  Donna Cole is Brilliant - Especially at Bridal Veil Lakes!

  When my husband and I chose our venue (Bridal Veil Lakes), we knew we wanted a coordinator who had been there before and Donna came highly recommended. And we could not be happier with our choice. She was extremely professional and flexible (easily moving with us from 2020 to 2021 when we had to postpone) and made great suggestions for vendors (she comes with a whole list!) She also has various packages so brides can pick the one that works best for them. We used her primarily for day/week of coordination but I absolutely emailed her a bunch over the TWO YEARS (ahaha) we worked with her and she was a gem. HIGHLY recommend.

  Detail oriented and amazing

  Donna and her team helped me pull off a dream wedding in Oregon when I was living in Texas. She made the whole process smooth sailing and the day of I didn't fret one detail. It was all perfect. Can't recommend her enough!

  Donna was paramount to making our wedding a success! She simply took care of every detail, she was attentive, sweet, organized and truly put together a fabulous wedding for us both. We LOVED her, and so did our guests! I can’t imagine our day without Donna.

  I don't know what we would have done without Donna at Pearl & Roses, but it probably would have resulted in a wedding far less beautiful and fabulous than the one she coordinated for us! Wedding planning is so stressful and confusing and you typically have to jump in with no experience. Having a wedding planner seems like a good idea in general, but Donna is exceptional beyond your typical wedding planner. She is so experienced, smart, and honest. We had many, MANY discussions and meetings over the course of the planning process and she never steered me wrong, helping me translate my (often changing) vision into real conversations with vendors. The end result was a spectacular, gorgeous wedding that people are still telling me was the most beautiful they've ever seen, that went off without a hitch despite the 10 million issues I'm sure popped up during the evening that I never even saw. Now I have an amazing wedding to look back on, and a new friend in Donna. I recommend her services to absolutely anyone! You will be so happy you worked with her!

We retained her for a few weeks leading up to our wedding to help with the timeline and coordination. She went far and above what we expected, providing counsel, helping us think through logistics and giving insightful recommendations. Above all else, Donna came to our rescue when our venue became unavailable within two weeks of our wedding due to a natural disaster. She sprang into action, helped identify several venues that were willing to work with us on short notice, and took time out of her day to scope things out for us. Her behind the scenes work to bring our wedding vision to life was done with such grace and perfection. We’re certain she hears this all the time, but we couldn’t have done it without her.   We live in New Mexico and were planning our daughter's wedding in Portland. I can honestly say we would not have pulled it off without Donna! She is so organized, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and attentive to detail that I soon realized I could do this without the high anxiety I had anticipated. She helped us make a perfect, magical wedding, one that everyone commented was fun and beautiful (and ran like clockwork). Donna listens to your ideas and then has wonderful suggestions on how to make them a reality (along with a selection of vendors to work with). Donna doesn't get ruffled when things change at the last moment or don't go as planned. She obviously already has a Plan B & C in her head! She and her assistant noticed at the reception that not enough people were signing the guest book so took it upon themselves to circulate the book to individual guests and get more entries. That kind of attention to detail made our event the success it was. I highly recommend Pearl and Roses for your wedding planning! I thought she was worth every penny.

  Donna was great at keeping my family organized, on track and she kept my family in line. She has amazing ideas and the team she brings with her is great at helping the bride stay calm while putting out fires (figuratively). Her design sense and understanding of what is necessary to make a wedding successful was more than worth it!

  DONNA IS AWESOME!!! After a year of being engaged we hadn't accomplished much planning at all, so we decided a wedding planner might be a good idea for us. As soon as we hired Donna she hit the ground running. She did all the heavy lifting so we could focus mostly on the fun stuff which made for a MUCH less stressful wedding planning process. She supported our vision and was on board with all our crazy ideas - including confetti cannons and an Elvis impersonator!
  
