  Amazing Events Coordinator and Staff

  Casey O’Dell and her team are incredible! When our vendor for our wedding fell through at the last minute, they were available and so so helpful to make every last dream for our wedding come through. My family and friends can’t stop talking about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Would recommend them for any event, I had no worries with this team.

  Great Wedding Venue!

  Everyone at oak tree was more than helpful. For my initial tour, everyone was so welcoming and made us feel so special. Meghan was so responsive with the proposal process, Casey was amazing when it came to making everything we asked for happen. We got endless complements on how great the food and the service was at the wedding. Everyone was so helpful and kind on the day of our wedding, I was sad it was over!

  Oak Tree Country Club

  The reception was wonderful. We had many compliments on the food. The venue was perfect. The staff made everything run so smoothly! We also thought the price was very good after looking at other venues.

  Amazing!!!

  Oak tree was top notch for our wedding! From the prep to pulling off everything we could ever dreamed of including a donut wall full of fresh crispy creme - it was nothing short of amazing!

  Amazing venue for the best day ever

  Oak Tree was amazing in every way. From the use of Oak Tree for the getting ready, to the food, table setting, space, and staff, we could not have asked for anything more. The staff took such good care of us before, during and at the reception. The food was excellent and the reception flow went so smoothly, no one was ready to leave the party. I would definitely recommend Oak Tree for a wedding and or reception or any gathering. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Thank you Oak Tree for everything.

  Wedding and reception @ Oak Tree Country Club in Edmond, Oklahoma

  There are no words to adequately express how much we enjoyed our daughter's wedding day at Oak Tree Country Club on October 20, 2018!
  
  We first met Private Event Director, Kaitlin Kuykendall, in March 2018 and had an instant connection. She has the most personable and cheerful countenance, is professional, helpful, creative, resourceful, accommodating and incredibly detail oriented. With just a few short months to plan our daughter's wedding, Kaitlin made the process seamless and fun!
  
  If you are looking for a country club wedding, Oak Tree is a gorgeous setting. I wish I could post pictures. We had a beautiful ceremony outside followed by an open bar and heavy hors d'oeuvres on the lawn and then dinner and dancing in the main ballroom - it just flowed and our family and friends were in awe. The food was delicious...our mouths are still watering...and the service was impeccable. No detail was missed and we were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that we were in the best of hands.
  
  We are still floating and beaming as it was pure indulgence and everyone had such a great time! We can not thank Kaitlin and the Oak Tree staff enough for all they did to make our daughter's wedding day so very special. Not one complaint...everything was exceptional!

  Working with the Oak Tree staff has been such an amazing experience. I have to give high praise to Kaitlin, who was always quick to answer every and any question I had. Right from the start, she made every interaction so personal and exciting. She was so genuine and helpful every time we talked.
  Overall, choosing Oak Tree as our wedding venue meant choosing a less-stressful option in our wedding planning. They took care of so many things for us, with great quality and professionalism. The venue itself was beautiful and we loved the amenities.

  Our experience was amazing, the staff was available to make changes in a timely manner upon our arrival the day of my daughters wedding. Kaitlin was great to work with having taken over for the previous coordinator. Our guest were very complimentary on our reception, especially the food!

  We got married on the golf course behind the clubhouse and Rachelle made sure the ceremony site was set up perfectly. It looked like a fairy tale wedding! She also made sure that the cocktail area and reception hall looked amazing. The food was wonderful....people are still talking about it almost a year later!!! They were truly wonderful to work with.
