fine hair that doesn’t hold curls, and very dry skin, so the trial was absolutely necessary to find the right products and style that worked and would last all day. My hair stayed in place perfectly, and my make up did not smudge at all, while still looking natural. They both listened and gave me exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you Jacki & Morgan! I had 8 ladies getting hair and make up done and everyone looked fabulous and was ready on time!

  Flawless Execution

  My husband and I relied heavily on reviews, websites and social media accounts to book vendors for our destination wedding. I booked Luna Belle because of their elevated, natural hair and makeup styling. I am a person that daunts a bare face more often than I do a full face. Naturally, I was nervous about my glamorous wedding day look. Kristina, our makeup artist, flawlessly executed my natural glam look, leaving me feeling confident and beautiful on my wedding day. Not to mention, my mom/MIL and sis/SIL looked absolutely stunning. Laura styled our hair. Again, a spot on match with the inspiration we shared and it lasted the entire evening. I cried almost immediately after getting my makeup done and to my sister/MOH's surprise no water mark or trace of tears could be found. Needless to say I did not worry about my hair or makeup all evening, leaving me to enjoy, dance and eat the night away! Thank you, Luna Belle, for setting me up with two amazing, talented artists.

  Idyllic Classic & Beachy Tahoe Vibe

  Mandy & Emmy are just the best! Each of my bridesmaids had a different look and feel they wanted, and the Luna Belle Beauty struck the perfect tone! Mandy traveled to Tahoe for my trial and wedding day and worked with me to get the look I wanted! The makeup enhanced my looks, but I still felt like "me," and my hair was the perfect mix of classic meets beachy/casual. I would go with LLB many times over!

  I hired Luna Belle for HAMU for me, 8 bridesmaids and 2 moms for my wedding day! Overall my experience with them was amazing! They listened to exactly what we wanted, they were on time and stuck to the schedule (even a little bit ahead) and they were so FUN! They helped me get rid of my wedding nerves by talking and laughing with us the whole time! THANK YOU all for helping us feel so beautiful on such a special day!

  Simply Amazing!

  Highly recommend Luna Belle! Richelle and Ali were amazing. They were on time, professional, and most importantly - masters at their craft. They were personable, patient, and accommodating. We had such a good time with them. Despite not having a trial hair and makeup done (destination wedding), they brought mine and my daughters’ visions to life. Thank you, thank you!

  Hiked for our elopement, Hair and makeup stayed ALL day

  I had a micro wedding/elopement style wedding and worked with Aly and Nancy for both my hair and makeup. The company and artists were friendly from start to finish. They were quick to respond to my first inquiry and very easy to communicate with since. I hiked a lot during our big day and my hair stayed put, volume and curls, it was everything I imagined. My makeup didn't smear or run during the day, I was very impressed. You couldn't even tell I was sweating! I'm so glad I went with Luna Belle Beauty they were accommodating, informative on how to prep for the day, and did awesome work!

  The ladies at Luna Belle Beauty exceeded my expectations! I was nervous at first because I did not schedule a bridal trial appointment prior to my wedding day, but the ladies quickly made me feel comfortable and I knew then I was in good hands! They requested a picture of what I envision my hair and makeup to be prior to my wedding day so when the ladies arrived they already had the necessary tools and makeup needed - it was super helpful for me too as it forced me to pick one look that I absolutely loved. The girls were also so nice and it did not even feel like they worked on my hair and makeup for almost 3 hours. They would check in on how I was feeling or what I thought during the entire process to ensure the end result was what I was hoping for. They were a wonderful addition to my special day and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Would highly recommend!

  I felt so beautiful

  I hired Luna Belle Beauty for my Elopement day at Lake Tahoe. Morgan did our hair and makeup, for myself and my best friend-witness. I sent a moodboard with hairstyle and makeup inspiration in advance and I truly believe Morgan nailed it. I felt so beautiful! And pictures look amazing. Morgan was also very nice. She had such a positive energy that what could’ve been a nervous morning was a relaxed and joyful time. I’m so thankful for her artistry and her great vibe. Thanks again.

  Lloyd wedding 11•12•22

  Dear Luna Belle team,
  I just want to give a BIG shoutout to the girls that helped my bridesmaids and I get ready for my special day!
  I got married November 12, 2022 at Resort at Squaw creek in North Lake Tahoe. (Destination wedding)
  What was suppose to be a fall wedding turned into a winter snow storm wedding, needless to say it was BEAUTIFUL!
  Despite the weather conditions, everyone did an amazing job making this wedding one to remember! It literally reminded me of a snow globe, or a hallmark movie.
  I want to give a HUGE shoutout to our hairstylist, Nicolle.
  who did an AMAZING work on myself (the bride) my bridesmaids, moms and flower girl hair!!! She was super sweet and so fun and easy to work with and talk to, she knows her stuff! I can’t thank her enough for rocking it in this snow globe of a wedding, we appreciate it and highly recommend her!
  I also, would love to give a HUGE shoutout to our wonderful makeup artist Shannon. She killed it doing all of my girls makeup, myself included!
  She was so sweet and really took the time to make sure we all looked beautiful for this special day! I had airbrush makeup, and I will say I was really impressed with it, especially since I had never had it done.
  She did a fantastic job and can’t thank her enough as well for sticking it through this snowglobe of a wedding day!

