Michael and the Premiere Catering staff were so amazing to work with. From our tasting appointment, to our site walk through and the big day, Premiere Catering executed everything perfectly with the upmost professionalism. All of the food was simply delicious, we received so many compliments and would recommend Michael and his team to anyone looking for an excellent caterer.Premiere Catering's reply:

Best catering team in portland!
Michael and John and their team are IMPECCABLE!!! My husband and I had our post wedding celebration here in Portland and Happy Valley. Michael made all of our dreams and visions come true. They were amazing to work with and so patient and accommodating to our requests (while we juggled our two toddlers while planning). Our friends and family were amazed by the delicious food as well as the GORGEOUS set up they provided. Michael handled everything from tastings and curating a menu to coordinating the rentals. Wish we could do it all over again. 100/10 would recommend Premiere Catering to anyone and everyone wishing for the perfect wedding. Thank you Michael from the bottom of our hearts!!! -

We got married at the end of September and hiring Premiere was one of the best decisions we made while wedding planning! Michael was absolutely incredible to work with. He was always very responsive and any questions or concerns I had he answered and eased my mind immediately. All of our guests are still RAVING about how it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! It is also very reasonably priced with a large variety of food options to select from. They set the tables up beautifully and exactly how I had envisioned. They have so many beautiful options for napkin fold, styles, and colors. It was an absolute pleasure to have you serve our big day and I will be recommending you to any of my friends who get married. Thank you again Michael and the amazing catering crew :)

Hands-down one of the easiest choices in the wedding planning process. Premier is so professional and understanding. The tasting process was so much fun! They work hard to customize the food to the customer and provide great service and products. The food was amazing! Our family and guests still talk about the food! -

Working with Michael and Premier Catering was a dream! Michael is very nice, easy to get a hold of, and professional. The serving staff at the wedding were all so great too. The food was absolutely amazing! The steak and salmon were cooked to perfection and Premier’s signature pasta was one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted! Michael and his team was just amazing. I have nothing but good things to say. We had BBQ buffet with a little bit of everything. Delicious! It was also a very hot day and the staff was so sweet and very on the ball with keeping waters filled and always with a smile and professional demeanor. I had constant compliments from my guests that the wait staff was just wonderful. We had a close to last minute request for some gluten free foods being added and without hesitation items were included with no issues. We hired Premier for our wedding in October. I had imagined a homestyle BBQ buffet and Michael and team hit the nail on the head. Every person I spoke to after the wedding mentioned how amazing the food was. The servers were also super friendly and helpful. Premiere Catering had THE MOST DELICIOUS food we had at our tastings! After having to postpone our wedding THREE times due to COVID19 (but take that COvid, we STILL made 2020 our year!) and having to find a new venue and caterer we were SO LUCKY to have found Premiere! We were won over by their delicious tasting, the service provided, the quick responsiveness, and above all them working with our budget. They not only delivered finger licking good food, but also an AMAZING alcohol package! We had a hosted bar with wine, beer, AND 4 hard liquor cocktails! They wrote up a contract we could not refuse lol. I am not going to lie one of the things I was looking most forward to at my wedding was sitting down and having our yummy meal again! We will definitely be using Premiere for any other event that we may need to provide food such as holidays or parties. This review is about our experience working with Michael, the General Manager at Premier Catering. Michael is so awesome! He was very responsive, thoughtful and professional the entire wedding planning process. We can tell that he loves what he does, and it shows. We started this process with a tasting and thought the food was amazing. He was also able to cater our menu for dietary concerns such as making adjustments for things to be gluten and dairy free. Michael also helped us out by allowing us to rent lawn games through the same person who he was getting our linens from and brought those to our venue with the linens. Everyone at our wedding loved the food and desserts!! We are so impressed with Michael and we highly recommend Premier Catering!Premiere Catering's reply:

Michael and his staff did a fantastic job catering our son’s rehearsal dinner last week! The event was originally scheduled at a restaurant, but due to Covid, that was out of the picture. The dinner was held in the beautiful back yard of the bride’s parents. The setting, linen table cloths and all, was gorgeous.
Everyone enjoyed the food. With various food issues for some of us,(gluten free and vegan) Michael came up with great options for us all. Thanks again Michael for being a big part of a very special event!Premiere Catering's reply:

The food that we picked was amazingly presented and so delicious! All of our guest were raving about it!! From the appetizer to the main course, it was incredible. Michael and the rest of the crew were incredibly easy to work with. We did the "Pick Up & Go" option, and it was incredibly easy and the best option for our finances. The food was ready on time and there were no hassles regarding the pick-up. We would absolutely use them again if we ever throw another catered party.Premiere Catering's reply:
