Got married at PCC in October and we truly had the best experience. They were so accommodating and helpful! We got married outside, used the veranda for cocktail hour and used the ballroom for the reception and it was the most beautiful night!

PCC was the perfect place to have our wedding! Crystal, the events director, was so great to work with -- she was easygoing, professional, and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The location was perfect with great views of the golf course, and a great indoor ballroom for the reception. Also, the food was AMAZING, and the waitstaff did an excellent job. We would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to get married in Charlotte, NC!

Providence CC was a beautiful venue for our wedding reception. Crystal was awesome to work with, communication was great, very detailed oriented, and made sure everything was perfect before having our guests enter. She even went as far to send my mother pictures of the reception while we were getting ready. I would highly recommend Providence CC.

I could not have chosen a more perfect venue!!! The moment I visited the venue I knew it was the perfect place for both my ceremony and reception. Crystal and the staff at Providence Country Club were absolutely amazing. Crystal took my vision and helped execute our perfect wedding. She worked tirelessly with coordinating with vendors and planning the details. She treated me like family which meant the world to me. She was always responsive when I reached out to her, not once complained and provided amazing customer service. We received so many compliments from our guests. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was flawless. The entire staff was amazing!!

Providence Country Club was the perfect wedding venue! Our family has been members at Providence for many years, and our October wedding was nothing less than perfect! Crystal was the absolute best in executing all of my wedding plans and vision for the ceremony and reception! I highly recommend PCC as a wedding venue!

Erin and the staff at Providence Country Club were amazing. They worked incredibly hard to make our dream wedding come true, and the big day went off without a hitch. The venue itself is also beautiful and exactly what we wanted for our wedding. I can't recommend Providence Country Club enough.

Phenomenal wedding venue! Honestly, my now husband and I didn't think we were "country club" people but I accidentally sent a request for pricing to PCC while on the Weddingwire and received a brochure. My husband and I didn't want a long engagement so when PCC happened to have some Fri & Sats in Sept and Oct available when we started our search in early July, we figured why not. Reviews looked great so we emailed Erin to set up a visit. It was the first venue we saw but it felt the most "bridal" and "wedding" to us. We did our due diligence and visited several other venues (hotels, museums, event halls) all over CLT just to exhaust our options, but PCC won hands down for 2 reasons: 1) was basically "all inclusive" and seamless venue. And 2) menu and open bar package were far & away better than every other venue we looked at. Erin Walters & team are extremely professional and willing to answer all questions and accommodate anyway she can leading up to the day of, very friendly and detailed oriented. Tasting was great, they were flexible with several dishes and sides, also allowed some open bar substitutions. I has at least 5 people tell me the day after wedding how the beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly. The apps were also great - favs: chicken n waffles and shrimp Tempura! Jennifer Linauer and Crystal Williams were there for our rehearsal and wedding day (Erin was out of town, she told us before we booked), they were 100% on top of every detail. I worried a little bc I did not hire a "Day of Coordinator" but it would have been a waste because they handled everything perfectly. So many guests absolutely raved about how gorgeous the venue was but above all how amazing Jennifer and Crystal handled the ceremony and run of show. I was a very nervous bride, and they were amazing to have with me before walking down aisle. They also kept us on our timeline without being pushy. They went above & beyond, million thanks & HIGHLY recommend!

Let me just say - Dorianne and the rest of the staff at PCC is wonderful. I had such a great time working with them all. On the night of our wedding they went out of their way to ensure we always had a drink in hand and a sampling of all the foods at our cocktail hour and desserts from our dessert station. I wish I had a reason to have another party there because it was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!

I could not have better things to say about Dorianne and PCC! We truly had the best time, and were not stressing over the small details because they took care of everything! They layout was great from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception. The food was amazing, and the dancing went all night. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend!

Providence Country Club was the perfect place for my reception. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. PCC took care of everything. My friends and family raved about the food. I'm so glad we decided to have our reception at Providence Country Club.

Dorianne at Providence Country Club is one of the most wonderful, most helpful and beautiful ladies I met during my whole wedding planning experience. My fiancé and I found Providence Country Club the month after we got engaged; we knew it was important to seal the deal with the venue first so we did just that. It was an easy decision to choose this particular venue because of Dorianne. She went above and beyond her duties as my wedding coordinator and helped me all along the way with any questions I could come up with. I arranged and booked all my vendors and Dorianne took it from there. Part of my party was late for the rehearsal but Dorianne was very patient and calm. Once everyone arrived we got started quickly and it went smoothly. Day of, she made sure every detail was perfect (oh, it was so incredibly perfect!) Let me tell you, even without any additional decorative pieces, Providence Country Club is breathtakingly gorgeous inside and out. Depending on your budget, you may think this venue is too expensive but it was worth every penny. If I had to do it all over again, I would select Providence Country Club and Dorianne every time!

Our wedding at Providence Country Club was everything we dreamed it would be! The ceremony was beautiful, reception went smoothly, and the staff was very helpful. We would recommend this venue to all!

The event was wonderful!! The service and food was just amazing! All of our guests had a blast as well! Dorianne was the best to work with and made the whole process so easy and stress free for me(the bride)!!! Everyone needs to have their event at Providence Country Club! It was first class the whole time and the staff over there is awesome! They made my dream wedding come true!

We had an absolute gorgeous wedding at Providence! They're professionalism and attentiveness made everything work out perfectly. We were overly pleased with the food, decorations, and coordination for our ceremony and reception. The place was beautiful and they did not slack at all -- they made everything I asked for come true in some form or another. They worked with us to make sure we have a fabulous wedding, and we sure did :)

I'm so happy we chose Providence Country Club as our venue - there's just something magical about the environment! The club's team did an amazing job making my vision come to life. They're also great with last-minute changes - we had five guests change their RSVP from no to yes just a few days before our big day. One email to PCC and they said, "No problem!" They were very accommodating with additional meals and last minute seating chart changes. They really care about making your day the best it can possibly be! My only complaint: Throughout my 1 year of planning, the club changed coordinators on me 3 times (the last change happened the week of my wedding). Despite that, our wedding day at PCC was perfect!

The venue overall was very accommodating and helpful. The wedding planners and organizers are on point. The venue just did a remodel so the grass was still a little rough for our wedding. The reception area and setup was awesome.
Be sure to negotiate lunch and drinks For the day of the wedding if you are getting ready at the venue. The fees for lunch and mixed drinks in the men's locker room is not overly high but resulted in extra charges on our final bill we had not originally budgeted.

while the wedding was absolutely beautiful and we had a great time, the whole planning process was not great. We went through about 3-4 changes in staff during the year and we weren’t really notified of that until we would reach out to them. It was very hard to get in touch with them or even know what they would be helping us with during the process. I ended up doing everything myself and made it simple for them to follow. We were promised to go boxes for food as we didn’t eat that night. They were given to a random person rather that my parents that were designated for them and we never received it so we were not able to taste any of the food. However the place is beautiful and was worth the money. Just wish there was a little more communication and understanding of what they were helping with as information kept changing on us.
