  Picture perfect!

  We cannot recommend Geoff enough for consideration as your wedding photographer or any event! My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the photos we got back from our special day and will cherish them forever. Looking back through our photos is like re-living our wedding day all over again. Every special moment was captured to perfection! Geoff was extremely easy to work with and very communicative through the whole process. We couldn't be happier with our decision on going with Portrait Gallery to be a part of our picture perfect day!

  My photographer Renee made the entire wedding day a pleasure. From pictures of me getting dressed to the sparkler send-off, Renee was at my said the entire day. She took care to not be annoying and not pressure us into staged/posed pictures. I was initially hesitant because my fiance did not want a photographer at all (that's how much he loves having his picture taken), but I can honestly say that Renee was able to make him smile in just about every single picture. I can't say enough good things about her.

  Geoff was very nice to work with. Our pictures looked great and he made sure we got all the shots on our list. We hired him because he was highly recommended by family members who had him photograph their wedding. You should hire him, you won't be disappointed.

  Flexible and creative

  Geoff took what some would consider an impossible task and made it such an amazing day. From photos in the rain to having to take all indoor photos with tough lighting, he nailed it and every picture came out amazing! Highly recommend if you want the best quality photos from your big day!

  Rainy days are a true test, but bright optics and a sturdy tripod often save the day! My first black wedding dress as well! Dark dress, dark backgrounds on a dark day the true test! But I loved the results and had a blast!

  Professional and beautiful outcome

  Geoff was very professional, down to earth and had a sense of humor. He did an amazing job with our engagement shoot and our wedding. We never felt rushed or pressured, Geoff was the perfect photographer to capture our wedding! The pictures are beautiful.

  Organized, timely, efficient

  My wife and I couldn’t be more impressed and thrilled that we had Geoff as our photographer for our wedding. Geoff’s experience was incredibly evident throughout the entire process. The engagement photos and wedding photos came out perfectly. He sent us draft pictures of the wedding within 24 hours and the completed edits for all were sent to us within a week we were amazed! We had a sit down meeting with him to go over every photo that we were wanting during the day and he captured them all! Geoff is flexible , considerate, and above all, a master at his craft. My wife and I recommend, and will continually recommend the portrait gallery to anyone trying to have their pictures match how magical the day actually is.

  Incredible photographers!! Great eye for capturing different backgrounds!

  Geoff was wonderful!! He has a true artists eye for capturing different backgrounds so it wasn’t just the same picture over and over again! JR accompanied Geoff and was very personable and got some great shots! Both went above and beyond to make sure we got all the pictures we wanted and they were top quality!

  Our entire experience with Portrait Gallery was great. From the intro and booking process, to the engagement shoot, and throughout the wedding day. JL and Kate really understood what we wanted out of our pictures and we couldn't be happier with how the pictures came out. Not to mention they are the nicest people to work with and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We would highly recommend PG for anyone looking for a wedding photographer in the Vermont area!

  A photographer that goes above and beyond!

  We discovered Geoff through a family friend. At first we were skeptical of his price, we were really trying to keep our budget low. But, his online portfolios won us over! So we went with his package that included a photo album for us and our parents. The photos were OUTSTANDING! And due to weather we had to change things around last min. Geoff went above and beyond, came out a day early to do our first look pictures to avoid the storm! He was on time. Photos were taken in a reasonable amount of time - not too quick but not too long either. He gave great verbal direction for poses. He made sure to get photos of all our family members. We asked and Geoff made sure it happened. He captured our whole wedding - we now have a "slow motion" film if you put all the photos together.
  The photos were online only TWO days after our wedding. And he was giving us sneak peaks only two hours after the shoot! OUTSTANDING
  seriously- your money = the quality you get back. I 100% would pick Geoff again if we had to do it all over again... but its a wedding so I hope its one and done! :)

  Geoff was so kind, on time, efficient, detail oriented, flexible, and so much more. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs quality photos in high quantity amount as well. He truly makes your money worth it when you get so many back. He captured so many moments for us that we may not have been able to see, so we can cherish them forever.

  He was so amazing. It was all over the place able to take pictures that we didn’t expect them things that we did not see. Even took special requests that we had a major all of those were done before the end of the day. Very professional very sweet. Work was amazing the photos came out absolutely beautiful better than I have ever seen before. Highly recommend him.

We were blown away by the quality of the photos. They were professional, prompt, and responsive to all of our questions and requests. We did our engagement and wedding photos through them and i could not be happier. Geoff had our pictures edited and back to us very quickly so we could relive the day a week after the wedding. I would highly recommend Portrait Gallery to anyone!

  We loved worked with Jessica from the Portrait Gallery! She was friendly, experienced, easy to work with, and fun! Her special touches to get the correct lighting and poses was part of her magic! She was able to get family members who don't smile to smile! She was professional, direct when she needed to be, and helpful. She really listened to what we envisioned for our day and made it come true! It is so hard to chose a favorite photo because they all came out so beautiful! Working with her was a highlight of our day and wedding! We would highly recommend Jessica and the Portrait Gallery for wedding photography!

  Amazing wedding Photographer!!

  We just got married 9/17/22 in Benson VT. My now wife found the Portrait Gallery on wedding wire and Geoffery was amazing from start to finish. We are over the moon with every single photo. He captured every part of the day. It goes so fast we are so happy to have all our photos to cherish forever. He made our special day so memorable filled with lots of laughs, family and friends.   Extremely professional

  This duo went above and beyond to capture my favorite moments of the wedding. I was nervous the photographers might get in the way/distract people from the actual events of the wedding (like photographers I’ve seen at other weddings), but they were great. Highly recommend!

  Amazing Pictures

  Geoff was such an amazing photographer. From start to finish, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do my wedding! The pictures came out perfect. We also got way more pictures than expected which was awesome and I am so happy. Not only did we get a lot of pictures of my husband and I but there were a good amount of the guests and everyone dancing which is so much fun to look at! Geoff knew where and when to take the perfect pictures. Along with the perfect poses for us. I am so happy with how they all turned out. Geoff is also extremely easy to work with. I would recommend him to everyone!!
