Beautiful venue and professional staff.

This is a beautiful place to have a wedding. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. Even if you don’t have a wedding planner like we didn’t, Jesse really did a great job of doing her best to coordinate as much as she could. I would recommend this to anyone.

Truly Magical

Raffaldini is one of the most beautiful venues to ever get married at! Our reception was truly magical and all of our guests had stated that our wedding was by far the best that they've ever attended. Jesse is such a wonderful venue Director to work with and she absolutely tries her best to make your wedding truly memorable. I would highly recommend their vineyard to any future brides!!

Olivia at Raffaldini Vineyards was wonderful to work with. She always kept us informed and bent over backwards to make everything perfect. The venue was spectacular, looking out over the vineyards! Their wines are superb, not that sweet stuff.

I don't think there is enough space on this page to write about how wonderful our wedding was at Raffaldini Vineyards! My husband and I got engaged at the vineyard and for a year and a half talked about how gorgeous the place is-I don't think any of our friends and family understood the word "gorgeous" until they saw the venue! The package we went with was a little pricier than I originally wanted to spend on a venue but in the end it was worth every single penny spent!

We worked specifically with Magan and she was absolutely wonderful to us the entire process. She was very professional but laid back and very open to any ideas or questions we had. She was very responsive whenever I had to email her with my silly questions and although we unfortunately were not able to see her the day of the wedding I knew the entire staff would be wonderful and that she had left us in good hands! I only had the chance to talk to a couple of bartenders that evening but they were equally nice and fun to talk to, overall a great group of people to work with!

I will still say the best part of the vineyards (aside from their delicious wines, by far my favorite vineyard so far) is the incredible view...the villa makes you feel like you could actually be in Italy and the panoramic view of the foothills behind the vineyards is just breath taking. I knew I picked a beautiful place when all of my bridesmaids had the exact same picture in front of the vines posted the next day! I cannot thank Magan and Raffaldini Vineyards enough for their help and beautiful venue and I look forward to visiting the venue (this time to relax!) in the future!

Beautiful venue. Staff was incredibly attentive, and never lost site of what needed to be done behind the scenes. Our guests felt forever gracious for the most spectacular views that made them visualize themselves as if they were in Italy. A lot of our guests traveled from all over the U.S to come and said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Wines were very well received. Kudos to Olivia the onsite wedding planner who stayed on top of her game during the entire process.

Since our first visit to Raffaldini in August 2009, my husband and I always thought Raffaldini would be the perfect place to get married. 5 years later, we were right!!! I could not have imagined a better ceremony and reception venue for our big day. Raffaldini's event coordinator, Sydney, was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. She answered any and all questions, responded promptly to all phone calls and emails, and always made herself avaiable to meet when we were visiting the vineyard. She even made multiple revisions to our rain and non-rain floor plans up to the day before our wedding. The Raffaldini attendants the day of our wedding were also very professional and helpful to all of our guests. We look forward to remembering our special day on future visits to Raffaldini.

I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. My event coordinator was perfect, and made sure that everything was exactly how my husband and I wanted.

Raffaldini was the perfect vineyard setting for my wedding. Their staff was very attentive and paid attention to the details. I would highly recommend them for a wedding ceremony and reception!

Raffaldini Vineyards is the most gorgeous wedding venue!! The natural scenery, flowers, vines, and mountains makes for a beautiful event. The event coordinating staff was awesome to work with. They were easy to contact, willing to make any and all changes even at the last minute; they are very experienced in hosting weddings. They did everything in their power to make our vision come true to the best of their ability. The only challenge is finding the venue. It can be a little difficult to locate, but once you do- it is totally worth it! If your dream is a beautiful outdoor vineyard wedding, this is it! And the Wine is also equally amazing.

The location of Raffaldini's Vineyard is so gorgeous that it made our guests believe that they were in another country. The wedding planning group, which was a party of 3, visited two times before the wedding day and at each visit the staff member, Sydney answered all of our questions as well as providing her valuable input to the details which we appreciated. We did use the wine barrel for the cake as she suggested. As we were planning out of state, their staff member communicated by phone calls and emails in a professional prompt manner. I can only hope anyone choosing to marry at this venue can have the same great memorable experiences as our bride and groom.

Raffaldini Vineyards was my venue of choice from the very first time I laid eyes on it. The views and grounds are breathtaking. The villa is gorgeous. It practically hurricaned on my wedding day and the Raffaldini staff did everything in their power to still make the day a great success. The only drawback for me was that it was very expensive. However, it was the sacrifice I made to have the wedding of my dreams! Also the wine is REALLY good! I would highly recommend Raffaldini to any bride!

Venue is unmatched!

Raffaldini helped our wedding to be the most beautiful wedding!! This venue is just unmatched. We had our wedding Oct 5 and the weather was perfect, views were breathtaking, wine was phenomenal and the staff went above and beyond for us. Working with Jesse was an absolute pleasure. We had planned our wedding in 5 months so time was of the essense. We met with her on multiple occasions to discuss our wedding plans, the layout, the vendor information and our day of plans for her to coordinate. She really executed on the day of the wedding and was in every place all at the same time. She had all the small details delivered on to a T and was so accommodating in regards to the weather that day and when you are getting married and don't have a wedding planner this is HUGE! I would highly recommend to check this place our if you want people to be blown away on your wedding day!!

Raffaldini is absolutely beautiful. It completely surprised our guests to drive through the country and come up upon a beautiful Italian style villa. The staff is friendly, and the venue help make beautiful photos. They are pretty strict on times and certain rules, so as long as you can plan accordingly, it will turn out great!

