    Presidential Limo was absolutely amazing. They were recommended to us by a trusted friend and they did not disappoint. They were early for pickup and were very attentive! The red carpet didn't hurt either! We loved everything! Our day was perfect!

    Presidential Limo provided transportation services for our daughter's Memorial Day weekend wedding at Celebrations at the Bay in Pasadena. It is a beautiful venue right on the bay, but in an out of the way locale. We also had a lot of out of state guests. We used the Hampton Inn at BWI as the base hotel. Presidential Limo provided limo services for the bride and bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen and for the parents. We also hired two 55 passenger buses to transport guests to and from the venue with an option for an early bus departure (which no one actually used the party was so good). All of the transportation arrived at the scheduled time and drivers were accommodating and friendly. Marge at Presidential Limo was very helpful in organizing and helping us work through options to help meet our budget and work through availability issues given the holiday schedule competing with other events and prom season for service availability. We had the names and phone numbers of all drivers and Marge was also helpful in getting us organized to efficiently move everyone in the right direction at the right time. No fuss, no muss. All went smoothly and we were all happy with the result.

    Sunny and his team were extremely amazing on our wedding day! We had the driver do two trips from a hotel in Old Town to our venue, and then back to the hotel after the reception. His team was so incredibly flexible, professional, and upbeat. I spoke with Sunny a number of times leading up to the wedding. He was in constant communication with us which made us feel very at ease! Then we decided we wanted to book another hour with them to extend our reception on the day-of. Our driver was so accommodating and Sunny even gave us a 50% off discount for the extra hour! His team is so dedicated to making sure all the details are covered and it was SO nice not to have to worry about making sure our guests were shuttled on time! Thank you again, Sunny!!

    We rented a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud, a beautiful classic car. The driver arrived at the venue on time which allowed us to get some photos with the car before we departed. The driver was extremely professional and got us from the venue to our home safe and sound.

    Anyone can show rent a limo and they really nice. However if you want jaw dropping down to the floor looney tunes style the only place you should look is Presidential Limo Service. The awe of the crowd blends with purr of the motor as it rolls into the driveway. The shimmer of the lights dacnce like the peaks of the waves in the moon light. As I got into the limo the seats embraced me like a long lost lover. My senses enthralled you the sent of rich leather and fine champagne. You people dream as extravagant as this. Presidential limo service has truly raised the bar in the limousine experience.

    Wow, what an expierence! My Wedding day was a in a heat wave, in the 90's with 100% humidity. We rented 2 vehicles. One had no air at all, the reception hall's A/C unit was not working. Margie sent us a New Hummer with Lamborghini doors, it was wild and everything was working well. What a pleasure it was from time to time to be able to sit in that beautiful vehicle in the A/C. Great job Presidential Limo ! I hope to use you again in the near future. Thanks !

    May is Prom Season, the busiest month of the year! Marge was able to get us exactly what we requested at a great rate. Limo was immaculate and driver was in a tux. We had the red carpet treatment! What a day to remember. Thanks for the memories!

    My Mom turned 85 and we took her out for Mother's day. Presidential had sparkling cider, a banner & the red carpet service. Their service was impecable and we will deffinatly be using them in the future. I have never seen my Mom so surpised and happy. The driver Leroy was dressed in a nice suit and the vehicle was clean and we appreciated the special touches that you provide. Sheila Farzad

    Presidential Limousines was a pleasure to work with. the limo arrived on time, and the driver was very courteous and accomodating. This company beat the prices of all of the limo companies we contacted. The limo was very clean and well stocked.

    Speechless (well not quite) but seriously, I couldn't have imagined a better day. Presidential limos really pulled out all the stops for us on our wedding day. We actually put a huge demand on them with special requests - some even less than 12 hours before the car was due! The operator handled my requests professionally and whatever she did, it all came together. Driver was polite and went out of his way to help the girls get everything organized. Thoroughly impressed.

    The driver was a very safe driver, extremely polite and went out of his way to please us.With that being said, the driver went in the wrong direction a few times. Also, the driver was not as knowledgeable with the technical aspect (the temperature was comfortable only part of the time, the fireplace video was not on and the screen at the drivers window never worked. We enjoyed our day! Thank you!

    Car promised never showed up

    Presidential Limo promised me a stretch double -axel for a 20 people bridal party and this car did not show up the day of the wedding.
    Presidential Limo claims that the car promised to us had been into an accident and was not available for the wedding date. However, we were never told of such accident until I called the day after the wedding.
    Very inconvenient!

