We had a wedding booked here for this fall and since the hurricane hit I have been contacting this venue. I finally heard back in February (hurricane hit fall last year) to be told they are going to be starting renovations sometime this spring and do not have a completion date so our contract has been broken as the restaurant/patio/look out bar won't be available. So we have cancelled our wedding with them and I was told my deposit would be refunded it has been about 2 months since being told that and I have emailed them few times w no response and have contacted their headquarters w no response. Funny how my refund was in the mail though weeks ago and now no one can be reached. Talk about poor customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone or Troon golf in general