Raffaldini Vineyards is one of the most beautiful locations in North Carolina for a wedding. My guests were all absolutely amazed at how breathtaking the landscape was. The staff was all wonderful and helpful during our reception, and really made me feel at ease on our wedding day. Raffaldini is such a wonderful venue, that they may be attracting weddings that are larger and more "time consuming" in needs than they are ready to handle. It is an expensive venue, but the "wow factor" on your wedding day will definitely be worth it!

Beautiful venue but several thing to focus on before booking, if it rains and you have more than 100 people you will need to rent a tent that will set you back between $3000 to $4000 dollars. Hidden fees such as if they book a wedding on Sunday you will be charged significant fees for rental pickup. The day of the wedding was a stressful nightmare, no one to communicate effectively to help the set up go more smoothly. You cannot set up before 3pm and the people arrive at 5:30, so not a lot of time. We did not have a wedding planner as I have planned many events and if I had been given more information about logistics we would have been less stressed.That being said the venue is amazing and the wine if awesome.

Beautiful location, but terrible experience. I met with the venue coordinator several times in the year prior to my wedding and all meetings were fine (they went through 3 coordinators that year). They spent a lot of time answering every question I had. They were a little slow in email response time but not terrible (Magan was the worst). On the day of, everything went wrong. Thankfully I had my own coordinator, but she said she would never do a wedding there again based on her experience with the staff. First of all, we were told we would get free reign of the space starting at 3 on the wedding day- not true. My husband was outside about to walk down the aisle and there was still a group of drunk women sitting on the piazza talking to him (our ceremony started at 6). I also had a woman knock on the door to the bridal suite to ask to go to the bathroom bc she was told to go there... We had to physically push the door closed on her! Magan did nothing to get these people out before the wedding. It was hard for my coordinator to set up the piazza bc those random people wouldn't leave and none of the tables and chairs were moved (based on the floor plan we went over several weeks prior to the date as required). My coordinator had to move the heavy furniture and heaters by herself before setting anything up. We ran out of red wine during cocktail hour because our original wine order list was lost in translation somewhere. (The raffaldini staff was COMPLETELY unhelpful in our wine selection. I had no idea how much wine to order and the only help I got from the staff was, "well it just depends on how much your guests drink"). Once we got that situation dealt with, the attendants were rude to my guests the rest of the night. At 11pm, they told my sister she had to shove the 2 hot fire pits into the trunk of her car bc they couldn't be left there, even though we were told earlier that we could pick them up the next morning. I would never recommend this venue to anyone.

Two words: BRIDE BEWARE. The venue is beautiful, the wine is wonderful and for the most part, the staff was courteous and professional. BUT, the problem with this venue begins with the Event Director, Jesse. Extremely disappointed in the communication she provided. She takes days to respond to emails and voicemails (neither of which reflects her available days/hours). If you are a bride who doesn't mind taking on every minute task of your own ceremony by yourself, then you'll be fine. We paid extra for an afterhours private ceremony and there were many people still hanging out from earlier wine tastings while we tried to get ready for our ceremony. So much for paying extra for the "private, intimate ceremony" that was promised. Neighboring dogs roamed the property (pets aren't allowed on property without prior consent) and attacked our dog as soon as we arrived (our dog was approved by owners to be part of our ceremony). When we arrived at the venue, I called Jesse, no response, then we had to find our way around once we arrived, no one there to greet us - Jesse spent literally less than 20 minutes on site with us and then slipped out without even a goodbye as we were assigned an attendant. It is hard to believe this director has ever directed a wedding before. It seems pretty much to be just a title. I had to cut and decorate my own cake with flowers I brought (since flowers for a cake weren't provided as part of the elopement package). This all took place literally 15 minutes before I was supposed to be dressed and ready to walk down the aisle! The positives...our attendant Denice was very pleasant and tried her best to be helpful. Thomas Salley, the officiant/tasting room manager was the highlight of our experience. He was personable, professional and did his best to make the ceremony exactly what we had envisioned. In retrospect, would I chose this venue again? NO. But we didn't let it take away from the beautiful moments of our ceremony.

I was married here a few weeks ago. Do not get me wrong, the venue is gorgeous and I had a beautiful wedding day. However, these people were terrible to deal with. When you pay the price that we did for a wedding venue we were under the impression that we would be receiving excellent customer service.

Our first assigned event coordinator was very nice and helpful. She later was no longer employed by Raffaldini and our new coordinator was very pretentious and not helpful.

A short list of some of the things that went wrong and was the fault of Raffaldini:

They cancelled our rehearsal dinner and did not tell us (they did offer to allow us to practice in the gravel parking lot)

The picture time that came in my package for bridal portraits was so difficult to navigate that we ultimately ended up canceling

One week before the wedding we were told our rain plan was not acceptable, we could not move inside as planned, we would need a tent (that includes many hidden fees). After booking a tent I was informed we could not have said tent.

The tables were not set up as agreed upon in the contract. We had to do it all ourselves.

The fountain that was to be the centerpiece of our reception was not only out of service but pipes were sticking out everywhere from the fountain. We discovered this the afternoon of our wedding.

The bakery had to argue with the venue so that they could temporarily bring the cake into the kitchen to avoid it melting.

Our families were told they could leave bagged trash at the venue (as we were told before the wedding. ). Despite the fact that Friday's wedding trash was at the vineyard they were told they would need to haul it off.

We were told that confetti would be fine to use for guests to pop at us as we exit the ceremony. Since it is biodegradable we would only need to get up the large clumps. However, before our families left that night they had to pick every single tiny piece out of the grass.
