I loved using Papermints for my wedding stationery! At first, I was going to just do invitations, but I ended up doing all of my stationery with Papermints. Samantha was great to work with; she had great ideas and knew exactly how to work with my wedding theme and colors. She did a wonderful job with my escort cards; my guests actually came up to me and told me they were beautiful. She also worked on my menus, programs, cocktail signs, banner, etc. I was able to have her work on all of this because I trusted her taste and I knew she was professional with all of her work. Thank goodness I did! I was so relaxed because she took care of everything and all I needed to do was choose what I liked. I would highly recommend Papermints. We used Papermints for our wedding invitations because of the modern designs and amount of options for customization.

I could never say enough awesome things about Papermints and Samantha Chu!! I found this company through a random Google search, and finally (after several attempts) found the chic, modern and sophisticated invitations I was looking for. I purchased just about everything imaginable from Papermints: invitations, programs, menu cards, escort cards! Samantha was a dream to work with and was extremely accommodating and patient through my multiple revisions. I loved the variety of colors, fonts, paper...everything! Papermints is worth every penny. Thank you for adding a special touch to our perfect day!I could never say enough awesome things about Papermints and Samantha Chu!! Many of the styles on papermints.com met my style aesthetic and I felt I had a lot to choose from. Samantha was great to work with. She was extremely responsive and flexible on making color adjustments to my choices. I was very happy with my invitations and felt they were a great value for what I got. After countless Google searches for "unique wedding invitations," I came across the Papermints website and immediately knew I had found what I was looking for. The designs were simple, modern, and different from all the others I had seen. I can't sing enough praise about Papermints and Samantha Chu! Samatha, the owner of Papermints, is an incredible professional and her business is top notch. I especially appreciated her patience with me when I asked her to put together a custom invitation. I kept changing the color, size, font, etc., on her, but Samantha never blinked and instead was really excited to help me put together the perfect invitation. Samatha got really creative and made a custom motif for me. She made me a truly one-of-a-kind invitation which I've gotten rave compliments for. The invitation had a lot of parts because I'm having a destination wedding and we had to give our guests a LOT of info while keeping the invitations looking chic and elegant. We had three enclosures in addition to the invitation itself, all in a pocket-fold enclosure, plus a belly-band and monogram -- each item came together beautifully. And the price for everything was amazing considering the amount of work Papermints did and how beautiful everything looked. Papermints and Samantha were amazing, and I'm going to use them for all my paper products for the wedding! Before I found Papermints for my wedding invitatation, I went to a specialty stationary store in Houston to create my Save-the-Dates and Shower invites. I can say with all honesty that the end product created by Papermints, far superceded what I purchased previously...for a much better cost! I am so pleased with my service and outcome, that I am placing an order for wedding announcements/programs in the very near future for a wedding celebration we are having soon!! Samantha was extremely helpful and always responsive to my questions and emails, even if it was to acknowledge a thank you to her. And the turnaround time for those responses was a relief and blessing to me as my wedding coordinator was completely unresponsive and left me weary of wedding vendors. Samantha proved that great service was indeed still important to some companies. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Papermints, particularly Samantha Chu, and it has absolutely made a loyal customer of me. My husband and I had a lot of different paper needs for our wedding, as we were married in a town where neither of us grew up (a sort of destination wedding!). Papermints, and, specifically, Samantha Chu, one of the wedding specialists, provided excellent customer service, supreme attention to detail, great flexibility, and a chance to break away from the traditional white or ivory invitations with black font. We got a ton of compliments and many people told us that they kept the invitations and programs as a little memento! There were so many things I loved about our wedding, but all of our paper products created by Papermints were some of my favorite! It's hard finding the right combination of quality, customization, and affordability while searching for vendors...but I feel like I found the perfect match with Papermints! Looking back, I think I was a bit of a bridezilla in some ways! =) But Samantha provided such excellent customer service, quickly responded to my questions, and always answered them with such patience that I never really felt like I was a handful! I asked SOOO many questions about the printing process because I just didn't know anything...offset vs digital, etc. She's really knowledgeable, helped me make decisions based upon my needs, and even gave me tips on saving money! For example, I used a mix of offset & digital printing to keep costs down, added a 3rd color to make my programs look just stunning, and splurged on customized ink to match my bridesmaid dresses and table linen!
