  Exceptional Wedding Catering!

  We had the pleasure of working with PEJ Events for our wedding catering and we had such a wonderful experience with the team. From start to finish, PEJ Events (facilitated by our amazing Event Specialist, Kristin Shrimplin) provided top-notch service that really elevated our wedding day!
  
  The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented. We opted for culinary stations to allow more freedom for our guests to pick and choose which of the flavors of Texas they might like to experience. I rarely hear people comment on the food as a highlight at a wedding, but we heard from numerous guests that they wish they could’ve gone back to get more! The variety and quality of options certainly left an impression on everyone.
  
  In addition to cuisine, PEJ facilitated the coordination of rental services provided by Premiere Events, which was an incredibly useful addition. Their team helped us in securing linens, glassware, and table settings that truly complemented our wedding theme and vision. By combining the services, it also helped streamline delivery and vendor coordination making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible for us.
  
  What truly set PEJ Events apart was the remarkable customer service provided by our Event Specialist, Kristin Shrimplin. From our initial tasting consultation to the day of the event, Kristin was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer any questions and offer guidance. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to ensuring we had a smooth, memorable event were immensely appreciated!

  PEJ catered my daughter's wedding. The food was awesome. The staff was very friendly and kept everything flowing flawlessly.

  The food was wonderful. The staff did a great job of keeping everything flowing. Lori was very quick to respond to any and all questions. She helped me determine appropriate serving. They also catered to my vegan friends. The staff was very prompt and professional. They did a great job setting up, the presentation was lovely. At the end of the night they cleaned everything up and left the venue looking great.

  Best Caterer, Raving Guest Reviews!

  We absolutely loved PEJ! The brisket was amazing! All of the sides (we had the baked potato casserole, jalapeño corn bread casserole, green beans almandine, and the southwest salad) were delicious too! They were very professional and provided amazing service! All of the guests said how awesome the food was! We were extremely happy with their BBQ buffet option. They provided our cocktail hour appetizers as well, which were so good! The bacon wrapped quail legs and the meatballs were amazing. Everything was perfect, and we could not have asked for a better food option for our reception! We loved it so much that when we got home we had the leftovers for dinner the next day. They were also very quick to respond to my many emails.

  Cannot say enough wonderful things about PEJ. From the moment we set up the tasting through the entire wedding and post-wedding process, they were incredible. Kristin was always in touch and available to answer any questions we had and went above a beyond in all aspects. All of our wedding guests were going back for seconds and could not stop talking about how good the food was. 10/10 would recommend!

  Dream Team Catering

  PEJ runs their events seamlessly. They arrived on time, the food quality was unmatched, and the team was incredibly professional. Our ability to communicated prior to the event was easy as they are so responsiveness. We had no issues selecting our menu, getting linens and barware, and even setting up our food tasting day. I never worried once about the food. Even our guests with differing dietary limitations had something filling and delicious to eat that night. They are a great team to work with and I recommend them above all.

  Amazing vendor

  PEJ could not be more wonderful of a vendor to work with. They were timely and friendly and allowed us flexibility as our numbers came in for the wedding. On the wedding day we had several guests come up to use and let us know how amazing the food was. When we forgot our service knife for our cake, the caterers were more than happy to step in and lend a hand. Would hire them again!

  The appetizers and smoked meats were fabulous and enjoyed by all! We had plated salads at the table and a buffet line. Kristin Shrimplin did an outstanding job of overseeing the event. I would definitely use them again for a future event.

  Texas BBQ in the Texas Hill Country

  PEJ was the perfect catering and bartending vendor for our wedding. From the initial conversations with Mona, to the staff on site during the day, it was so easy to work with PEJ. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, and we felt that we got an amazing value compared to other catering options we explored. The catering and bartending staff were absolute pros and everything went off without a hitch. I really appreciated that they continued to check on me and my husband throughout the night to see if we needed drinks or more food. They even made us a to-go bag to enjoy at the end of the reception. Thank you Mona and the PEJ team for helping us pull off the perfect wedding!

  Extraordinary Performance

  We were very lucky to have hired PEJ. Guests loved both food quantity and quality. Pricing was competitive for the Austin area. Service exceeded expectations - they quickly moved people through a buffet line, handled setup and breakdown, and were endlessly attentive to us both during the event and in the days leading up to it. I'm especially grateful for Kristin's responsiveness and professionalism - PEJ patiently answered our 1000 questions and was able to redo the event plan when we had to move things indoors last minute. I can't imagine a reason to pay another caterer any more than what PEJ might quote.

