Personal Escape Travel has been our travel agent for 30+ years (and growing!) They've confidently piloted our family through trips to Switzerland, Sweden, Bahamas, Italy, India, Hawaii, England, Mexico, even the Amazon Rain Forests.

We all know what happened in 2020. Fortunately for us, Susan was on the case from the jump with updates, emails, phone calls & text messages. Not a day went by when she did not at least send a comforting message about what to expect and how it would happen. We count on her for the right travel details every time, the right trip insurance among them. We got a full refund of our trip in 2020 within 30 days, just as Susan promised, amidst frightening stories in the news daily about thousands of travelers who would likely never see a return of their money from online travel sites who relied on small print legalese to allow them to wiggle out of refunds.

So..... Personal Escape Travel was with us through all the good times and, thankfully, helped steer us through the uncertain waters that came upon us all in early 2020. We re-scheduled our 2020 Hawaii journey for 2021 when Susan's team told her it was ok and, of course, she and her agents took care of every. Single. Detail. Our 12 day trip to Hawaii went without a hitch in April '21 in no small part because of Personal Escape Travel. We're in the midst of planning our family trip for 2022 now, as well.

Susan is the best!

Susan was incredible when we went to her asking for help to plan our dream honeymoon. Above and beyond, responding to countless emails, at all hours of the day and night, when we requested small changes or additional information. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Amazing Italian honeymoon!

Couples trip

Sue was all over the details in this trip. We had a lot of moving parts and she covered them all. Not the usual couples trip as we went to Scandinavia but she found great hotels and great activities for us. The whole trip was seamless

She gave us the best advice when booking every detail for our honeymoon and was so responsive every single day. She helped make our honeymoon seamless and I’m so excited we found her to use on all of our future travel needs. She even mailed our itinerary and a gift basket the week before our wedding and sent hand written cards throughout the year. It’s the little things that make the best client experience! We absolutely loved Sue, she gave us the trip of a lifetime!!

We are so happy we decided to work with Susan. I can't reccoment her enough. From the beginning of the planning process, all the way through the last day of our trip, her communication was amazing. She answers every email, addresses every question and concern, and also plans an awesome trip! We went to Italy and the trip she planned covered all the parts we wanted to see. Honeymoon in Greece

Susan was the best! We booked our honeymoon to Greece with her. She took into account our budget while planning the most amazing 10 day trip. Amazing service!

Hiring Susan Blume to help us plan our honeymoon was one of the BEST decisions we've made. She was recommend to us by friends and we've already recommend her to multiple people. Susan is thorough and responds to emails in a very timely manner. We went to Greece on our honeymoon and she put together many different options for us to choose from and customized them to our needs. She made traveling so easy with all the transportation set and ready. She chose amazing hotels and it was the most perfect honeymoon! While we were away was always checking in to make sure everything going as planned! She goes above and beyond and is a MUST HIRE for any travel planning, we will be 100% using her again!

We worked with Sue for planning and booking our honeymoon to Hawaii and are so happy that we did! She was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Just perfect!

I booked my honeymoon through Personal Escape Travel last year and when my husband and I wanted to vacation this year we immediately knew we wanted to book with them again. Sue helped us plan a trip to Antigua and it was perfect! We had such a wonderful relaxing time. The resort was stunning and the food was excellent. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a pool room which made the trip even better. The Antigua historical tour that Sue also booked for us was great and the guide really went out of his way to show us every part of the island. We can’t thank Sue enough for putting together such a memorable vacation!

Absolutely the best!!! Susan is definitely one of the easiest & knowledgeable person to work with.
Every detail of the trip planning, to the easy add ons options & excursions were simple and perfect!

Dream Vacation

We are so thankful for Susan Blume at Personal Escape Travel for making a dream vacation come true. Susan was able to tailor our vacation to Munich Germany perfectly. Susan planned out perfectly how we could visit all the spots on our list. We were able to enjoy a carefree vacation knowing that every detail was planned for us. Our trip was mapped out professionally from A-Z, no details were left out. We will be forever grateful to Sue for creating a once in a life time experience. I can't wait for our next adventure planned by such a wonderful person.

Spring Munich group trip

Wonderful spring trip to Munich with a group encompassing 3 generations. Tours and events were first rate with something for everyone. Susan knows the area well and was able to provide some excellent choices and recommendations. Enough free time for shopping, exploring or relaxing. She made special arrangements for last minute air travel changes which were seamless and didn't require fees (travel insurance is worth it...you never know).
