  I would rate Picture Perfect Cakes a 10/10!!

  I sent a pic through text and she was spot on. Not only was it a gorgeous cake, it tasted better than any cake I have ever had! I would without a doubt recommend Picture Perfect Cakes to anyone throwing any event!!
