  First and foremost, I am a man, men don't usually do reviews, especially for wedding cakes, so that should speak volumes. Amanda was amazing and VERY easy to work with. The cake we envisioned is EXACTLY how it came out. We were also able to brainstorm ideas with Amanda that allowed us to get the cake we wanted, while at the same time staying within our budget.
  
  I would also mention getting the macarons (yes, there is a difference between MacarOns and MacarOOns. We ordered 3 orders of each flavor and they were gone by the end of the night. MUCH better than Ladurée or anything in Paris.
  
  Amanda was also amazing with custom requests. While many of the flavors she offers are delicious, we wanted to have a carrot cake as a tier in memory of a family member who passed. She really knocked it out of the park with a unique spin on the flavor that was fresh yet classic.

  Amanda made our wedding cake, and both she and the cake were absolutely amazing! From the moment I emailed her to our cake tasting to our wedding day, she handled every part of the process so thoroughly, patiently and competently. Not only was she incredibly friendly and professional to work with, she has a truly special talent. She presented us with a number of cake option designs and created the most gorgeous cake bringing to life our simple, yet modern vision. The taste of the cake itself was so lovely and decadent (salted caramel and chocolate bourbon pecan), which went so perfectly with our fall wedding. My husband and I can't say enough great things about Amanda and we were so lucky to have found her.

  Amanda is extremely talented and so sweet to work with! I had the pleasure of booking her for my September 2016 wedding and was amazed with what she had created for us. Since we live in San Diego, she was nice enough to mail us a tasting box to sample her delicious flavors. She let us customize our flavors using our favorite craft beers. Her designs are so creative and beautiful and she can customize to make something you will LOVE. The cake was our favorite decor item at wedding and our guests thought it looked and tasted jaw dropping. She took the time to drive the cake over 2 hours from Sacramento to Lake Tahoe and it was delivered flawless. I'm so happy to have worked with her and i can't wait to order cakes or custom cookies for future occasions! Highly recommend!

  Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She did our cake and dessert table for our November 2015 wedding. She is simply amazing! From the moment I contacted her I knew I was in good hands. She was extremely put together and professional. I loved everything about her and her company! From the cute business cards, to the cake tasting/presentation, her communication and of course the end result.
  
  Amanda made the process very easy for us from choosing cake flavors, the dessert table and design, and even our delicious sugar cookie favors. She met with us a couple times to discuss designs and our vision. She was extremely gracious despite the many changes- I was extremely indecisive. I couldn't decide on our cake size or how many desserts to have at our dessert table (my eyes are bigger than my stomach and I wanted way too much). Amanda helped me select the type of dessert she felt would make sense and also be visually pleasing. A month before the wedding, I finally settled on wedding cake design...or designs. Amanda provided her input, incorporated the different designs I wanted and even tweaked the design and it turned out better than what I (and my husband) wanted.
  
  She was a sweetheart from start to finish. Aside from her amazing personality her cakes and desserts are amazing! All of our guests were raving about the desserts and especially the cake. We ended up getting a 4 tier cake with each layer being a different flavor (salted caramel, birthday cake, chocolate, and vanilla with blackberry). I'm sad I did not get to try every layer, but for the two I did. I loved! We even had guests at the wedding that do not like cake enjoy a piece and wanted more! We still get inquiries from family and friends about who made our cake and dessert table.
  
  I could not have been more satisfied with Amanda's work and I look forward to using her again for special occasions and parties! Thank you so much Amanda for your service and begin so patient with all of my indecisiveness!

  Amanda is spectacular! Her creativity and flexibility brought my wedding cake to reality. She is so sweet and professional at the same time. I would definitely recommend her and her cakes. She has unique flavors and a unique touch that she can add to any product.

  Amanda was wonderful to work with! She made delicious French macarons for our wedding and unlike most wedding desserts, they were all devoured by the end of the night! Our guests loved them! We are so grateful for everything she did to display it so beautifully too. So glad to support her as a new business owner!