    The outside of vehicle was dirty & it had an odor on the inside. I didn't like the earpiece was hanging from Leroy's ear. But, overall Leroy was very patient, professional & friendly...

    I was not completely satisfied with our transportation that we booked for our wedding. I often emailed with questions and sometimes would take a couple days with a response and often I would end up calling because I thought it would be quicker.

    The day of, I did not have the correct number for our limo driver. I was given 3 different numbers until the correct one was finally confirmed and given to me. Our limo door also leaked from the rain. We also did not have the correct numbers for the 2 shuttle buses and their timelines were not updated and given to them from the office. I called the office prior to the wedding to confirm the timeline and was hoping the timeline would have then been sent to those drivers. Overall I was not satisfied with this company for any of the wedding services they provided to us.

    Shuttle Disaster

    Shuttle was unable to fit down the Annapolis street. No research done by the company as to whether the vehicle could navigate the streets in downtown Annapolis. On the second trip, the driver tried another route, got lost and wedding delayed 15 minutes. In a perfectly planned wedding, I was angered and embarrassed that this occurred.

    The worst service of any kind ever!

    Presidential limousine service provided 2 of the 4 hours contracted for my youngest daughter’s 21st birthday! Eight of my kids and friends were left downtown DC stranded and the manager was unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. The company showed total disregard for the safety and care of our most prized possessions our kids and their friends. Presidential Limousine received full payment upfront and decided they would shortchange us. We had to make other transportation arrangements, at the last minute, around 10:45 PM for the return trip for the passengers. I would post zero stars for all categories.

    Booked this limo for my daughters 16th birthday. Thought i was getting something nice for her instead they presented us with a 99 lincoln which was older than her. It had a cloth top with lots of water damage and horrible for photos. The radio didnt work so a group of teenagers had to rise with no music. We asked the driver that he have a cell phone charger he replied what kind of phone we told him iPhone and he reply we are not that fancy. When on the phone to book the limo we were told they roll out the red carpet when they arrived they literally pulled out a pink bathroom rug. In the middle of our ride we call the company to complain about our issues we had with their service they told us they were not open until Monday and could resolve all our issues on Monday which was understandable. Our contract ended at 10 p.m. by 9:30 we had a text message from the driver stating it was time for us to go or we will run over our time. We reply back to him that we have no problem running over the time and will resolve the overlaps and time on Monday along with the issues we wanted to bring up with the company. By 9:45 the driver left 8 teenagers stranded and told us we complained to the company and asked for our money back so they wernt coming back to get us. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism and will never spend a dime or recommend any person with respect for themselves and their loved ones who will travel with them to spend any money with this company.

    It took awhile for me to post this, but please don't take a chance on this one. The limo was a "no-show" on my daughters wedding day. And yes, left her and the bridal party standing in the driveway. I had even confirmed three times with them so they would not be late. Not only did they not show up but they then lied that the driver was in an accident and in the hospital. There was no vehicle, no driver and no accident. I cant even describe how much it messed up the entire day. I spent several hours during the reception trying to find other transportation for both guests and the bridal party. After several hours at the reception, they did send a vehicle to take the bridal party to the hotel. Then they tried to charge me for a different vehicle. After lengthy conversation with Marge, I was reimbursed for the day. Really didn't matter at that point. The day was ruined. And as a FYI....The vehicles are not owned by them. They sub -contract out to individuals who own these cars. So you really are not sure who or what your getting.

    Our limo driver was late and missed taking the groom to the ceremony, there were extenuating circumstances which could have been forgiven if not for everything else. The driver got lost twice while travelling only 5 miles each time and then my bridesmaids started directing him using the GPS on their phones. We ended up doing a dangerous 8 point turn in the middle of the road before we finally got to our reception. We did call to tell them about our experience and they were very defensive and unprofessional before eventually giving us a small amount of the bill back. Not happy, waste of money.

    I am sincerely sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, When Our Driver was dropping off his family (dght & grandson), They were caught in a shooting incident and the police officer would not let the driver leave. This has never happened before and this driver has a folder full of great reviews. He was really shook up and he sends his deepest apologies. I know that a refund was not nearly enough to make up for the problem on your Wedding Day. We can not apologize enough. Thanks for your understanding, we realy were shook up on that day and if we came across as defensive it was only because we were scared.