  PEJ is the way to go!

  Lori Simon was a total professional representing PEJ. She was a wealth of knowledge and guided us well in our decision making. It was nice to have food/bar/linens/china/glassware all available under one roof. We had a fajita buffet and we believe the best you could get in all of Austin, Tx! You will be thrilled to work with Lori Simon and PEJ.

  Outstanding Food and Service by PeJ Events for Kibbee-Poe Wedding

  The food was amazing. Everyone raved about the ribs and turkey, and all the sides were fantastic. The wait staff and lead were also great, and helped us so much. The bartenders were amazing, and Mateo was one of most thoughtful bartenders I have ever met. Outstanding job!

  PEJ Events

  BBQ was not going to be my first choice for my wedding but my venue had required preferred catering selection. However, PEJ Events had everything we wanted, was the most cost effective, and the food and drinks were perfect!! The bartender was everyones favorite at our wedding and we received the most compliments on him. He was so attentive he even had a drink sent to my dad when he noticed he was out. The servers were great and made sure that we ate our food first so we could walk around to visit our guests. Lori Simon, the event specialist for PEJ was so quick to answer any questions and emailed back so fast which I loved. The food was good and plentiful and we never ran out of mixers at the bar. The staff helped set up and tear down at the venue which took off all the work for family and friends. I would totally recommend PEJ Events for any wedding.

  We loved pej!

  PEJ was the perfect choice for our wedding. Mona was so knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We had to make some fairly significant changes to our guest count and Mona made sure that we received top tier service and made the most of our money. On wedding day the presentation was exactly what we wanted/expected and our guest couldn't stop raving about how tasty the Texas BBQ was! PEJ really elevates what they serve and they truly make the clients a top priority. If we had to do it all over again we'd select PEJ time and time again!

  The Perfect Reception

  PEJ did an amazing job catering my daughters wedding reception!
  We served appetizers and had food stations with an open bar for 150 guests. The food, presentation and service where beyond perfect. We had many compliments on our PEJ catering from guests. I would definitely use PEJ again for catering!

  PEJ was Perfect for our Daughters Rehearsal Dinner!

  PEJ did a fantastic job catering our daughter’s rehearsal dinner. We worked with Kristin Shrimplin, who was incredibly attentive and responsive. She provided exceptional Full-Service that included everything from coordinating for all rentals to set-up, dinner service and clean-up. The staff was courteous and organized. Our guests were all from out of town and enjoyed the wonderful, elevated BBQ from PEJ. We included the ribs, brisket, sausage, and smoked turkey along with a selection of sides…everything was delicious! And the homemade cobbler dessert bar with Amy’s Mexican Vanilla Ice Cream is NOT to be missed! We highly recommend PEJ!

  Perfect in every way…

  Planning a wedding is arduous… so many moving parts and so many details. Even with a planner, it isn’t for the faint of heart. I never once had one doubt about our food and beverage service. From the initial meeting, Mona listened and helped make our food and appetizer selection perfect. She responded quickly and adapted to whatever was needed. When the outdoor wedding got rained out PEJ made all the difference getting the room flipped for the dinner. We received so many compliments on the food.. and they kept it hot, which is so important for a buffet… The servers were prompt, attentive and able to make each guest feel important. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for PEJ and the outstanding experience they provided for my daughter’s wedding.

  Delicious & 10/10

  PEJ was our first tasting out of 2 and after the 2nd one we knew PEJ was definitely the one to go with. The food at the tasting was amazing and even more when it came to our wedding the food tasted exactly the same. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the appetizers to the main course itself. We spoke with Mona from the start and she was wonderful to work with. She was clear in communication, quick to respond and helped to stay within our budget. Food is usually the top priority to many couples and sincerely if you are thinking about PEJ just stop the search right now and book them. You will be happy and your guests will be happy.

  Money worth

  We had our wedding at Cayonwood Ridge and PEJ was our cater They are amazing!! Mona was very knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk to with our entire process. We had the buffet style and the food taste amazing compliments to the chef!! and you get your money worth. They were even able to accommodate to our vegetarien guests. On our wedding day the staff that was working were amazing, and professional. I will hire them again without any hesitation.
