Would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants a wedding at a winery in Woodinville. Staff was great to work with, and if you get the top package it comes with a planner (not just day of). Food was delicious and the wine was of course wonderful. Many guests commented that it was the best food they had had at a wedding. It was great to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing all in the same venue but at different areas within the venue. It flowed very seamlessly between the phases of the wedding and there was no turnover required. Would totally recommend this venue!!

Best place to have a wedding. I work at a corporate event planning company, so having a well run venue and staff was very important to me for my wedding. Emily Pollock and the team at Novelty Hill Januik Winery Are top notch. Everything from the tastings, the rehearsal dinner and the actual wedding day was seamlessly executed. I know all about the work and logistics that goes on behind the scenes and the Novelty Hill team doesn't miss a beat. When I wasn't sure about a decision, Emily had option a,b and c all lined up for me. When I realized I might have missed a detail or step, Emily had already brought it to my attention with a solution all worked out. The minute I walked into the venue on my wedding day with a bundle of nerves, it all fell away because I just felt I was in the most capable of hands. I was so relaxed the whole day! Even my bridal party...my father...and all my guests kept telling me how amazing the venue was and how attentive the staff was. So many guests told me that was the most well run wedding they had ever seen! Who knew that would stick out in their mind the most. I also get "best wedding food ever" compliments to this day. And it felt great to serve such amazing wine at my wedding too. Hands down best decision I made for my wedding day was having it here.

This was a wonderful venue. Emily Pollock, the coordinator, was always responsive and very well organized. She was very easy to work with. The kitchen was phenomenal and the menu tasting was fantastic, ran smoothly and the kitchen was very flexible in terms of turning any dish you wanted into a main or appetizer, etc. The wait staff was quick, professional and approachable. It was an incredibly inclusive venue where you got a lot from the price and only had to do one stop shopping. The only tiny complaint I have is that they should be more careful in their recommendations of the very few other vendors needed for the wedding day. Otherwise, they made everything so smooth and we felt, correctly, that we were in incredibly capable hands!

I can't say enough good things about our experience having our wedding ceremony and reception at Novelty Hill Januik. Emily and the entire staff were amazing to work with. She anticipated issues and responded to all of our questions and concerns in a very timely manner. On our rehearsal day, all of my wedding stresses were put to ease when Emily took over and directed our rehearsal, wrangling groomsmen and bridesmaids into perfect order. Our wedding day went smoothly and I never worried about a thing. Planning the wedding was so much easier knowing we had someone who was willing to help and answer questions. I highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding. Our guests were also in awe of the location and winery. It's gorgeous!

We held both our July ceremony and reception at Novelty Hill. The staff is absolutely wonderful to work with, especially Emily. She is a true professional, and any venue would be lucky to have her. Everything went perfect on our day, which I don't know that many brides can say. The food is to die for, and all of our guests couldn't stop talking about it. What a fun and funky wedding venue, it fit our style perfectly. Different enough to give great visual interest with a modern twist.

About 90 guests showed up, and everyone was comfortable and the place didn't look empty. Great space to move around, and various areas for guests to sit, chat, and dance. Novelty Hill is worth every penny, so stop looking and book with them now!

Great experience with Novelty Hill Januik Winery. Our wedding was just over 2 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Emily, our Catering Event Manager was fantastic, to the staff that executed the event, were flawless!! I would highly recommend anyone to look at this venue for your wedding or any type of event.

We had our small wedding and dinner reception here. The staff were friendly, well organized and made planning the event a breeze. We have already been back twice just to visit and wine taste!

We had the best rehearsal dinner with Novelty Hill-Januik! We used their newer garden space outside and even without extra decor, the space looked great with just the big table under the lights. They had wonderful wines and champagne, and even though the list of beer and cider to choose from was smaller, we were able to get cases of our favorite Incline cider and great beer too. All the food was amazing, our guests had a great time, and we'd definitely do another event here! They had an indoor backup space we could have used had it rained (it was early July) but luckily we had great weather. They had a small speaker for some tunes, and that was a great touch!

We held our wedding of around 75 guests at NHJ in May. The staff were very helpful, cheerful and responsive (from the sales team all the way to the day-of servers and event staff), which really made planning and executing a wedding here a breeze. The value of their packages really cannot be beat when you compare apples-to-apples on amenities, venue features, pricing with other event venues. One of their packages even includes wedding coordination at a discounted price, thanks to their partnership with Taylor'd Events Group. There are some restrictions on when you have access to the venue and when you can hold your actual event (it's a working winery that is open to the public), some restrictions on outside food vendors (as they have an in-house executive chef) and a no hard alcohol policy, but the staff were very willing to work with us and it did not present an issue for what we wanted for our wedding day. The food put out by chef Seth and his team was beyond delicious and appeared to be the highlight of the evening for many of our guests! We especially appreciated the sourcing of local and organic ingredients, as well as customized plated dinner options for our guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, NHJ's grounds and staff provided the perfect elegant and relaxed ambiance that we wanted for our big day, and nearly everything exceeded our expectations!

The wedding team here are the absolute best to work with. Amanda and Emily will go out of their way to ensure you have a stress free day. Emily knew I wouldn't eat during the day so she sent me home with a huge box of all the best food, she kept checking on me to see what I needed and generally made the entire day go by without a hitch. When there was one small thing (our fault) she found a solution. This venue might not be the least expensive, but it's worth every penny. The outdoor space is gorgeous, the setting is beautiful whether rain or shine and if I were to to do it again, I would get married here.

My fiance and I researched and toured a ton of venues around Seattle area but we just couldn't stay away from NHJ. We wanted a wedding that was simple and romantic, but still impressive and comfortable to our 80 guests. The architecture and flow of the rooms were ideal. I was plan-it-myself bride and I was so thankful for NHJ's inclusive wedding packages: all the little things from linens, glassware, to Glassybaby candles were included! I am so so thankful I didn't have to hunt for rentals of all those little things. At the same time, I never felt restricted to reach my wedding vision. The venue was very accommodating to all the little details or events I wanted to have included. Most importantly the staff were wonderful- from the first tour to us leaving after the wedding, the hospitality, service and professionalism of everyone was impressive. It was very important to us that our guests were treated well and had a good, fun time. Laura R., the Director of Event Sales/point of contact was a real pleasure to work with for 10 months while I planned. She was lightening fast in responding to all my questions, it really made my planning less stressful. We also worked with the site coordinator the day of the wedding and she was able to jump right in and was great! When we were considering venues, we prioritized good food and the comfort of our guests and we have absolutely no doubt NHJ was the right choice. Our guests had such a great night and I'm so glad NHJ was part of our special day. NHJ was one of the more expensive venues were looked out, but ultimately it was worth every penny!
