I had a couple of last-minute changes come up that left me without a hair and makeup artist just days before my engagement photos, and Primrose HMUA saved the day! Jocelyn was extremely responsive and prompt and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I felt confident that she was not going to flake on me (as I had already experienced with someone else). She accommodated all of my requests on such short notice and made me feel at ease.
The hair and makeup looks she did were exactly what I wanted and she made sure to check in throughout the process to confirm that we were on the right track for completing my vision. I mentioned that my hair won't hold any body or curl and not only did she take that into consideration when planning out the look, but she was able to actually make it hold up against the elements! My hair looked amazing for the entire shoot.
I can't say enough great things about Jocelyn. Thank you so much Primrose HMUA! -

I could not have been more impressed by this girl and the ladies that helped her make all of my bridesmaids beautiful. I would recommend this vendor to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for making my day so incredible.

Barbara Sent on 09/04/2018Jocelyn it's awesome! She answers really fast and she is very accommodating. I had to reschedule my trial hair and make up and she was super understanding. She did my make up and hair on my wedding day. She came to my house and brought all the equipment needed. She listened to everything I had to say and made me look just as I wanted on my special day. I felt like a Victoria Secret model. Make make up and hair lasted all day even though it was windy. If you are looking for an excellent make up artist hire her!

Julia Sent on 12/18/2017Jocelyn is amazing at hair and make up! She is extremely talented, personable, professional and flexible! Believe me, she will help relieve your wedding day stress. For my trial run I requested to meet at her house, since I live out of state and she had a very nice studio set up and accommodated my crazy schedule. On my wedding day she traveled to my venue, and even brought her studio light to ensure everything turned out just how I wanted. She also is timely, I was ready on time on my wedding day and she used awesome products that stayed, even when it decided to rain and snow. My experience with Jocelyn was amazing during my trial run and on my wedding day, I would highly recommend her!

At one point, I was concerned my own h&mu artist would not make it due to a family emergency, she was more than happy to offer her services and was very flexible. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends. -
Isis Sent on 09/04/2018Jocelyn was absolutely amazing! I was coming from New Orleans and so she had to be very flexible to accommodate the appointments from when I was around, which she did with such grace! Very professional in every way.
I changed my overall design after we had our hair and make up trial and she did not even blink an eye, and the final product was amazing. I simply could not have been happier with her services. Not to mention the crazy bargain that she is. She came all the way to the wedding venue too. You will not find anyone better to make you look and feel beautiful on your wedding day. -

Simply amazing!
Jocelyn is amazing! She is so talented and her work is really exquisite. She was so flexible in working with me and strived to do anything that she could to make me less stressed on my wedding day. She was opened to trying anything that I wanted and was so patient with me as I worked to decide what I wanted. She has a wide variety of makeup products and is very talented to do whatever look you want. Her prices are very reasonably priced for what she gives you. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a very knowledgable and talented hair and makeup artist for your big event. -