  As the wedding day got closer (it was only 2 weeks away!), we ran into some unfortunate and unexpected costs from a couple of our vendors. Donna went to bat for us and made it right (which involved changing all of our rentals arrangements) without us ever having to be involved in all the stress.
  
  PLUS our families and guests loved her! We got lots of compliments about how great she and her awesome assistants (her daughter and husband!) were at the wedding. Not only did they keep the timeline on track and wrangle all the vendors, but they calmed our nerves and always had a new drink ready for us! They were fantastic!
  
  Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more and we absolutely could not have pulled it off without Donna!!! She's the best!

  Pearl and Roses Wedding Planning helped make my wedding day, and the month leading up to it stress free. I used Pearl and Roses for their “day of package” and Donna took over contacting and organizing all our vendors a month before the wedding. She kept track of the budget and various vendor contracts, offered unique ideas, put together a detailed timeline of the wedding day and the days leading up to it, and offered ways and tricks to help make everything run smooth. During the rehearsal and the wedding day she and her staff made sure everyone knew what to do, when to do it, and not to bother me (the bride!) with questions. My husband and I are recommending Pearl and Roses to our friend who is getting married next summer because she did such a fantastic job!! I can’t rate her high enough, I wish there were more stars!!!!

  I will admit I was hesitant about hiring a wedding planner. I thought "I can do it all my self, why waste money on a wedding planner!" But my Husband asked for two things for our wedding, good food and Donna! Let me tell you, Donna was the worth every penny!!! Donna and her team took care of all the details so we and our families could enjoy our big day! My husband's request was the biggest gift I could of received!

  Donna is amazing! She was our Day-of Coordinator for our wedding and did a fantastic job! Many of my husband and I's decisions were last minute (i.e. we decided on decorations, rehearsal dinner, DJ, etc. within a couple weeks of our wedding) but Donna was able to find the most amazing vendors and make time for us whenever we needed. She was always available, professional, honest, helpful and super fun. I had a very particular vision for how I wanted things to look and Donna was able to pull it all together so nicely that when I saw the venue the day of the wedding I was blown away by how beautiful everything looked. It definitely exceeded my expectations. With Donna on our side, we were able to relax and just enjoy our big day when it came time and I can't thank her enough.

Many of my husband and I's decisions were last minute (i.e. we decided on decorations, rehearsal dinner, DJ, etc. within a couple weeks of our wedding) but Donna was able to find the most amazing vendors and make time for us whenever we needed. She was always available, professional, honest, helpful and super fun. I had a very particular vision for how I wanted things to look and Donna was able to pull it all together so nicely that when I saw the venue the day of the wedding I was blown away by how beautiful everything looked. It definitely exceeded my expectations. With Donna on our side, we were able to relax and just enjoy our big day when it came time and I can't thank her enough.

Strong personalities in the family, with even stronger and diverging views. Despite that, Dona artfully, gracefully, patiently, ably and professionally handled us all and made the event just perfect. She incorporated everyone's views, accommodated us all, integrated our vision and materialized our dreams into reality. She also recommended great vendors, equally able and professional.   Donna with Pearl and Roses Wedding Planning was our wedding coordinator for our wedding last weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience! It was by far, the smartest thing we did, in hiring her as a coordinator. We didn't have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. We were able to completely relax and enjoy our day. Not only were we able to relax, but our wedding party and family members could too!
  She was there from the first delivery of rentals to the folding of the last chair at the end of the night. Her eye for detail and decor is top notch, and she executed our vision perfectly, if not exceeded it!
  She created a timeline for the day, and helped us to keep on schedule, while filling our drinks at the same time... What more could you ask for??

  I can not say enough about Donna Cole!!~~ With this being my second wedding I wasn't sure how to go about and to see what was out there as far as vendors ect,. She totally set us up with some of the most amazing vendors, she would always meet with us to go over things ..... absolutely the best!!! I can now call her a great friend and will always recommend her service as "A" plus!!~~~
