  Oscar Gayer and his staff helped to make our event amazing. We were able to dance and visit with our guests without worrying about a thing. The food, staff and service were all top shelf. I highly recommend Oscars Catering to anyone who likes things to be unique. Elegant comfort food certainly adds a special something to a night where everyone thoroughly enjoys themselves and having the smoker onsite also adds a nice creative energy. This was actually the second time we used Oscars Catering for an event and I am very excited to see what the third time will bring. Thank you Oscar! And we are so glad that you enjoyed our guests and the band! Doug and Megan

  Oscar got back to us right away every time we called him. He was enthusiastic about putting together a low country boil for us for an engagement party. He was positive, flexible, creative, and very helpful connecting us to a Party Rentals (tents, tables, chairs, etc) Company, too.
  The food was terrific (hot potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, crawfish, and steamed shrimp) - people were talking about it at the party and for days afterward, too. Due to heavy rain, instead of of s'mores made over outdoor fire pits, Oscar helped us change plans at the last minute by making s'mores inside the barn over a lit tray of silver sterno cans .... no smell, non-toxic, and pretty. Everyone loved it.
  The tents and tables were set up beautifully, on time, as well as cleaned up at the end of the party.
  I will use Oscar again and highly recommend him.