  I worked with Kara and Hannah (Level 1 artists) on the main day and for the trial - and they were amazing! The trial was well worth it as we tweaked my look before the day so it was extra special! I was nervous about the whole thing and they made it all so easy. Having constant contact with the group through their online portal also took the stress out of the experience before our big day. My bridesmaids also looked amazing and we all had a fun morning drinking coffee and eating breakfast while getting ready. We were in our own room so we really could relax and chat. Thank you Kara and Hannah!

  Boho Natural Wedding

  Luna Belle did such a wonderful job for both me and my bridesmaids! The trial was super helpful and they truly listened to what we wanted. They made us feel so special and taken care of. They listened to all of our different styles and needs. I truly love their boho esthetic and they made us feel super natural and beautiful! I couldn't say nicer things about the whole Luna Belle experience. So thankful I found them!

  The Luna belle beauty team was helpful and accommodating. My hair and makeup were gorgeous and lasted all night long. Nicole and Shannon did an amazing job! They were so fun and still professional.

  100% recommending Luna Belle Beauty for your special occasion. We are from Las Vegas and chose Lake Tahoe for our destination wedding. I was nervous about planning for hair and makeup from such a distance but Luna Belle Beauty couldn't have made it easier. I was impressed with how quickly I received email responses no matter how big or small my question or concern.
  I have to mention that I flew in for my trial and had to make a last minute change to the salon location due to transportation issues and they were very accommodating.
  The artists we worked with, Alajai (hair) and Sydney (makeup), were absolutely phenomenal. My bridal party was so happy with their results, everyone looked so beautiful.

  Felt beautiful!

  Shannon did our makeup and Keema did our hair. Even with a delay due to traffic they finished on time and we’re very professional. Everyone was happy with their h&m, especially me, the bride! I felt beautiful and the pictures came out great.

  Large group - fabulous job!!!

  Our wedding was June 11 at Winters Creek Lodge, and Luna Belle Beauty did an absolutely wonderful job! Not only at the event, but in the months leading up to the event. We had a shorter engagement (6 months) and it was tough to find someone on short notice. I wanted to treat my bridal party, my mom, aunt, and mother-in-law to makeup, so there were a lot of people. Julie, who helped me book for my event, helped me over the phone and extensively helped explain what I needed (I was very new at this). I truly appreciate the amount of time and effort she took understanding my needs. At the time, I was frustrated as another makeup artist company fell through, and was so relieved to be dealing with such a professional here. Julie was also very prompt over email every single time a question came up, it was extremely helpful!
  
  At the time of my trial, my makeup artist, Kristina, was so kind and fun! I never wear a lot of makeup, and she was reassuring and helpful explaining every step and product used. Also, she followed the look I picked out to perfection! I loved it. When I noticed that the liner ran a little during the day of the trial, I reached out and she said she would use a different product on the day. She was extremely helpful in using this as true experimentation for the day, encouraging me to sweat, kiss, etc. just like the wedding day. She also gave lots of tips for skin care for the month leading up to the day, and it was so useful!!
  
  On the day, we had Kristina again and Richelle. They were early and eager! For my mom, aunt, and mother-in-law (who never wear makeup), they did very light makeup and followed their instructions exactly, which I appreciate. For the bridal party, they made everyone happy and look gorgeous! They kept the mood up and everyone having fun, I could not have asked for a better day! I felt fabulous and gorgeous all day.

  Kristina did make-up for my engagement shoot, my bridal trial, and my wedding! She is an amazing soul and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I felt listened to and like she understood my vision on each occasion - even when I completely changed my mind the day of the wedding from what we had decided on in the trial! The Luna Belle team was incredibly easy to work with and was so flexible throughout the process. I'd absolutely recommend working with them for any of your beauty needs!

  Simple yet stunning

  Such good makeup!! They know how to make you look super put together (but not caked on) and yet it stays all night! Couldn't be happier with how great it turned out. And in COVID, they came totally prepared with masks and face shields and took it very seriously!

  Amazing Team

  Hiring a beauty team is harder than it sounds. After searching the internet for different local companies, I came across Nancy Rice Artistry. After sending an email inquiring about possible services and available dates, they checked all of the boxes.
  
  Being a COVID bride and needing to postpone Nancy Rice Artistry was very accommodating with our new date without issue.
  
  Both Melony (hair) & Kristina (make-up) were great. They took my inspiration pictures/looks and were able to make it happen. After reviewing my make-up trial pictures, I requested a slightly different color palette for the wedding day. Kristina made the color change and I absolutely loved the outcome!
  
  I would recommend Nancy Rice Artistry when considering a beauty team for your special occasion.
