  I am very happy with my purchase. Bought 3 matching zip up hoodies for myself and my besties for a girl's trip to the beach. The quality of the hoodie is excellent and the personalization is just too perfect!
  I received my package a full day early & just in time for our trip.

  I ordered personalized tote, racer back tank, and nightshirt for my daughters bridal shower gift. I received a bonus tote and we’re very helpful with changing my delivery choice to ensure I received the items prior to our flight to attend the bridal shower.   I ordered my bridesmaids gifts from Personalized Brides- and fell in love! In love with the products- and the company! I'm a little picky and changed my mind twice after submitting my order- they were so accommodating and talked me through all of my options to make sure I ordered exactly what I wanted- and then I received my entire order only 5 days later!! I've also contacted them twice after for rush orders on gifts and couldn't be happier with my results- truly an amazing company!

  Size not accurate, false information on certain fabric.

  Wow, poor quality in sizing and fabric, (false info on the fact the clothing feels silkey) if your looking to by the "silk" pj's. They won't even take refund on the fact it's poor quality all because its been personalized. Thats on the comapny for a problem, not ths customer. you should take returns for that at least.... DONT BUY THE SILK PJS, they are super itchy making it uncomfortable to wear, in the picture you can see the outside is "silky" but the interioris really roughmaking it itchy on the skin... i know my wedding party doesnt desserve that. I waisted a lot of money, time and trust in your guys business.

I was told to call to finalize payment to proceed with my order and after leaving a message I get a call back stating that there was a miscommunication regarding the design they were doing and how it was to be done. This is very unprofessional! Save yourself the trouble of disappointment and stay clear of this company
