We cannot say enough good things about Perfectly Planned and Jennifer! We were honestly very skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator being that we are very OCD and type A people but I couldn’t be more pleased and thankful that we chose this team to help us plan and coordinate our big day! Also budget wise, they were extremely fair and competitive with their rates.
Jennifer was an absolute DREAM to work with. We valued her opinion and guidance a lot and she really took the time to get to know us, our budget, our schedule, and our taste. Working with her was very comfortable and she always made sure that we were well taken care of and had no questions or concerns. The day of the wedding she made sure none of us lifted a finger and I can’t express how much of a blessing her and her assistant were for that! I would recommend perfectly planned and specially Jennifer over and over again!! -

Perfectly Planned Wedding!
If you want your Wedding Day to be Perfectly Planned, I highly recommend Ashley at PP!! Kristen & Amyn's Wedding was exactly what they wanted. It was a Perfect Day! To quote Kristen as she was leaving her reception. She said "they warned me to expect something to go wrong, but NOTHING went wrong!" I have 4 other daughters and plan to use Ashley at PP if the she's available! -

Jennifer with Perfectly Planned exceeded every expectation we had! She was always responsive and helped us stay on schedule the day of. Not to mention her constant reassurance and organization made for the perfect day! I can not imagine planning our wedding without her and her team. We are so grateful for Perfectly Planned and can not recommend their services enough!! From the initial consultation to the last dance at the reception, Jennifer demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and dedication to making my daughter's special day absolutely perfect.
Jennifer took the time to understand our vision and priorities, ensuring that every aspect of the wedding reflected our unique style. Her organizational skills are truly commendable; she effortlessly managed the myriad of details involved in coordinating a wedding, leaving us stress free and able to fully enjoy the celebration.
One of the standout qualities of Jennifer is her ability to anticipate and address potential challenges before they even arise. I got married at the end of September 2023, and these people were outstanding.. From the beginning until the very end.. Whenever I called or text I was always able to speak to my planner Jennifer Atkins.. She and her team are great.. I always felt as I was talking to family.. This team has a heart of gold and really have the compassion for what they do.. They will truly make your wedding planning easier and your big day very special, and rememberable forever.. The things that I saw on our wedding day was something that I had never imagined.. So if your planning your special day.. I hired Jennifer and her team for full service wedding planning for my September wedding in Fredericksburg. From the beginning, Jennifer was very organized and attentive to my needs. She understood my vision and was able to bring my ideas to life. She had helpful recommendations and gave me really creative ideas. IE. A fun bartending service out of a horse trailer! From choosing vendors to creating a timeline for the big day, she was very on top of the details and did an excellent job communicating with the other vendors a few weeks out. Her knowledge of the industry was very impressive, and when asked questions, she infused her expertise into the conversation without trying to convince anyone to do it a certain way. On the day of the wedding, her and her team made sure everything went VERY smoothly. She was organized and efficient and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. The day was perfect and I can’t thank the wedding planner enough for her hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a wedding planner! -

Jennifer was nothing short of AMAZING. She knows what she is doing! Jennifer was always so quick to answer my texts and emails, even at 12am!!!!! She made my wedding day go so smoothly. *If* anything went wrong, I had NO CLUE! And I give that credit to Jennifer. I highly recommend Perfectly Planned. -

Jennifer went above and beyond to provide day-of wedding coordination services for our event. Throughout the planning stages, Jennifer was a resource of knowledge about local vendors and service providers. She communicated with all of our vendors to make sure that everything was set up and ready to go. She provided a detailed timeline of events and managed the clock to ensure we stayed on schedule. There was literally no way we could have executed our plan of events, while at the same time, enjoying the event ourselves. She is amazing and she should be the first person you work with when starting to plan your event. Cannot recommend her highly enough. -

So let me just start off by saying that if you're looking for a coordinator/wedding bestie, LOOK NO FURTHER! Ashley is hands down the GREATEST decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding! I honestly don't think we would have survived our wedding day without her. She swooped in like an absolute baddie and handled absolutely every single tiny little detail. I was so worried that the day wouldn't go smoothly but she handled it ALL. I did not stress even a little bit the day of because I knew she was there to make sure the day went off without a hitch. If there was ever a glitch, my husband and I have no idea because she took care of everything. My husband and I, as well as all our family and friends, had the BEST time because we didn't have to worry about a singe thing. She also helped corral my family for the wedding rehearsal, and honestly, that's a task similar to herding cats. I'm convinced she has superpowers. I am so thankful we picked her because she was our guardian angel and she and her assistant coordinated the heck out of our day! Love you, Ashley! -

Jennifer and team really were there for my wife and I every step of the way of the planning process. We really could not have done it without her and she really did create the perfect day for us. Jennifer was extremely responsive and understood everything that we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better planner!
