  Took great care of our guests

  The Renaissance Seattle hosted a room block for guests of my sister's recent wedding. The hotel was a pleasure to work with from planning up until arrival and all of our guests including my parents were thrilled with the level of service they received. Several enjoyed breakfast on property as well.

  Beautiful Venue with Amazing Staff

  Choosing Renaissance Seattle and Shalimar's catering were the best choices we could have made for the wedding! The hotel staff was very helpful since the day we met them and stayed involved to make sure everything was perfect. Connie and Pieter completely took off the headache from us for a million different things. The venue ended up looking beautiful (thanks to Universal Decor). I would definitely recommend this Vendor.

  Parents of the groom

  Connie and the entire team at the Renaissance Seattle were amazing. This was our primary hotel for our son's wedding. Connie was a pleasure to plan with and saw to every detail. From the planning for almost a year before to the five days our guests stayed, the service was outstanding. We had so many guests traveling from all over the country and every request was met with gracious service. Our guests were thrilled and we heard nothing but rave reviews. And a special shout out to Medhi the door ambassador who was amazing from the moment we arrived with two 85 year old parents needing wheel chairs and 11 pieces of luggage. He jumped into action unphased and accommodated us the entire weekend. He even found a wheelchair for one of our guests who had an unexpected fall so she could attend the wedding events. From distributing welcome bags to delivering packages quickly to entertaining our guests, it was a pleasure dealing with the Renaissance Seattle.

  When I was planning my wedding, I literally researched and visited over 50 venues in Seattle and the surrounding area. While they were all nice, they either were too expensive, too small, or the representative was not very helpful or engaged. All of that changed when I walked into the Renaissance Hotel Seattle.
  
  I was immediately given VIP treatment, even though I was just inquiring about the space! Everyone from the bellhop to the doorman to the concierge was excited that we might be having our special event in their hotel. The event planners Kara and Connie were PERFECTION. They were so attentive and so flexible and so pumped at the thought of having a gay musical wedding at their hotel! From practice time, to meal planning, and all the little extras and changes that come with a wedding, they did not flinch or break. They were always so helpful and so gracious. As Connie said to me, "There are no do overs."
  
  I have had several large parties and have utilized several hotels or banquet halls, but the Renaissance Hotel Seattle was the easiest and best experience I have EVER had.

  Best pick ever! Our guests loved the view of the city and the food was really great. The hotel staff was really helpful to all of our guests and our wedding planner said their staff was really great at working with her for all of the things we needed.

  We loved planning our wedding with Pieter and Connie at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel! From suggesting just the right top floor space and set up to making menu suggestions plus assisting us with wine selections, it was a great experience. The service team surprised us with a few extra touches on the day of our reception that made our tables look so much elegant! Great, caring team and true professionals. Highly recommend!
