  Super difficult wedding to pull off but did it with ease!

  Linda and Ted were the DREAM TEAM! We could not have made our wedding more difficult but they were absolutely instrumental in bringing it all together! Not only did they give great recommendations for vendors since we don't live in Vermont, Linda also had fab taste in design and food choice. The wedding went off without a hitch (seriously not one thing happened out of place). We were living across the country and decided to build out an entire venue across two properties including gas, electric, cook tent etc. to have the wedding feel very special on the family property. That entire weekend will go down in history and all of our friends and family keep telling us it was the best and most fun wedding they've ever been to! Ted and Linda for the win!!

  Fantastic wedding planning experience

  Linda at Odyssey Events was a joy to work with in planning our recent wedding! I think we would have been lost without her. We wanted to get married at a special place to us, which meant that we needed to rent all of our wedding supplies, as we weren't working with an established wedding venue. Linda ensured that no details were overlooked, and our wedding was so beautiful and special as a result. Linda helped us with all aspects of the wedding planning process from finding vendors to designing gorgeous tablescapes to coordinating with all of our vendors so I could relax and enjoy the wedding day. Linda has a lot of wisdom from her prior event experience, and she was communicative and fun to work with. Linda was so valuable during our planning process, and I highly recommend working with her!

  Professional and Helpful

  Linda and Ted were very helpful while planning a wedding throughout grad school. Everything came together even better than I hoped it would at the end, would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

  Linda is the absolute BEST

  Working with Odyssey Events and Linda was absolutely amazing. She is organized, professional, and a wonderful person to have at your side on your special day/weekend! She and her husband were essential in making the day run smoothly and it absolutely did. She is sweet, fun, thoughtful and an essential, wonderful addition to our vendor team for our wedding weekend. I give her a ten out of ten and definitely label her as a “must hire.”

  Exactly what we needed!

  Linda Fondulas was the key player in the best day of my daughter’s life. We can all dream, wonder and get lost in thought about a wedding. But for it to be ready and come together perfectly is an entirely different story. From the very beginning of the process Linda and Ted were optimistic and understanding, which is exactly what my family needed. This was the first wedding of our immediate family, it was a wild journey that could be very overwhelming at times, let alone hosting it at our family home. Linda snd Ted helped me and my daughter execute the exact vision we had in mind, giving us the picture perfect day that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Linda Fondulas impeccable taste and class is highly recommended to all.

  On top of it all!

  Linda was a blessing. We were planning a very nontraditional campground wedding. Lots of space and lots of planning to be done. Linda and Ted went above and beyond for us and we could not have been happier with the outcome for our wedding! We booked for day of coordinating and we feel like we got that and soooo much more. Linda filled in all the little gaps leading to the day of and made our wedding weekend an unforgettable experience! We are so grateful for all they did and even stayed late dancing into the night to celebrate their wedding anniversary with us! If you are looking for a passionate wedding planner to fulfill your dreams, look no further!

  Amazing Day-of Coordinator!

  Hiring Odyssey Events as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process! Linda's thoughtful questions helped us think through the details of our day and ensured we thought through everything from the order of our ceremony to who was setting out the favors. Once the plan was in place, Linda helped us execute it perfectly on the day of! She reviewed rental orders and made sure everything was correct (we would have had 72 extra spoons without her sharp eye for detail). Her hosting instincts are impeccable. She's unflappable in the face of pressure. She's charming and clam and makes you feel genuinely cared for. She's exactly who you need on your team as you plan and execute your wedding! I used to work as a stage manager and I know well how easy it is for plans to get derailed; with Linda and Ted, you are in the best possible hands to have your wedding vision executed according to plan. They take the pressure out of the big day and help you focus on having fun, which is such a gift!

  A wonderful wedding planning experience

  Mikey and I are so grateful for our experience with Linda. She got down to every detail we never would have thought of. Her and her husband Ted were so wonderful and made this experience so easy. We are a very unorganized pair and Linda was always there to guide the way!! I truly don’t know how our day would have happened without her...and it was the PERFECT day. She made it so easy to communicate especially at the last minute when we were stressed! She’s amazing and feels like family at this point :) we are so grateful. We highly recommend Odyssey Events..Linda and Ted are the best!

  Linda and Chef Ted at Odyssey Events VT jumped in to help us when our wedding plans were completely derailed by Covid 19. They went above and beyond to help us plan a small elopement dinner and executed it to perfection at the local inn where we were having our ceremony. No detail was overlooked. Chef Ted conceptualized and made for us the most delicious and elegant four-course meal with wine pairings, and Linda provided the most personalized attention throughout the whole planning process and the event itself, including thoughtful and attentive white glove service. Thank you for making our wedding day truly special!
